Une cabine unique sur la rivière avec vue sur la montagne, et idéalement situé entre Durango (8 miles) et à la fois le Vallecito et Citron Réservoirs (4 et 10 miles, respectivement). Que vous soyez assis sur le pont à quelques pieds de la rivière ou dans la cabine, profiter des sons incroyablement relaxants de la rivière et les vues sereines sur les montagnes et les pins.

Cette cabine associe l'esprit de la construction rustique aux dernières mises à jour. Une cuisine bien équipée et des espaces de vie bien aménagés feront de vos journées confortable. Un poêle à bois dans le salon est idéal pour prendre le froid de la nuit fraîche. Les chambres à coucher comprennent un lit king size dans la chambre à coucher, ainsi qu'un logement pour les invités séparé avec deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain. Un canapé-lit dans la salle à manger de la cabine offre une flexibilité supplémentaire pour dormir. Une laveuse et une sécheuse offrent la possibilité de faire un chargement rapide de linge si nécessaire.

Comfortable place with everything we needed to cook and do some laundry. The wood burning stove was nice for some cool nights and they had plenty of firewood. The location was great a little out of town (exactly what we were looking for) but still close enough that getting to town was very easy.

The location of this cabin is pretty amazing. It sits right on the river and it’s beautiful. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! Incredible location directly on the river, adorable, very well appointed cabin, comfortable, cozy, clean. 20 - 30 minutes from downtown but an easy drive and we LOVED the location. We did one incredible gravel ride from the front door and another around Vallecito reservoir.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying along the river. The house is nicely appointed with plenty of games @ puzzles for our one rainy day. Fish were caught, meals were shared and relaxation was had in abundance. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay.

Perfect cabin by the river

We celebrated our 22nd Anniversary at this beautiful cabin! It was perfect and we enjoyed the river running through the backyard. Cabin was very clean. Great location from town. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy this place again.

House is outside of Durango but not far and beautiful drive. The river is perfect anise had everything we needed. Would stay there again in heartbeat

Peaceful Getaway

This is the third year in a row I’ve stayed at this cabin. The first year was just to visit Durango then I started riding in the Iron Horse bike race. I plan on staying at this place every year moving forward. The creek behind the place is awesome and it’s only twenty minutes or so from Durango.

Great cozy cabin

We really enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin by the river. It was great to come back each night, light a fire to warm up, and make dinner. Kids loved having their own "tiny house" to stay in. Everything was comfortable and as described.

We started visiting the Durango area in the summer and quickly fell in love with the area...enough so that we decided we wanted to share with our family and friends.

Once we arrived in Durango, we soon realized that this area is all that we expected (and more). We also knew that we wanted to find a vacation home on the water. When we found this cabin we knew it was a perfect place to spend quality downtime with our family. One of our favorite things to do is to sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the water flowing by.

We hope that you will enjoy your time at our cabin as much as we do.
