Récemment rénové et décoré maison de style ranch du désert avec quatre chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes dans un quartier calme. 20 minutes de l'aéroport et env. 25 minutes du centre-ville de Phoenix, avec un accÚs facile à l'autoroute.

TrĂšs propre et en excellent Ă©tat. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec de nouveaux appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et des ustensiles et ustensiles de table / cuisine. PrĂšs des casinos, des magasins, des centres commerciaux et du centre commercial Chandler. Également Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs terrains de golf de haut niveau, tels que les parcours Legacy et Whirlwind, Cattail et Devils Claw, ainsi que le Raven Phoenix, pour en nommer quelques-uns. La propriĂ©tĂ© a 5 lits, un roi dans le maĂźtre, deux reines et deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres sont Ă©quipĂ©es d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. Jeux de famille et films fournis. Girl's weekend

Place was clean, close to highway Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Everything we need it was available to us. The only downside was the landscapers came at 7am and woke us up.

Family Thanksgiving Dinner

The house was perfect. Easy to find. No problem checking in. The host offered if we like to check in early which was very accommodating, but we had other obligations before checkin. The home was large enough for all 8 adults and my grandbaby. It was stocked very well with items needed. The beds were very comfy. I made an excellent choice. I would stay again in the future.

Phoenix vacation

Perfect location!

We chose this house based on location and we weren't disappointed. This beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood and also close to the 202 making it easy to go most anywhere outside of the Foothills. We also chose this home because it's within 10 minutes of our daughter's home. Spending time daily with family was important to us. Upon arrival we found a lovely tray off assorted snacks that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare meals and a gas grill is outside on the patio. We would definitely stay in this rental again.

Family visit

This house is beautiful and well maintained. It’s close to fwy access without the noise. The host graciously leaves extra towels, bottled water and a little box of sun dries in case you forget something. Their Welcome Book has all the information you may need. Very pleasant stay and 5 star rating.

Room for visiting with family

Had a good stay. Living and family rooms provide enough space to spread out. Kitchen roomy for cooking. Could use a deep clean and some updating but was clean enough and served its purpose.

A pleasant comfortable place to stay while attending preseason games. Disappointed that coffee maker was not working. Advised property manager but was disappointed that problem was not rectified.

Beautiful home

Comfortable accommodations. Clean. Four large bedrooms with TV. Great internet access and easy to use direct TV. Gas barbecue grill only lacking outdoor table for eating in this nice climate. Would rent again.

Convenient Access, Thoughtful Amenities

Very nice home with extremely easy access from the 202 freeway. Plenty of clean towels and a thoughtful supply of "in case you forgot" toiletries. The available kitchen equipment was not as extensive as we had thought it might be; however there's a Fry's nearby if you cannot improvise. As with any VRBO property, make sure that you have what you need before you start cooking. Keypad entry, which has both pro & con aspects. I had to call the property manager twice about the keypad - once b/c my code did not initially work & again when the battery went too low for the unit to operate the deadbolt. Fortunately, the property manager either answered my call directly or got back to me within a few minutes. The keypad entry was very convenient for our family members who were coming & going on different schedules. We enjoyed the property and will plan to stay there again.

Great host to work with!

Beautiful and very clean comfortable home for our stay! Our host was very quick responding to any questions I had and even allowed a family member who was coming in early check in before the stated check in time, so appreciated! Extremely easy access to freeway and we all felt very safe in that particular neighborhood! The master bedroom and en suite is gorgeous and huge and the walk in closet was large enough to accommodate my year old granddaughters portable crib, it worked out perfectly! There is a 2 seat bench a and couple of plastic chairs out in back and a small table and chair set outside for morning coffee or an evening cocktail would have been nice, but since we were on the move most every day it wasn't that big of a deal for us. You won't be sorry if you stay in this beautiful home with such a nice and accommodating host!

I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the property, the house is nicer than the pictures show. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed, and the location was safe and close to amenities. The property owner was responsive and answered my questions immediately. I would definitely stay here again

Well stocked and comfortable

This was a very clean and comfortable property. It was well stocked in terms of everything. No running out to the store for essentials that other places skimp on. From plush Towels to kitchenware we had everything we needed. We didn’t feel like we were using the leftover plates, pots, pans etc. Everything was first class. We’d stay again.

Very nice, great location

The layout of the home is great. It is clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We enjoyed riding our bikes and taking walks in the nice neighborhood. The owner was extremely attentive. Pictures are accurate. We totally enjoyed our stay and tried to reserve it again for next year but it was already booked.
