Cette superbe villa avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain est très bien située et peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il offre une vue fantastique sur l'océan depuis la table à manger ou depuis le balcon commun. L'intérieur présente un mobilier et une décoration modernes, une cuisine entièrement ��quipée avec des sièges pour un repas décontracté ou une table ronde sous un puits de lumière fantastique. Détendez-vous sur le divan sectionnel près de la cheminée ou sur le canapé secondaire qui sert également de canapé-lit. Les portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur le grand balcon depuis le salon principal, pour vous permettre de vous détendre et profiter de la vue et de la brise de l'océan.


La chambre à coucher a sa propre télévision, une armoire à portes coulissantes, un lit king confortable et un store réglable qui offre une vue optionnelle au reste de la villa. La salle de bain comprend une douche et une baignoire séparées, une vasque double et des miroirs enveloppants. Les autres équipements incluent le wifi, une voiturette de golf pour 4 passagers et une terrasse sur le balcon. Parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille.

We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Property is very nice, shared balcony was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Home decore was lovely. View was fantastic. Golf cart was great.

This is an older unit in Hamilton Cove with an amazing view of the cliffside and channel waters below especially at sunrise. It's a 1B/1B with a comfortable living room. Our reservation was for 4 knowing that our kids would have to use the pullout couch.We were disappointed to discover hair, food, debris and stains under the cushions on the mattress, and in the area underneath the pullout coach. It was clear it hadn't been cleaned in some time, and we ultimately decided not to use it. Other issues include the kitchen sink backing up when running the disposal and brownish chunky water flooding out of the drain. Lastly, the listing for this unit touts really nice amenities like tennis courts and a 18 hole putting course, but we were disappointed to learn clubs, rackets, and balls were not included or available anywhere on the property. Bring your own!In the end, we still enjoyed our stay albeit not as comfortable as we had anticipated. And it was really convenient and enjoyable to have the golf cart included for us to drive around the island during our stay.

The view and ambience were spectacular! Could not be better! We appreciated the grill on the patio and made the choice to buy groceries and eat here at the condo for all of our dinners. We sat on the balcony and overlooked the ocean. Such a romantic getaway for our 45th anniversary!

Lovely location. There is no air conditioner in the units and inadequate ceiling fans. Most evenings were hot and we couldn’t leave the doors open to let in ocean air because there aren’t any screens. The views are enchanting. Overall nice stay.

Everything was great. The only minor thing was the windshield on the golf cart, it’s hard to see out due to the “film” on it. It would be easier if you could lower the top portion and also get the wind flowing more. Again, a minor thing. The condo and view was fantastic.

Relaxing stay!

The location was excellent. Beautiful views coupled with convenient property amenities such as the private beach, pool, hot tub, and golf cart this made for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was an excellent stay and I look forward to staying again in the future.

This villa has excellent views of Hampton Cove!!! It is a gated entrance, which gives you a secluded feel, yet the golf cart is right there if you want to go into Avalon for restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a relaxing or romantic get away!

Perfect family getaway!

Even better than the pictures! Stunning views, lovely condo, and a golf cart to get around the island made this the perfect place for our family vacation! Check in was easy, the condo was spacious and clean. This was our first time in Catalina. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful view, but several issues impacted our stayWe stayed during the off-peak winter season. The view was truly beautiful and the area was very quiet, but the condo had several issues that affected our comfort. There is no central heat, and we were not informed about space heaters (we found them on our own after the first freezing cold night). Cleanliness was also a concern on arrival, including hair in the bathroom, a urine odor near the toilet, and stained blankets with what looked like body fluids, making our first night especially cold. The management company did respond the next morning and sent cleaners, which we appreciated.Additional issues included mold in the washing machine seal, very poor-quality cookware (the food stuck when cooking and ever pan had stuck on food before we used it), a lukewarm hot tub, and confusion with the golf cart instructions. The second cart we were directed to filled with exhaust fumes when fully enclosed with the provided enclosure. We had to open it up to not breath all the exhaust which defeated its purpose.Important information not disclosed prior to booking was a strict 9:00 PM noise curfew, including no balcony use, with a 100 fine for violations.Positives: stunning view, quiet location, and helpful access to a golf cart.Overall, we would return to Catalina Island during peak season but would not book another property managed by this company.

Gorgeous Ocean View!

Gorgeous! 3 sets of French Doors to huge deck with stunning ocean views Relaxing and lovely. Golf cart was fun to drive and made getting around super easy. Was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle but able to get to town speedy quick. Loved it! Will be back!

Property itself was really nice. The view to the ocean is priceless. The ply thing I would change is having the property owners update the TVs, as well as the bedding. The tvs were only and bedding was not what I expecting was very worn.

The good The view is breathtaking and we really enjoyed the balcony. The meh: The tall outdoor chairs could have been more comfortable. The stove needs updating. The microwave is missing a panel in the inside. There were cobwebs in several places and at least 6 spiders. Not much use of the closet. About 1/4 at best. There are lots of stairs getting to the unit. The golf cart has definitely seen better days and it was hard to outrun the fumes.

Nice stay

This was our second time staying in Hamilton Cove. The best part about staying here is having a golf cart to use which makes it easier to get around and enjoy more activities. This property was reasonably clean but lacked upgraded items (stove/oven, dishwasher and toilet) probably from the 80's. The bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels were good but the unit could be more diligent to provide better items like new dish sponges or cloths (they only had 4 old scrub sponges so we had to use a dish towel as a dish cloth to hand wash dishes). Also items like quality paper towels, and 2-ply T.P. (the public bathrooms in Avalon had better quality). Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We'll probably re-rent this unit but will spend an extra $10 to purchase better items for our next stay.

Lovely Respite

We have no complaints about the condo only that there is some maintenance that needs to be done on the golf cart. It backfires a lot. Headlights and the headlight needs to be adjusted because it’s not facing forward. Windshield needs to be replaced as well because it is very difficult to look out And see oncoming traffic. The dishwasher is very loud and at the end of the day it never really cleaned the dishes. Housekeeping issues nothing major except for the golf cart does need to have maintenance to be done. We shocked many people going down the road, including us. Also the windshield is a real hazard. We plan on coming back, and enjoyed our stay immensely.
