Magnifiquement rénové 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet situé dans le quartier populaire des dunes de Hatteras, NC 27943, sur le cÎté océan de la pittoresque route 12 en face de Teach's Lair Marina / Restaurant.

Le chalet est situé dans une rue trÚs calme avec à quelques pas de la plage privée un accÚs à l'une des plus belles plages d'Amérique et à 1 minute en voiture ou à 5 minutes à pied de Teach's Lair Marina. NOUVELLE passerelle tout juste installée pour faciliter l'accÚs à la plage!

Des restaurants, des boutiques, le Pamlico Sound ou un trajet gratuit en ferry vers l'ßle d'Ocracoke sont à quelques minutes à pied, à vélo ou en voiture. Hatteras Village offre un endroit merveilleux et relaxant pour se détendre et Sand Lot est l'endroit idéal pour appeler à la maison pendant que vous le faites.

Wonderful Experience!

I can't say enough great things about the home and the hospitality of the host! Everything was clean and in great working order. If anything, it was more than I expected! The screened in porch was perfect for hanging out on and relaxing. I will absolutely be returning :)

OBX Beach Vacay

This was our first visit to OBX! We loved everything about this home. It was a perfect location for our family. Short walks to the beach, charter fishing out of the marina, and quick access to the car ferry made this house fit all of our requirements. The layout worked well for four teenagers and four adults. Andrew was very thorough with information and very responsive to any questions we had. We will rent again!

Beautiful house near the beach

This house was exceptionally clean, well-equipped and so close to the beach- less than a five minute walk. We really enjoyed how helpful and communicative the hosts were. We would definitely come back and rent it again.

Perfect guys get away

I booked this house for my husband and a few of his friends to stay while they went deep sea fishing. They said the house was just what they needed. The house is located in the perfect spot, very clean, and stocked with everything they needed. Would love to return if ever in the area.

The owner was fantastic, and took great ownership in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. The place is immaculate, and all the finishes are new, fresh, and operational. The owner was nice enough to provide extra consumables in case we forgot anything. 10/10 recommend to others, and we will return.

Home near the beach

This is a wonderful property. Well-maintained by owner who seems truly to care about his property and the comfort of renters. The house was clean. The kitchen is updated and well-stocked. There was a nice welcome basket that added a touch of class. The location is perfectly fine for access to beach as well as shopping needs. Andrew and representatives responded immediately when needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

Immaculate; that is the best description for this home. As we say in the south, "so clean you can eat off the floor". The home has been renovated and looks amazing. The owners did a wonderful job with this home. We stayed during the off season so it was quiet around Hatteras, the beach, and surrounding neighborhood. The beach is a very close easy walk. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

Fantastic! From the word go, this was a fantastic experience. Andrew was quick with response and answered any questions we may have. The home was better than advertised in its kitchen stock and cleanliness! The walk to the beach or the marina was easy and quick. Truly a wonderful place that we look forward to getting back to you! I don’t really like to write reviews if sometimes when you find something that’s this good, you want to keep it close!

Great family vacation

This rental was great. Everything was just as pictured and very, very clean (we were impressed with the cleanliness). The house has everything you need to prepare meals, have fun evenings with lots of movies and games, and plenty of linens to spare. Location was perfect for us: very quiet street, a couple minute walk to the beach, and short ride to the ferry and landing. The icing on the cake was the communication with the owner. Andrew gave us recommendations on dining, checked in on us before, during and the end of stay to see if we had questions or needed anything to make our stay better. We highly recommend this property for others.

Awesome stay again! Will definitely rent this house again.

Very pleased with this house. I would like to recommend that the den area around the sofa and loveseat tables you need some lamps. I feel the overhead canister lights are too bright and maybe you could even install some dimmer switches on the kitchen and the den as well. Just a recommendation. Thanks for this stay and looking for a next trip.
