Daniel was very communicative and his place was perfect for our stay of college friends taking a friend vacation! The hot tub was a great touch since the desert nights get chilly. The pool is not heated, but the area around it was wonderful to hang out. The home is spacious and exactly as pictured. If we come back to Scottsdale, we will be back!

Perfect location for everything!

This house has everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook. The pool table & hot tub was great to enjoy after watching baseball games during the day. The property owner has an incredibly quick response time and great communication. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next year for spring training. grecommunication

Spring getaway in Scottsdale

This property had everything you could want for a lovely getaway
tons of space, a swimming pool, hot tub, and a bbq grill! Great location and close to old town Scottsdale. An excellent host and great weather made this the perfect choice for us.

Sunny Scottsdale Paradise

This host is amazing. Communication was fantastic with responses within minutes to questions. Early check in was granted. Home was wonderful and stocked with everything you need. The only suggestion would be to check drain in room near washer/dryer. There was a slight odor in that area. No other issues at all. Pool and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing.

Sisters going to Spring Training

We loved everything about this lovely home! It has every amenity we could ask for-large enough pool to swim laps, a hot tub, putting green and plenty of lounge chairs and sun in backyard to soak in the sun. Indoors has a bright spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, all the condiments and coffee we needed. TVs were inside and out! With large screens and simple to operate and beds were comfortable. Home was immaculately clean. Close walk to many attractions as well as casual walking. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Quick visit to see friends

Needed a place to stay while visiting friends. House was exactly like the pictures, check in process was smooth and was even able to check in a bit early. House was clean, pool was refreshing, and the backyard was an amazing place to unwind after a busy day. I’d definitely recommend this property for any situation. I plan to take the family back down over the winter months and this will be the first place I check for availability.

Wonderful stay

The property was wonderful and exactly as advertised, but what really went above and beyond was communication with the host. I needed to reach out after locking myself out and the response was almost immediate. I really appreciated the responsiveness on top of a great property for our family vacation.

Great little getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything we needed, and we loved having access to the pool and spa. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touch of having snacks available made us feel right at home. The only thing to note is that the air conditioner in the pool table room doesn’t cool the space as well as the rest of the house, so it can get a bit warm. However, it was still comfortable enough after a dip in the pool. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Staycation

We wanted to have a relaxing weekend with a pool for our daughters 14th birthday and promotion into high school, we had family night the first night and friends came over for a cookout on Sunday. The house is nicely renovated and stocked with all necessities. Plan to book here again in the future. Great Owner communication.

Do not recommend-confused as to all the positive reviews I read. Couldn't wait to end the vacation.

The interior paint on the walls looked rushed and sloppy. The master bath's door was shredded at the bottom, the cabinet was completely scratched. The kitchen sink faucet (on/off water handle) was hooked up wrong (hot came out of the cold position and vice versa). A lot of the outlets looked like they were smashed into the wall. They looked dangerous to use. There were multiple, large water stains on the ceiling. There was a "bar" in the pool table room which was really just an unfinished kitchen cabinet/countertop placed in the room. The "bar" wasn't even flush to the wall and the countertop was not adhered to the base. The outside deck area did not have a tv. This isn't a big deal, but one was showed in the pics. There were two outside chairs that were completely broken. The pool's water level was low and continued to get low during our stay. The pools plastic lining was patched up (not very well) in numerous locations with the exception of one large tear over a foot long. On the side of the house near the pool area was an area filled with junk. It was a complete eyesore. Dangerous for young kids. The first morning and last morning of our visit, there was a loud noise coming from the wall separating the two guest bedrooms. The sound started at 4am and lasted until 6:45am both times, as if whatever turned on was on a timer. My youngest woke up pretty frightened. I have more but I can’t add it all here. I also have pictures, but I can’t see where to add those.
