Informations sur le parking: Un parking souterrain est disponible. Une fois que vous entrez dans le condo, récupérez la carte de stationnement et placez-la dans votre véhicule. Vérifiez les terrains souterrains et assurez-vous que vous vous garez uniquement à un endroit marqué «EVC» Le terrain en plein air à l'extérieur du garage de stationnement n'est pas disponible pour les locataires d'Elkhorn Village. Si le garage est plein, vous pouvez vous garer sur le terrain en plein air près de la piscine / club-house. Assurez-vous de retourner les laissez-passer avant le départ. Les invités sont responsables des frais de 300 $ pour remplacer le laissez-passer s'il n'est pas laissé dans l'unité. Les véhicules peuvent être garés dans des zones de stationnement d��signées. Observez les panneaux d'interdiction de stationnement et les places de stationnement réservées / pour handicapés. Le stationnement des remorques n'est pas autorisé, car le nombre de places de stationnement est limité et les terrains de stationnement sont très petits. Il est possible que des places de stationnement soient disponibles sur le parking River Run situé sur 3rd Ave. à Ketchum, mais ce n’est pas surveillé et les invités se garent à leurs risques et périls.

It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights. Communication (text information) was good and consistent. We had everything we needed in the condo. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot (but the bathroom is tight), and the location is ideal (close to Dollar Mountain). We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are thin, and it is important not to go up and down the stairs loudly in the condo because the next-door neighbor can hear it. Also, the balcony was missing seating. It was a wonderful stay.

We loved the walking area, hot tub/pool and having everything we needed right in the home! Just as a heads up for summer vacationers though the upstairs loft gets very hot at night with no a/c.

We had a great stay! The home was in a convenient location for hiking and cycling, which was the main reason for our visit. The pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day outdoors. The space was comfortable and met all of our needs.A couple of small notes: the dining table was a bit lopsided and the couch could use an update for added comfort. These didn’t significantly impact our stay, but a refresh would make the space even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Room was clean and neat. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare food. Issues:Advertised as remodeled in 2020. Kinda went cheap with flooring.Ceiling leaked over the bunkbeds during rain. Glad the grandkids didn't come! Handyman assessed. Shower handle was not attached. Tool box had the allen wrench needed to reattach.

Amazing location! Restaurant was very good! Bike and walking path were right out of the door and lovely to walk in the quiet mornings. Golf course was super fun to play, pool is a walk across the street. Love love love the area and would like to come back next year!

Nice property, no reply to question

Property was fine for our stay, quiet location, well supplied kitchen, etc. We were disappointed in lack of response to our app message and phone call to Vacasa regarding parking question. We were told we woukd receive a call back and heard from no one during our stay.

Nice little condo for a ski getaway. Perfect for our family of 3

Pros: kitchen contained all the necessary appliances, perfect location, clean, fun games Cons: low shower water pressure, lighter for gas fireplace didn’t work (luckily we had our own lighter), key for ski locker missing Overall, it was a great place for the price. Thank you!

Super clean and quiet!

This was a cute property that was impeccably clean. I loved the secluded loft upstairs. We had everything we needed in terms of pillows, towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable! I would like to suggest a deadbolt, as having just a lock on the door handle felt somewhat unsafe to me.

Great Location

Great condo. It’s small, but perfect and had everything we needed. No AC but we were there at the hottest time and they do have fans. Open up the screen door at night and it cools off. Wonderful location. We would come back.

Affordable place to stay in Sun Valley-Ketchum

This place is in a great location off the busy thoroughfare. The kitchen was well stocked. The extra towels really helped. We were out most of the day and this was a nice place to come back to and get a good night's sleep for the next day's activities. Loved having the board games and the television for some evening downtime. The bathroom is a tight fit. The shower will be very difficult for very large people.

It’s a great area with nice amenities. The condo is clean. The price is very reasonable for Sun Valley. The things you need to be aware of is the difficulty of getting the code to work. After trying several times, I finally called. She tried to help over the phone but it still didn’t work. She had someone else call and she explained that you have 3 seconds to put in a 10 digit code or it doesn’t work. I finally got in. Another thing, the bathroom really is small. Just know that.

Not comfortable to hang out

The location is small as advertised. That was fine but the couch was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Because the location was so small the couch is the only place to sit. If you are looking for a location you will only be sleeping at - it’s fine. If you want to relax and watch a movie or read a book this is not your place

Could be nice condo with some changes

Pros: Underground parking, 5 min drive to Sun Valley, elevator (worked fine for me). lots of board games, etc. (not used), hot tub (also not used), gas fireplace. Cons: poor heating/lighting (condo was chilly for days and dark in LR), no temp gauge on oven, poorly installed laminate flooring
