SAILFISH à Avon est un chalet de plage charmant situé sur une face à l'océan cul de sac qui est à quelques secondes de l'accÚs à la plage. Vous ne disposez pas de traverser une rue pour aller sur les dunes.! VOUS SEREZ SOUS LE CHARME DE LA vue sur l'océan depuis le pont supérieur SPACIEUSE! Nous acceptons aussi les animaux de compagnie. Cette maison est un confortable .... au dernier étage dispose d'une cuisine à aire ouverte, salon et salle à manger. Il dispose de 3 portes coulissantes en verre dans une rangée pour laisser entrer beaucoup de lumiÚre et permettent à la plate-forme pour devenir une extension de la zone de vie. Les clients vont adorer cette zone pour bronzer, lire un livre ou pique-nique. Le niveau supérieur a également la chambre principale et salle de bain complÚte. Le premier niveau dispose de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Il y a 3 lits queen, et 4 lits jumeaux individuels dans la maison pour accueillir au moins 10 personnes. Les clients doivent apporter leurs propres affaires et draps, oreillers et serviettes. Il ya aussi un espace buanderie.
Sailfish dispose d'une douche en plein air qui dispose d'eau chaude et froide, un barbecue, une table de nettoyage du poisson et un objectif de basket-ball. APPORTEZ VOTRE PROPRE BASKETBALL.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was easily accessed, kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, beds were comfortable, & new deck gave us an ocean view. We were pleasently surprise by the outside shower. A good time was had by all!! Thanks for sharing your house with us.

This was such a a nice stay. The owners were so communicative, our week was after hurricane Erin made a mess of the area. The owner kept me updated and let me know the minute we could head that way. Made the situation less stressful. The house is comfortable and well equipped. It is just a short walk to the beach; while part of the path is a boardwalk you do have to walk a bit in the sand and up the dune. So might be aware in case anyone has difficulty walking. One you get to the beach, wow. It is a beautiful stretch, nice and wide. For the third week of August the beach was not crowded. One additional thing we did appreciate was the two refrigerators in the kitchen. Great idea and we appreciated the extra space. I recommend this property, beautiful location, nice house and great owners.

Nice place. Loved the layout of the house. When we arrived it seemed like it could be a bit cleaner. I noticed the smell the most. We had to open the sliding glass doors and a few windows to let it “air out”. The his did improve but we added a few deodorizers to help. Great ocean views on a spacious deck. The walk to the beach took me approximately 400 steps. Not to bad due to the wide dunes that were there. Location was great. We walked to the pastry/coffee shop a few mornings. Foodlion was near by and our inlet fishing trip was amazing. All in all we had a great family vacation.

Excellent. Again!!!

This is our third year at this location, and we hope to come back again! Everything is clean and as stated. The kitchen is well stocked ( we tend to bring our own “equipment “ from years of experience!); the deck is a wonderful place to grab a book and a drink; and the view is wondrous! The walk to the beach is less than ten minutes, and shops and restaurants are almost that close as well. Hosts are available by phone, but we haven’t needed them but once for a question in three years. Two thumbs up!

Clean, affordable, and ocean view in Avon

Location of this property is steps away from a gorgeous and endless beach. The unit was clean and tidy with clear instructions on what or what not to do. Although we only needed the top floor, there were ample bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs for a small army! We had great weather and spent 7 days outside, but there are plenty of puzzles and books if you are rained in.

Property manager and check in process are amazing. The house is super comfy and great beach access and location to local spots. The only reason I gave neighborhood a 4 instead of 5 is there was a group of guys in the house next to us who were very loud late at night. But they were on vacation too so we understood, just a little annoying at midnight.

The property was wonderful. Check in was easy. Prepare for stairs, lots of them if you bring dogs. Quiet, easy beach access, easy to find and access to Avon. Improvements: mention where the instructions are posted, as I didn't see them til the second day and WiFi info at the TV was outdated. WD40 on sliding glass door to deck, gate at the top of the stairs from the top deck so dogs could sit outside alone, identify where the vacuum cleaner is (not the shampoo machine) if you want us to vacuum before leaving.

Quintessential beach house

This is our second time staying at this property. We stayed with friends here a few years back. It was perfect fit for our two families this time. Kids ranged from 16-11. Perfect location to beach. Loved the large dining table. Fit all 8 of us comfortably for dinner! I wish there was a light above table (I feel like there was one a few years ago) all in all we had a lovely vacation and was very happy with our accommodations!
