Sur le lac Vallecito dans le magnifique comté de San Juan à une altitude de 7 700 pieds

Vous n'êtes qu'à 20 pieds du rivage! Ça ne va pas mieux. Cette escapade idéale quatre saisons est une promenade facile vers la marina et le célèbre café Pura Vida proposant des menus pour le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner tout au long de l'été. Nous venons de terminer la nouvelle terrasse extérieure après la rénovation complète de la cuisine des dernières années. Les grands sièges de table en granit 8. Si vous préférez cuisiner à l'extérieur, il y a une plaque à frire Blackstone et un barbecue Weber sous une partie couverte de la terrasse. Les deux chambres sont joliment meublées avec un lit queen dans le maître, un lit superposé dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit devant la cheminée. Beaucoup de places dans la grande salle. Apportez votre propre bateau, louez mon ponton bass 20 '2017 ou votre motomarine préférée à la marina.

S'il vous plaît noter: Vallecito Lake est un lac alpin alimenté par la fonte des neiges dans les montagnes locales. Nous voyons souvent le lac se remplir au maximum au printemps et en été, les niveaux d’eau varieront en fonction de l’utilisation de l’irrigation dans les basses vallées et des averses d’été.

Beautiful cabin. We could tell that the owner Ron really cares a lot about the details by the personal walk-thru. We enjoyed our stay very much. There's a FANTASTIC view of the lake! We traveled to Vallecito to fish and also to visit family in a quiet beautiful setting, and this was a success on all fronts.

The home is lovely and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing detracting from the stay was issues with the septic system that the owner had repaired while we were there. I would stay here again.

Great lakefront property! The kitchen was well equipped to cook & the host was very responsive. I would recommend replacing the mattress in the master bdrm for a more restful/comfortable sleep.

Many guests comment on how comfortable that mattress is and it doesn't show any signs of wear. It's our favorite place to sleep. You may be used to memory foam which we do not like.

Beautiful Lake Front Getaway.

We had an amazing stay here. The house has every amenity that you could possibly need. Everything worked perfect, and we some amazing meals in the well appointed new kitchen with an incredible view of the lake. We could watch the kids play in the lake just a few steps from the deck. Jason’s visit reminded me of the wonderful child vacation I had when I was the age of their children and that was 65 years ago. My son often thanks me for the wonderful times I showed him as a youngster. Beautiful lake house

Just steps from the lake to go paddle boarding which was great. Owners are thorough during check in and reviewing rules, which keeps their home in good shape. Enjoyed our stay! As always in Colorado, watch those afternoon thunderstorms and try to get on the water early in the morning.

Lake house

Really nice area to stay. The deck is a good spot to relax on. The house is okay. Needs a fan in the master bedroom upstairs, it did get warm up there. Parking is very limited. You’ll do good to get two small cars parked. Overall we had a good time. Weminuche Woodfire Grill has good food.

As much as we like our bedroom ceiling light we have recently ordered a fan /light to replace it. There are nights where the lake breeze can use a little help. We don't have a parking lot and all of the nearby properties only have roadside parking. We have roadside parking in addition to the two spaces. Most guests arrive in one large vehicle. We continue to be a favorite.

Love the water and serenity of this lake. We camped across the lake many times before buying a pontoon boat and a home on this lake. The lake is still quite serene and the barn swallows come every spring to roost under the eaves of the house. Osprey glide in the sky around us looking for that next meal on the water surface and nest high in the trees around us.
