This was a great property. The interior was clean, well stocked, had a fantastic view of the beautiful harbor. The AC worked well, the hot tub was great for our group. We chose Catalina on a short planning window and the property choices were limited and this was great, albeit a bit cramped for 5 grown people once the sofa bed was folded out. We appreciated use of the golf cart and explored all over Avalon on it.

We had a fantastic time at the Eagles Nest in Catalina. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you can need. The oversized Sun Deck with sunken hot tub overlooking Avalon Bay has got to be one of the best spots in the city. The Host was easy to work with and resolved the couple of small issues that we had admittedly they were self-inflicted. This is our second stay at Eagles Nest and hopefully not our last. Do not hesitate to book at this home you will be so early mistaken to miss out on this fantastic spot.

We had an amazing time in Catalina and the crown jewel was this VRBO. The hosts were so easy to work with and the place had everything you need for a great stay. Looking forward to going back!

Eagles nest was very clean with an amazing view. Walking distance to town in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

The Eagle’s Nest is by far the best home and premier location in Catalina!! Anna was very responsive and helpful getting us access and was AWESOME helping out with not one but two golf carts!! Amazing stay in Catalina5 stars! This was a quick relaxed getaway for a family of 4 (with teen kids) from LA. A quick 1 hour boat ride on the Catalina Express. The home has modern appliances and an upgraded kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood but a quick trip to restaurants, beach and grocery. Note the house is perched up a steep hill, so the golf cart was an amazing perk! And take the mid-town stairs as a short cut walk. Supplies were well-stocked including light snacks, drinks, and plenty of towels for the beach or jacuzzi. We loved the balance of being walking distance to town while also feeling tucked away. Driving the golf cart to dinner and the grocery store was a highlight, and the mountain/water views are unbeatable. We even had a deer visit us in the front yard! Highly recommend for anyone needing a low-stress escape.

I had the most amazing stay in Catalina for my 50th birthday! The home was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity I could’ve possibly needed. The location was stunning, offering the kind of views and atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode.One of the biggest highlights was that the host provided two golf carts, which made getting around the island so easy and fun. It truly elevated the entire experience! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and seamless throughout my stay.I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone.
