Une autre unité que nous aimerions partager avec vous! Unité au rez-de-chaussée nouvellement achetée à quelques pas de la magnifique baie de Wailua. Demandez à n'importe qui, Lae nani est la première station balnéaire de la côte de la noix de coco; vos vacances dépasseront certainement vos attentes.

Profitez d'une tasse de café célèbre de Kauai tout en regardant le lever du soleil. Sortez de votre véranda pour profiter du magnifique parc, des étangs de carpes koï et bien sûr de l'océan qui est là! Passez la journée à la plage à quelques pas de l'unité. Si vous êtes vraiment chanceux, l'observation d'un phoque moine sur la plage est un régal. (Assurez-vous de garder vos distances, ce sont des espèces protégées!) Tout ce que vous voulez d'un condo face à l'océan est là pour que vous puissiez en profiter.

Cette unité récemment rénovée et entièrement meublée a des sols carrelés dans la cuisine, le salon et la salle de bain. La cuisine comprend de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les accessoires de cuisine. Nouvelle table à manger avec dessus en verre et 4 chaises. TV écran plat dans le salon. Canapé-lit pliant. WiFi sans fil pour rester en contact avec le monde. Tous les nouveaux meubles de chambre, y compris un lit king size, une commode et des draps. Lampes de lecture réglables à côté du lit pour ceux qui veulent lire "juste un autre chapitre" avant de s'installer pour la nuit. Nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond partout quand un peu de refroidissement supplémentaire est souhaité. Chaises et table lanai confortables pour l'expérience totale de la vie dans un paradis tropical.

Le stationnement est à quelques mètres de votre porte d'entrée, ce qui facilite l'accès pour tous. Aucun escalier nécessaire pour entrer dans l'unité. Barres de sécurité dans la baignoire pour ceux qui veulent un peu plus de stabilité.

Piscine, barbecues à gaz, court de tennis et laverie disponibles sur place pour ajouter à votre confort et votre plaisir.

Situé à Kapaa, sur la côte est de Kauai, son emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent un emplacement à mi-chemin lorsqu'ils choisissent de courir vers le nord ou le côté ouest de l'île.

À distance de marche du centre commercial Coconut Marketplace avec des boutiques de cadeaux, des galeries d'art, des cafés et des divertissements. Restaurants et épiceries également à quelques minutes du condo.

Beautiful place right on the ocean and extremely well decorated landscape. Condo is very nicely decorated and very clean. Very comfortable bed and 2 bathrooms are a plus. We loved sitting on the lanai just chilling out and watching the ocean. Coconut Market Place is just a couple minute walk. Craig and Shari are great hosts. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Kauai stay

Great stay at Shari and Craig’s property , everything is completely as advertised and has everything you will need for your stay. The location is ideal for touring both the north and southern parts of the island !

Amazing place !

You can not go wrong staying here ! This property is the best location on island and the condo is amazing ! Owners were wonderful to work with although while here we did not need to contact them as everything was perfect .

Lovely Resort

2nd time staying at the Lae Nani resort and we throughly enjoyed it! We love the grounds, the location, and this unit was nice, clean and very comfortable! The location is perfect, easy to visit the north and south of the island. We’ll be back!

Perfect for Our Family!

Beachfront condo

The location on the island is great. Only about 30 minutes to the north side and 30 to the south. Also, the view from the patio is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Lae Nani

Communication with the property manager was great and the check in process was super easy with door code and parking. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was unbeatable with the beach a few steps away and the marketplace close by. Safeway and Longs was just a couple minutes away down the highway and the north shore about 40 mins. Overall, great place to stay. Next time, we'll stay longer!

Family Vacation

Loved our Lae Nani stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for us, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The additional beach chairs provided, cooler, towels and umbrella were a nice surprise too and very useful. No air conditioning was no problem as condo is well-ventilated with windows for the island breeze. Location is super convenient with shops & restaurants close by within walking distance and easy to get to the north and south parts of the island. Our favorite part though, was the view from the patio and being able to walk right outside to the beach. Beautiful grounds on the property as well. We will definitely recommend to others and we hope to be back someday ourselves!

Better than a honeymoon suite!

There was nothing to dislike about this home away from home! They had everything you could need for a beach day and more, the house was a perfect size for two people and the view couldn’t get any better. Craig and Shari were awesome, fast replying and ready to help or answer anything we asked. It was truly an awesome and great experience!

A lovely spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's just a few steps from the beach and at low tide you can spot tropical fish swimming in the protected areas without even needing snorkeling gear. We spent more time at the condo than we intended because the patio and ocean breeze is just so pleasant. The only thing I wished for but didn't find was a rack for drying swimsuits, towels, and some laundry. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was no air conditioning, it was in the listing, I just missed it! However, it was okay in the mornings and once the sun went down. We were usually out most of the day anyway. Everything was in working order and just as it was stated in the listing. We loved sitting out on the lanai each morning drinking our coffee. Mahalo!

Fantastic experience

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We spent lots of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the landscaped grounds and ocean beyond. Being on the ground floor was perfect because we could wander out onto the grass with our toddler and run around. And then around the corner is a protected cove perfect for kids to swim and the pool as well. With a well equipped kitchen and a market 5 min walk away we were able to balance cooking at home with going out to restaurants. And the location on the island was super easy as a home base from which to explore. Everything was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

Our family has been coming to Kauai for years. We were there when the first stop light was installed in Lihue! When we decided to purchase our own home away from home, we choose Kapaa. The most beautiful beaches on the island are on the east side of the island. Lush flowers and sparkling waterfalls! We hope you enjoy our slice of paradise as much as we do!
