Sereine 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain maison adobe historique rénovée avec planchers de bois franc d'origine. Mobilier ancien, vintage et moderne partout. Le grand terrain d'angle entièrement clôturé accepte les animaux domestiques et offre 2 coins repas extérieurs ainsi qu'une belle pelouse en herbe. Atmosphère édifiante et confortable avec de hauts plafonds, des ventilateurs de plafond dans la plupart des pièces, la climatisation centrale et la chaleur. Les autres caractéristiques et commodités comprennent un évier en fonte et une baignoire sur pattes avec douche, une cuisine modernisée, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse Bosch à chargement frontal, un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, le wifi et le satellite haute définition, un bureau avec imprimante et 2 salles à manger intérieures domaines. Marcher vers presque toutes les attractions de Marfa. À seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du palais de justice. Extérieur repeint en 2018, maintenant vert au lieu de bleu.

Perfect space for quick weekend trip, great floor plan for one couple and one single traveling together. Spotless, exactly as described, great location, and, SUPER quick responsive host! Lovely and convenient

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has a huge kitchen and lots of space. The yard is wonderful and large. It's close to downtown. Everything is in excellent order. I could not be happier with my stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Our family has stayed many times at the Austinite Marfa. It is a wonderful location near the center of town and always clean and comfortable. Having the amenities of home while staying in vacation setting makes the holiday even more enjoyable. We recommend this home for anyone planning to experience the beautiful West Texas experience of Marfa.

Great Marfa getaway

The house was in walking distance to the Courthouse for Marfa Festival. Communication with property manager was excellent. We enjoyed are stay and the house was very clean and had everything we needed.

We began ranching in Presidio County in 2003 and found ourselves spending more time in the region after changing professions and wanted house in Marfa to help break up our long drive from Central Texas. We walked in this house and were immediately drawn to the positive energy of the home and landscaping. The Austinite has become a wonderful place for us to bring friends and family who want to see both sides of our lives in West Texas- the rugged ranch terrain and the charm of Marfa. As we split our time, we wanted to be able to share this wonderful adobe home with others who love Far West Texas as much as we do.

Location! You can walk to almost every Marfa attraction. The historic turn-of-the-century adobe house has been nicely updated blending original period details with modern amenities. The large landscaped and fully fenced corner lot offers space for pets and people to relax and lounge outdoors. The interior is light and calm and comfortably furnished. If you enjoy entertaining, this property also offers great outdoor options.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are repeatedly told by guests that the house has great energy- calm and uplifting. 2 bathrooms! The pond with fountain and goldfish in back yard is soothing and the yard is a great place to drag chairs into and relax. The washer and dryer, central air and heat, and quality kitchen accouterments are nice creature comforts not commonly found in Marfa.
