Great stay! The complimentary spa access was great, and we loved the view from the room. Pool/beach areas were both excellent, and we loved being able to use the bike path along the beach to get down to South Beach.

Nice suite with a great view of the pool and resort grounds from the balcony. Pool areas are superb. Host was a very good communicator and helpful. Fontainebleau was having some issues at check in, but once these got resolved then we enjoyed our stay.

Unit was great and view overlooking the pool area and beach was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the unit and owner swapped out immediately with a new one.

Awesome Property

The property is as listed, Amazing view of the pool, beach and grounds. The property manager had excellent communication; and responsive. We are frequent visitors to Miami and will be requesting to stay again..again
and again.

Room is nice , as described . We had an issue with the air conditioner , host had it handled in a timely manner. The hotel itself is pretty strict about the pool area . Our bags were searched every time we went in and out , it did get a bit annoying.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The room is as pictured, on the 4th floor facing the pool. The fridge and microwave were great, along with the coffee machine in the room. No issues with AC and never heard outdoor music. Access to the spa was a great perk. Easy uber ride to dinner spots. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Space

We booked this room a few weeks before arriving and the deal for a holiday weekend was great. Our room overlooked all the pools and had a view of the ocean too. The residential side of the building was great. To our surprise, the patio doors are basically soundproof. The pool music is quite loud, but we could barely hear anything when the door was closed.

Beach and ocean gorgeous

Beach and ocean gorgeous and common areas clean and comfortable Room basic and patio in need of refurbished. Shower drained slowly and left you standing in dirty water. Extra fees added to almost everything making it a very expensive vacation 25 for 1 cocktail. Umbrella staff on beach unpleasant and rude Don’t dare move your bed or umbrella out of line or you’ll be shouted at. Won’t be back!

Great spot... wonderful location

Overall I would give the property 4.8 stars. A few points get deducted for, A: The abysmal water pressure in the shower (you just could not feel clean after a shower, regardless of how long you stood in there), contrasted with the FIRE HOSE that comes blasting out of the bathroom faucet when you turn it on; and B: Paying the $75 for housekeeping to come one of the days and all they did was exchange our towels and empty the trash (no bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc.). But taking everything into consideration, it's a wonderful suite in the Fountainbleu! What else can you ask for? Pool staff was great and the bar was a fun scene throughout the day. We'll definitely be back.

Overall condo was good but not 5-star. The balcony faces another building. The best view is through the window by desk however the windows were very dirty (on the outside- not the condo owner fault). Also, the hallway on the floor desperately needed vacuuming. One small hassle to condo is you have to key in 2-doors to get into unit and can hear everyone the “sister unit” occupants came/went. Condo itself was clean and somewhat updated.

Outstanding vacation experience

This unit at Sorrento tower is beautiful! It has all the amenities we needed and a beautiful view from the balcony. The building itself is so clean and peaceful. The service was outstanding!! We will certainly go back again

Nice escape

I am a local, but needed a break from the day to day and the lock-in from the pandemic. We found this escape to be perfect. The property is very well kept, the room of adequate size that we were not cramped in a small space. As you might expect, there were some specific restrictions (such as no cleaning service during the stay) which were challenging, but acceptable. The staff was very responsive with fresh towels and toiletries as needed. The facilities are excellent, clean and diverse. It is like staying at a suite in a world famous hotel, for a much more reasonable price. This is our second visit and we will likely return.

Amazing stay!

This suite is amazing! It is located on the 4th floor of the Sorrento tower. The free valet parking was a plus. We also had 2 passes to use the Lapis Spa but didn’t use them. The balcony is a good size and the room is huge. We were treated the same, if not better than regular guests that stay at the hotel. Our room was ready early in the morning and the host allowed us a late check out. We were charged extra for cleaning fee even though we made sure with the hotel that they only will come every other day once we checked in. Other than that everything was great and I highly recommend!!!
