Découvrez le charme de notre villa coloniale, la Villa Aurora, idéalement située sur la barriÚre de corail du Belize, le deuxiÚme plus grand récif du monde.

Notre villa en bord de mer située sur Ambergris Caye dans le prestigieux Playa Blanca, dispose de 5 chambres, chacune avec son propre climatiseur et ventilateur de plafond et 5 salles de bains, dont trois sont ensuite. Deux des trois chambres à l'étage s'ouvrent sur une longue terrasse avec des aires de repos à l'extérieur de chaque chambre. Les 360 vues de Villa Aurora couvrent la mer des Caraïbes à la baie. Nous disposons également d'une suite avec une chambre et une salle de bain Princess Maya avec une entrée séparée sur la plage avant, une cuisine et un coin salon extérieur.

Notre nouvelle zone de détente sur le toit est parfaite pour siroter un cocktail tout en profitant de l'une des plus belles vues du monde.

Notre villa récemment rénovée est ornée de meubles faits à la main du Belize, ainsi que des meubles faits à la main et de la statuaire de Bali, en Indonésie.

Nos murs sont décorés avec des peintures de l'artiste local du Belize Fred Trejo, et un trésor fait à la main soigneusement choisi de Bali.

RafraĂźchie par les brises de la mer orientale, cette villa spectaculaire dispose d'un palapa sur le toit, trois palapas de plage et un palapa Ă  la fin du quai! Aires de repos sur la plage, sur le toit et au bord de la piscine.

Jardins magnifiquement paysagers d'arbres tropicaux, et fleurs, plus de 30 espÚces de plantes, créant un environnement idyllique. Le salon spacieux et les canapés rembourrés s'ouvrent sur la terrasse de la piscine et le coin repas extérieur. Nos deux tables à manger faites à la main sont parfaites pour les repas en famille à l'intérieur de la villa ou au bord de la piscine.

Vous pouvez arriver Ă  Villa Aurora par mer ou par terre. La villa dispose d'un long quai privĂ© avec une palapa avec des hamacs et des bancs Ă  la fin. Le quai a une Ă©chelle et est parfait pour la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, le paddle board, le kayak ou la pĂȘche. Le quai est facilement accessible par des bateaux-taxis, des bateaux de plongĂ©e, des jet-skis et des voiliers.

La villa dispose également de beaucoup de serviettes de plage! Et une buanderie pour votre commodité.

Our week stay at Villa Aurora was fantastic! The house is beautiful and full of every amenity you may possibly need. Mike was very accommodating and fixed any issues we had immediately. He was also able to arrange all of our requests we had from golf carts, massages at the house, boat trips, and anything else we might need. Jairo also took great care of us and was fantastic to have around the house every day! We highly recommend and will be back for sure. Thank you!

Amazing Slice of Paradise

The property was absolutely beautiful along with all of the coastline around San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. From before we ever arrived, the property staff was helpful, communicative, and assisted in making bookings and ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible. Mike and Jairo were delightful and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Belize for their first time - 5 stars!

Wonderful Home

We just completed a family vacation here and this home was perfect for all of us. Jairo the caretaker took such great care of everything we needed at the house. Mike the property manager was terrific, he booking all our excursion, dinner reservations, messages, you name it and he made it happen. They both made us all feel so welcome and provided excellent support to all our needs.

We had a great time relaxing and playing at this house. We enjoyed the volleyball net (even though it was windy), cornhole and kayaks. Would definitely recommend this place!

Their kindness made us feel truly at home and added a personal touch that made the experience even more special.We also can’t say enough good things about Mike, our concierge, who was a tremendous resource throughout our stay. He helped us coordinate everything with ease, from activities to local recommendations, and made sure we experienced the very best of Belize. Fantastic visit!

Mike, Teresa and Jose were terrific hosts. They checked in with us every day, responded promptly to questions, and the meals Teresa cooked for us were better than what we had at the restaurants. We had plenty of space to relax, play games and enjoy our week in the sun.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great 7-day stay at Villa Aurora. Jairo and Vicki (caretakers of the property) were absolutely amazing! They helped us with whatever needs we had, and Vicki is an amazing cook. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-16). We all had our own space and enjoyed the house. Would highly recommend this property when booking your stay in Ambergris Caye.

Perfect home for multi generation family vacation

The house, yard and private pier were perfect for a family vacation. Simon met us at the airport with our 2 golf carts and escorted us to the house and gave us a tour. The caretakers, Jose and Theresa, took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed our Belizean meals. We loved the large yard and played volleyball and corn hole. The pier is perfect for fishing and spotting sting rays. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Private Villa

Our group of 9 had a fantastic and relaxing week at Villa Aurora. The pool, kitchen and living room was a great space for all of us to hang out with a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea. Jairo and Vicki took good care of us always making sure we had water, ice and even did a bonfire for us one night. Mike did a great job arranging our airport transfers, golf carts and snorkeling tours (must snorkel Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with Captain Chris). Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great time at Villa Aurora!

Our group of 5 couples stayed for a long weekend at Villa Aurora. We had a great time enjoying all the amenities at the Villa. The staff (Mike, Urbano, and Consuela) were responsive to our requests and very helpful, including assisting with our arrival and departure. Chef Angela Rivero prepared a delicious Belizian meal for our group at the house- highly recommend. The staff also put us in touch with Johnny Boy Tours, who picked us up at the Villa pier & gave our group a couple of fun snorkeling tours and a visit to Caye Caulker - highly recommend as well.

Great Place From Which to Enjoy Ambergris Caye

This house is a great spot from which to enjoy Ambergris Caye. It is a 15-20 minute golf cart ride into San Pedro but a 3-minute ride to many good restaurants. The distance from the town allows quiet time on the deck to enjoy the ever-blowing breeze off of the ocean. All of the excursions will pick you up from your own dock. The distance from town is a benefit as the surrounding properties are free from the hustle and bustle of town which allows you to quickly get into Island time mode.

Great place to stay!

We rented this house for a 20 year girl’s trip. There were 9 ladies total and we loved it! From the moment of our pickup at the airport, we felt like we were being taken care of. The kitchen was stocked well and there was a very good amount of beach towels. We were checked on by Urbano and Consuelas multiple times to make sure everything was good. I would definitely rent this place again!
