Lovely condo, well equipped. Super comfortable beds and linens. Responsive manager for the most part. Note clubhouse is currently closed; we were accidentally not emailed about this change in advance.Complex is at very noisy intersection and closed windows did not dampen in much. If we had known the city better, we would have sought a quiter locale. However beautiful nature park close by.

Amazing getaway.

Amazing place to stay, for a little getaway. Would recommend this condo to anyone, with a small family or a few friends. it has everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Great location close to ring road giving you access to anywhere you need to go. Very quiet, clean building in a very safe area. With Tim Hortons, small pharmacy across the street, a few restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Or you can stay in and cook a great meal. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenence hopefully next visit it will be open so we can enjoy the pool. Thankyou Tanya for a wonderful getaway! I look forward to our next vacation and staying again.

Overall stay was good, cleanliness was ok. Lots of little kid fingerprints on deck door glass. Messaged host a week prior about potential early check in (by an hour) and literally got back to me as we arrived in Saskatoon. Oven was dirty, one set of keys didn’t allow access to buildjng

This property was perfect for our weekend in the city. We were originally supposed to be in a different unit, but the property owner notified us that it was not available to us, due to other tenants leaving it in an awful state. She communicated with us right away and quickly switched us to a different unit. This unit was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing :). If you’re heading to Saskatoon, this condo is a great home away from home.

Beautiful Condo, amenities nearby, clean and well appointed.

Booking, communication and condo cleanliness were all excellent! The kitchen had sufficient supplies and the shower was great! It would be nice to have some lux bathmats as the floor is rather hard and chilly. The couch in the loving room is stylish, and does match the decor of the building, however it is not overly comfortable and challenging for those with even slight mobility issues to use. Overall, a very nice unit I would recommend.

We quite enjoyed our stay! The beds are a little on the firm side but we adjusted quite nicely. The Clubhouse Hot Tub was cold but only on our last night there. We used the Clubhouse amenities a few times and enjoyed it.

Overall the property was good. Clean and tidy. Easy to get to. Our issue was one of the beds the mattress supports were missing resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep. Another issue was the couches is very punched out. I would uger both be addressed.

Awesome place!

Beautiful modern clean condo. Great location and price. Only suggestion would be to have more towels/facecloths available. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great family stay

This was the perfect place for our stay to visit friends in Saskatoon - lots of space in the condo for us and a well-equipped kitchen so we could make our own meals. The pool area was very quiet and my 2 year old had a blast. We were the only people in the clubhouse whenever were in there. It is on the edge of the city, but easy access to main roads and easy to find.

Had a little blip when there weren’t any towels, but contacted the host and were found in the dryer. Would like to have had a cooler cover for the bed as foam mattresses make it very hot. Very clean and the kitchen as well stocked

Great Location

We loved our stay. It was a perfect location and accommodation for my wife and son and daughter in-law as we attended a wedding. The location was surrounded with all the important things like a Tim Hortons. Our only complaint was the front door was hard to unlock, even the residents at the condo where frustrated by this.

Plus: clean, spacious, 2 comfortable beds, enough towels and pillows. Minus: right on a major road and building exhaust fan located above the bedroom. Only issue if sensitive to noise. Very nice club house with equipment, pool and hot tub.

Slow to No Response

The unit itself was comfortable and worked well for my husband and I. It was a bit out of the way, so check the location before you book. Response was disappointing. We booked an extra night and received a response and billing amount right away. We had issues with error codes on the stove and the TV randomly turning on and off (4 am), when I reached out to the owner, it took a while for her to get back to me. We left a day early and she told us she would happily refund us, but it never happened, and again, no response from the owner, even after reaching out a couple of times. I understand there was no obligation, but disappointed she did not follow through. I would probably not stay here again due to the lack of communication and distance from downtown.
