Located approximately 20 minutes south of the airport. Easy access to I-10, I-202, and I-101. This is a very quiet and safe community. There is plenty to see and do nearby. A close car ride to all spring training facilities.
miles from Wildhorse Pass Casino and Gila river casino and Premier Outlets. chandler fashion center,Intel all within 3 miles. We also have a heated pool for your enjoyment.
The space
Very good spacious areas plenty of room for a family. Fire place for those Cosy nights and gatherings.

24/7 Self Check-in access to the home. Guests will be sent check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival with unique entry code and other pertinent home info.
Other things to note
This property offers fast WiFi & smart TVs for your streaming needs,. The backyard has seating & beautiful landscaping, We also have a heated pool for your enjoyment. Important Pool Notice

I met my niece and a couple of her friends in phoenix for a wedding dress shopping weekend. The home was lovely and so much space for us all to spread out.

The kitchen had all we needed. There was plenty of space for the family around the table. The host kept in contact with us. The pool was warm and a nice size. The house was clean and nicely set up. We had a great time there.

Excellent Stay!

Excellent home and very comfortable! Had an issue where there was a water leak, and luckily my husband was able to contain the leak from flooding the yard. We reported, and the owner replied. Other than that, everything was fantastic for my family and me. The House was just as seen in pictures. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home! Thank you so much, we will certainly want to stay here again!

Excellent home

The home was very clean, spacious and nicely kept. We enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the heating system seemed to be inconsistent in the rooms. One of the rooms got very warm as compared to the other rooms. Also, the common areas was very cold in the morning. Finally, the manager was in good communication until part way through our stay. Then I didn't hear back from her.Otherwise, it's an excellent home!

For the most part the house was clean. There was a lot of stray long dark hair in the master bedroom stuck to everything (my family has blond hair). The rest of the house was clean and smelled nice. The beds were harder than what I prefer. The hot tub was broken which we did not need during the day but the evenings were cooler and it would have been nice to use. On Friday of our stay I was sitting out by the pool when a stranger came into the back yard with no notice to clean the pool. When I inquired with the host I was told that he was there on either Thursdays or Fridays so FYI cuz it is not posted anywhere that he would show up. Check out was pretty standard and easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.
