Bienvenue sur B35!

La sérénité de Perdido Key est un trésor que peu de gens savent.

Sundown est un complexe de condo privé, paisible, de faible hauteur sur la clé qui est vraiment un joyau caché. Situé sur la pittoresque rivière Ole, le Sundown possède un passage privé menant à la plage et offre un accès aux loisirs aquatiques de tous types.

Il dispose d'une grande piscine, de courts de tennis et de basket-ball. Les zones de pique-nique avec des barbecues sont près de la piscine et de la rivière Ole. Câble et Internet sans fil sont fournis. Pour les amateurs de bateau, il y a des bordereaux de bateau, des mouillages de jet-ski, et le stockage pour des remorques. Un lancement de bateau est disponible pour votre utilisation à proximité.

La Suite nautique est une chambre à coucher, une salle de bain, condo au troisième étage avec une grande terrasse qui offre les meilleures vues sur le front de mer dans le complexe. Le coucher du soleil est à couper le souffle et l'observation des étoiles avec le télescope fourni est magique. Observez les oiseaux planer et plonger pour la nourriture pendant que vous bronzez sur le pont tandis que les dauphins font leur passage quotidien sur la rivière.

La suite nautique dispose de plusieurs équipements. La cuisine est abondamment équipée avec des équipements pour la cuisine et le divertissement. Le placard invité a des chaises de plage, des parasols, des jouets de plage et de la piscine, et d'autres goodies. Des engins de pêche et des casiers à crabe sont fournis pour ceux qui veulent tenter leur chance. La chambre dispose d'un lit king size élégant et confortable. Il y a un grand téléviseur à écran plat pour regarder la télévision et les films et un système audio pour lire des DVD, des CD et des I-pods.

Ce condo est unique en son genre que vous ne voudrez pas quitter. Demandez le B-35, la Suite nautique, et faites vos propres souvenirs au Sundown à Perdido Key. Si vous avez besoin de réserver deux condos pour les amis et la famille en voyage, nous louons également notre condo B-34 qui se trouve juste à côté du B-35.

Great condo with a view

Perfect Perdido Key Getaway

We really loved the property. You get the best of both worlds with beach views, and beach access, with riverfront property that is very private and serene. The property offers a place to park boat, trailers, has a dock, great outdoor space, and pool area. The property management team on site are extremely friendly and helpful. this unit in particularly is themed in nautical decor and is so charming and cozy and very clean.

The property was nice a little dated but fine. Patio furniture needs replacing. We liked having a place with a boat slip. Had to try to communicate a bit upon arrival because we never received our code for the condo. Would we stay there again, sure.

Sitting’ on the Dock of the Bay

As soon as we walked in and saw the dock, overlooking the bay, through the sliding glass doors, our hearts knew we were officially on vacation! The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and had every possible thing you could ever need to make your time there feel like home. The public beach access across the street made it easy to roll our wagon and all the extras to a perfect spot in the sand each day and the pool was always extremely clean and never crowded, perfectly refreshing.

Relaxing Rental

This is a very casual rental if you want a relaxing beach vacation. There are supplies for all your needs, even the beach. The balcony is huge, but stands in water if it rains... which it did a lot while we were there. This is not a fancy complex, but it's neat, clean, quiet, and very well kept. The river behind and beach across the street were perfect. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and especially loved that it is close to the FloraBama.

Excellent location. Clean property.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Sundown property. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the basketball court, pool, and grilling area. The Sundown community is very quiet and it was a quick walk across the street to the beach. We definitely will be back. The only suggestion we would make would be to update the patio furniture. With several pieces being broken, it made the furniture difficult to use.

Overall our experience was good. The space was as described and it was cute and clean. The walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor seating areas was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The only real issue was that the water heater went out and it took about a day and a half to have someone come to repair after I reported it the office.

Wonderful view

Really enjoyed the condo. The view is awesome and the area is very peaceful. Liked that the pool is on the front side so you can enjoy the view out back without a lot of noise. The condo was bigger than I expected. There wasn’t anything we needed. Yes you will have to climb three flights of stairs since there is no elevator but it wasn’t bad. We liked that it was on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would go back again

Family getaway

The property is just a short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf shores. It has its own access to the beach which is really nice and being just out of the main area it's not that busy.

Very Relaxing!

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay! AC worked great, unit was clean, and we saw dolphins our first evening there. We loved the huge balcony best of all- we spent most of the night hours there enjoying the view.

Sundown was "Thumbs up"!

This property was exactly what we expected. The condo was very clean and well kept with up to date everything. The kitchen was beyond well stocked. We had a small issue with the hot water, the night we got there, but the property manager and the condo owner were more than helpful in resolving the issue. You couldn't ask for a better property staff or condo owner. The views from the deck were beautiful overlooking the bay. And the new docks were perfect for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the water views. We will, without a doubt, be going back.
