Know what you are getting into... never would have booked this if I had known any of the below. This hotel is not able to support a large number of guest. We caught a conference in town, and it was the worst hotel experience Iâve ever had or witnessed. The only positive of the entire experience is that we met nice people through the commonality of how bad the experience was/everyone complaining. From the very beginning there were issuesâŠWe arrived at 230pm with hopes of checking in early and were told by front desk that our room was next and that weâd be receiving a text. We were told at the very latest it would be 4pm. 430pm comes and still no text. I complain through the app and itâs immediately available. We were sitting there with an infant too - just zero communication and we would have been there all night had I not complained.We finally get checked in and walk into the room. Thereâs a handprint of dirt on the wall right when we walked in (have photos), toilet paper with a big finger print as if it was recently used. The safe was still locked so couldnât use that until help arrived much later onWiFi on and off all trip. Not just for this unit, sounds like others were having the same challenge.There were 15min wait times for elevators. Pool service was so slow I was forced to leave my credit card because I couldnât wait any longer as I had a work call. Went to get it at lost in found only to be met with a 20minute line (overheardlots of people complaining
