Sur le lac Vallecito dans le magnifique comté de San Juan à une altitude de 7 700 pieds

Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  20 pieds du rivage! Ça ne va pas mieux. Cette escapade idĂ©ale quatre saisons est une promenade facile vers la marina et le cĂ©lĂšbre cafĂ© Pura Vida proposant des menus pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner, le dĂ©jeuner et le dĂźner tout au long de l'Ă©tĂ©. Nous venons de terminer la nouvelle terrasse extĂ©rieure aprĂšs la rĂ©novation complĂšte de la cuisine des derniĂšres annĂ©es. Les grands siĂšges de table en granit 8. Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez cuisiner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, il y a une plaque Ă  frire Blackstone et un barbecue Weber sous une partie couverte de la terrasse. Les deux chambres sont joliment meublĂ©es avec un lit queen dans le maĂźtre, un lit superposĂ© dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et un canapĂ©-lit devant la cheminĂ©e. Beaucoup de places dans la grande salle. Apportez votre propre bateau, louez mon ponton bass 20 '2017 ou votre motomarine prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e Ă  la marina.

S'il vous plaĂźt noter: Vallecito Lake est un lac alpin alimentĂ© par la fonte des neiges dans les montagnes locales. Nous voyons souvent le lac se remplir au maximum au printemps et en Ă©tĂ©, les niveaux d’eau varieront en fonction de l’utilisation de l’irrigation dans les basses vallĂ©es et des averses d’étĂ©.

Beautiful cabin. We could tell that the owner Ron really cares a lot about the details by the personal walk-thru. We enjoyed our stay very much. There's a FANTASTIC view of the lake! We traveled to Vallecito to fish and also to visit family in a quiet beautiful setting, and this was a success on all fronts.

Second year back and enjoyed it even more. Owner was accommodating to our requests which was most appreciated. Location, location, location! Best spot on the lake and spent most of our time on the deck. Will be back next year!

Great lakefront property! The kitchen was well equipped to cook & the host was very responsive. I would recommend replacing the mattress in the master bdrm for a more restful/comfortable sleep.

The home is lovely and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing detracting from the stay was issues with the septic system that the owner had repaired while we were there. I would stay here again.

Great Lake view

Hosts were great to be sure we were comfortable. The home and location are just what we needed for a fall get away. We read books, took hikes, watched ducks on lake while drinking our coffee. The deck is wonderful and would go there again. Great for fishing, hiking, relaxing and family time

Coming back!

Fantastic location steps to lake. House is rustic but clean. Kitchen is good size, all appliances are in great shape. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and lots of hot water for all. Ron was helpful in pointing out specifics about the house when we checked in. Very friendly and responsive to questions. No AC was not an issue. Opening the windows created good airflow. Hot tub had fresh water and felt great in the cool evening. Property was exactly as advertised. Will look to cone back again.

Lake house

Really nice area to stay. The deck is a good spot to relax on. The house is okay. Needs a fan in the master bedroom upstairs, it did get warm up there. Parking is very limited. You’ll do good to get two small cars parked. Overall we had a good time. Weminuche Woodfire Grill has good food.

Beautiful Lake Front Getaway.

We had an amazing stay here. The house has every amenity that you could possibly need. Everything worked perfect, and we some amazing meals in the well appointed new kitchen with an incredible view of the lake. We could watch the kids play in the lake just a few steps from the deck. We will be back, Thank you for the awesome memories.

Worst VrBo experience

The owner's description of the property on the VrBo site was incorrect and misleading. There was no mention of how many stairs would need to be negotiated both in and out of the house as well as access to the bedrooms. The description did not indicate that the bedrooms were upstairs. There was no mention of the constant sound of traffic during the day and night above and below the property. The owner had three damaged doors on the property. The Kitchen main door had to be pulled to shut properly. The kitchen screen door had to be slammed into place to be shut and locked. The sliding glass doors leading out to the porch were impossible to close and lock. The owner assured us of our "safety" and to leave them unlocked and open. The refrigerator water/ice filter needs replacement. There wasn't any dishwasher soap. There was no laundry soap. These amenities are listed in the Rental Agreement for use by the guests. The Rental Agreement didn't state that appliance soaps would have to be brought. No Fire Extinguisher on site. The upstairs master bedroom was quite uncomfortable and did not allow sleep. If you are not fit and or young, do not rent this property. The owner is rude and condescending.

Great Views

We had such a great time on the deck and on the lake. The view of the lake and mountains are spectacular day and night! Location is close to plenty of day excursions. Caught trout right in front of the house.

Beautiful views

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is freshly remodeled, beautiful and fully stocked. Blackstone is a nice touch. House decor is a bit dated but it didn’t matter. The view from the deck makes up for it. Owner/manager is very helpful and detailed in his explanation of everything. We had a great time exploring the area.

Wonderful Getaway

My family and I wanted a quiet cabin with a view to spend Christmas in. This was perfect for us. It’s about 20 min from anything (40 min if you want a main store) and we enjoyed the breathtaking views. It has an open loft concept so if your party has different sleep schedules it may not be ideal for you. For us, we loved being able to hear the kids regardless of where we were in the cabin. We will go back in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful lake!

Great location, everything we needed

We had a great stay at this location! The house was perfectly situated for us to enjoy the fall foliage views from the deck. We were also able to enjoy nearby amenities easily. The kitchen was great, and we cooked every meal on the property. Ron had everything we needed right there. A wonderful getaway to remember!

Great View of Vallecito

We really enjoyed this house. The owner was most helpful and the house had everything you could need for a relaxing stay including a large deck with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The location, beautiful kitchen, spa, fireplace area, and large windows in living room are definitely standouts to this lakefront house!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Love the water and serenity of this lake. We camped across the lake many times before buying a pontoon boat and a home on this lake. The lake is still quite serene and the barn swallows come every spring to roost under the eaves of the house. Osprey glide in the sky around us looking for that next meal on the water surface and nest high in the trees around us.
