This is our third time staying at the Downtowner and it won’t be our last! It is centrally located to everything in Marfa and easily within walking distance of the best restaurants and shopping! The house has everything you could possibly need and more!

Check in was easy with goo communication. The place was well stocked and accommodations lovely and so conveniently located. Only issue was people using The Texan had a dog that barked the entire time we wanted to use the front porch. Front porch was lovely, incessant barking was not.

The kitchen had everything I needed, so did the bathroom. This was a very comfortable stay for me and when I come back to Marfa, I want to stay again. Wonderful gift shops nearby and plenty of places to eat.

The location is so convent. All the great restaurants and cafes are less than a 5 minute walk. Steam shower is perfect for the dry weather in Marfa.

The furnishings were high quality and comfortable. The steam shower was wonderful. Linens were luxurious and the kitchen had all the amenities. The location was ideal, just across the street from Jett’s Grill and many shops. Parking was easy and the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend the property and host!

We stay at many rental properties around the country, and this is one of our favorites due to its location, cleanliness, and comfort. The bed and pillows are comfortable and fitted with crisp, clean sheets and duvet. The rain shower is spacious and wonderful. The kitchen has every appliance imaginable for whatever way you like to make coffee. Everything works, everything is comfortable. It was my third stay at this property and I’ll definitely book it for my future Marfa visits.
