Summary:

A/C Throughout and Just a Few Steps to the Beach, and Pool. Ground Floor Unit So You'll Have Beachfront Convenience and the Relief of Not Climbing Stairs.



The Space:

Convenient ground floor condo. New A/C  throughout, new large shower and full kitchen. Only steps to the pool and our beautiful beach. Ages 1 to 91 enjoy our beach every day. Great for snorkeling, surfing or just relaxing and watching for whales in the winter and sea turtles year round.

Walk out of your sliding door to the pool or bar-be-que. Convenient parking at your door and free tennis always.

A great value because you have a full kitchen, dining and living room. Not just a suite or hotel room. Roam our beautiful gardens and lawn and the sacred Hawaiian heiau (religious) site.

Guest Access:

We are available by phone and are at the property almost every day. We do not live onsite. Guests have access to the pool, tennis courts, bbq`s, public beach, free parking and all of the beautiful island of Kauai



The Neighborhood:

We are convenient to shopping, walk to restaurants and also close to many activities. We are half way between the North and South shores for your sightseeing enjoyment.

We have a multi-use path for biking or walking all the way around the Wailua Bay to the Lydgate Beach Park



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a car to enjoy all there is on the island.



Other Things to Note:

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.



Check-in time is 4 p.m.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

unless different times are arranged in advance.

Perfect ground floor location on next to the beach.

We had the best time staying in this place. It has everything you need and such a wonderful spot for the kids. Just steps away from the pool and just a few more to the beach, and baby beach. We loved it!

The condo location is fantastic, and had everything we needed. Air conditioning to keep us cool while sleeping, footsteps to the pool and beach, and easy access to the full island from this location. We love staying at Lae Nani and will be back. Mahalo

Very Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and makes getting around the island very simple. It is a very quiet, relaxing place to stay. You can see both the ocean and pool from the condo and made accessing them both very convenient. There is a very cute restaurant within walking distance that we visited almost daily, Lava, Lava Beach club. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Great location

We found this condo to be clean and well supplied with everything we could need in the kitchen and condo. It was wonderful to walk out the sliding doors to the pool and the beach. Ideal location for visiting all parts of the island. Walking distance to great restaurants, beaches, and shopping area. The only negative was that we were on the first floor and we had noisy neighbors who woke around 4:30 am on the second floor for part of our stay. Mahalo to our host.

Great View of Ocean and Pool

This property worked well for me and my mom. The back is all window and slider with a view and steps away from the ocean and the pool. You can be on the lanai sitting at the table or lounging on chairs. Near Lava Lava Beach Club and the start of the walk next to the beach that goes for miles. Loved that it had 1 1/2 baths. Felt spacious.

PERFECT CONDO!!

One of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in. Everything was just perfect. Very clean; comfortable bed; great patio with table/chairs and lounge chairs; and a wonderful kitchen!! Loved the ground floor unit and actually didn't even need the A/C ... kept the kitchen and BR windows open and used the ceiling fans. Perfect. Also the location is excellent. Near the airport and walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace which has restaurants and tons of little shops. Excellent communication with hosts also. Absolutely loved my stay here. My son and family was in building 4 ... but I loved my proximity to the pool (especially with grandkids aged 8 & 4). Rent this unit with no regrets ... it's PERFECT!!!!

Visit to Kauai

Very nice condo. Seemed spacious and had everything we needed. Location was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful landscaping and good beach and pool access. There was a lot of roadwork near the condo so be sure to take that into consideration when going somewhere.

Great visit to Kauai

Beautifully landscaped and maintained property! Ground floor condo with great view of pool and ocean. The condo was clean, well maintained and kitchen was well stocked which was great because we ate in for most of our meals. The easy walk to restaurants and market was a huge plus for us as we got stuck in some horrible traffic our first day and we’re reluctant to drive anywhere in late afternoon/evening. Unfortunately for us we had lots of rain during our week and didn’t use the pool or beach until last day, but pool was really nice. There is a really nice walking trail that begins at property and continues along beach for a mile or so. The property is super secure, we were seemingly always entering a code to a locked gate or door! Overall, great trip and would deal with rental company again as they were very organized and professionally managed.

Great view. Swimmable beach. Natural kiddie pool. Sacred spot close to property. Came in handy to pray for no rain. Lovely grounds with soft grass. Comfortable bed and pillows. Will come again to this unit. A 15 second walk to pool, beach and heiau.

Nice condo, nice location

This was a great condo on the ground floor of a nice gated community. The pool looked nice (I never got in it), and the beach in front of the condo was beautiful. The king bed in the bedroom was good and the pull out sofa was comfortable according to my 17 year old daughter. The condo is very close (walking distance) to other beaches, ships, grocery, and restaurants. It is centrally located to visit both South and North shores, though the north shore beaches were much nicer when we were there. I'd stay there again if I had the opportunity.
