This home is truly stunning! Close enough to Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District that you can simply walk across the street.

This home away from home is beautifully decorated and very quaint. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

The Chefs appointed Kitchen includes granite counter tops with gas cook top and great for entertaining!

Master bedroom includes a walk-in shower with body sprayers, with nice tile surround, large closet for all your belongings and a computer table workspace.

Bedroom 2 includes a large closet with queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 includes another large closet with two full size beds.
All bedrooms have their own TV’s with new plush mattresses for your comfort.

The backyard oasis includes plenty of outdoor seating along with a heated pool if requested for your enjoyment. (Please inquire about fees for pool heating.) *Recommended for months between November through April.

Located in an established Old Town Scottsdale neighborhood less than 4 miles in any direction you will find Camelback Mountain, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale (voted Best Nightlife), Golf at Silverado, Camelback Golf Club, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Stonecreek & Starfire. We had a great stay at this property the last week of December 2025. The home has been updated and has a great pool and lounging area in the backyard to enjoy swimming, hanging out by the pool with games and cocktails. The location is easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shops and activities of Old TownBlake, the property manager was super responsive and easy to work with if anything was needed
in our case assisting with having the pool heated and responding to any requests

Bugs in house. Owner notified and it took hours to get someone to changes sheets.Someone one was smoking in house

Great property, great location

We were visiting from out of state for our son's wedding and most of the wedding party was staying in Old Town. This house was in the perfect location for walking to events and offered all the amenities and more. The pool was perfect with towels and some floats provided and adequate shade as well. Another party in our group had rented a property with a pool that had lukewarm water, not great for the high June temps. The game room was an added bonus although we didn't have enough time to use it. I would definitely recommend this property!

Scottsdale getaway

Great location for a quick 3-4 day golf getaway with couples. Located very close to great restaurants and Oldtown. We were able to get to golf quickly and enjoy all of Scottsdale. Communication with owner manager was great and went the extra mile for us. We would return for sure.

Getting out of the cold

This home was in the Old Town District of Scottsdale, centrally located near great food and fun. Weather was awesome and the host, Barry was amazing. I had called him when we first arrived and let him know the propane tanks were a little low, and within minutes he had arrived at the home with two full propane tanks. His customer service and responsivity were awesome, as he would send me text messages to make sure my family was having a great time. His recommendations for both food and fun were spot on. We will be returning to this vrbo home again.

Late February Snowbirds Visit

Our family of 5 had a great week long stay. The house was nice and in easy walking distance of OldTown and all its great restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and backyard. Barry, our host, was readily available to answer any of our questions and he promptly handled any special requests we had.

Amazing house and location

We had an amazing stay in Scottsdale. Barry was fantastic and super friendly and helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. The house is great- decorated nicely with comfortable furniture and the kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need- way more than any other rental I have stayed in. The outdoor space is gorgeous and the pool was so nice. You can’t beat the location with an easy walk into old town Scottsdale and the shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Scary Situation

The house and location was great but, unfortunately, the last night we were there someone broke in to the back sliding glass door. We didn't realize that the lock on the door didn't work. Thankfully, the owner provide a broomstick for us to put on the track and that did help to keep the door from opening all the way but, to wake up and find that someone could have made their way in to the home, while we were sleeping, was very unsettling.

Exactly What We Needed

A few friends and I stayed here look for a trip away from the hustle and bustle of daily life - kid free! The house was exactly what we expected. Great Location and perfect for larger groups

6 of my girlfriends and I stayed and were very impressed with the place. It is in a perfect location near all the shops and restaurants. The pool area was great and very relaxing. The kitchen had all the appliances needed and the host was very responsive. The only issues we experienced was the hot water in the master bath was not working, and in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen sink, water would not drain. I informed host and they were going to look at it. Also, make sure you buy toilet paper if you stay as there were only 3 rolls provided! Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Location! Location! Location! and a game room + pool!

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 4 with 2 teen boys! It is conveniently located to the nearby Spring Training fields and we walked into Old Town Scottsdale for dinner one evening. The property manager was helpful, attentive, and very courteous in communicating with us. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stand-alone house rental in Scottsdale!

Loved this one

This house was super clean. Location was awesome. Walked to old town. Great backyard. Keurig n kitchen with pods provided. Bathrooms and showers were top notch as were the towels. Just an overall great house for your Scottsdale stay

Family Christmas Getaway

This was a great house. Beautiful fenced in back yard. The bbq grill and the seating area with a fire pit worked well for our family. Very nice kitchen. Our only issue was that the listing stated cable tv and although there are various streaming apps, there is not live local channels. Not a big deal, but we wanted to watch some live football and had to stream through my son’s phone. Overall, a great experience. Great location to Old Towne Scottsdale. Would definitely stay here again.
