A Great place to stay

Everything was like you see in the pictures . The place was very clean ,bright , beautiful decor and comfortable beds . The location was perfect for us for the wedding location and we were a short distance to get on highway 11 South to go home . The Host was very pleasant to talk to . I would definitely stay here again.

Great visit!

The condo I’d ideally situated for us, because we have family close by. We love the park just a short walk across the street. Many amenities, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurant close by. It is easy to get around, a few turns and you’re on highway 16 which easily takes you to all parts of the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely stay!

This is our third stay at these condos and we find it a good value and perfect for a family with older children who like their own space and bathroom. The club house is nice however we are usually to busy to fully take advantage. Only improvement would be to have darker blinds to allow a little less light into the bedrooms and comfier chairs in the living room area but the condo was as describe and we would book again.

Clean and Comfortable

The Beds were very comfortable, The Condo was super clean. The Seating in the Living Room is very modern and nice but could be more comfortable :) The appliances worked great and the main bath shower was fantastic however the Master shower heat was very hot and we we unable to adjust the temperature down. All in All we enjoyed our stay and were happy with this choice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, Large, Comfortable.

The stay was great. Quiet location, close to stores and amenities. Clean space. Apartment was well furnished and Kitchen was well stocked. Although I didn’t get a chance to experience this I love the fact that there were activities on the property (Pool and Spa) to do. Negatives aspects of the stay that dampened the experience include: -Master bedroom shower temperature not adjustable. -Doors do not latch (Master Bedroom and Bathroom). -Fore Alarm battery low and was chirping during the stay.

2023 Stay

This is our third time staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay there. Very clean and great location. Perfect for 2 couples. Only issue was the ensuite show. It only ran very hot so could not use it. We advised our contact who said someone would be by to fix the problem but they never showed up. We will continue to stay there.

The property was okay it was clean, and the area is nice. Reading other reviews, there is on ongoing issue with shower in the ensuite bathroom, the water temperature setting mechanism is broken you get only scalding hot water. The towel rack in the other bathroom pulls out from the wall. No outdoor furniture making the balconey useless. The toilet is the ensuite runs continually. The dresser two top drawers do not stay closed.

Rosewood Fall 2024

Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower) was not adjustable - too hot. However would recommend as a reasonably priced non-hotel option for a family or two couples.

La douche de la salle de bain des maitre ne permet pas un réglage de la température de l'eau. Le thermostat semble bloqué et l'eau est trop chaude. Ce n'est pas un problème car il y deux salles de bains mais il serait bon que y voyez pour les prochains locataires.

Accessible property

We needed a place with accessible entrance and bathroom facilities. This property was quite comfortable and fulfilled all the requirements. The only issue, if there is no one to drop someone off at the door and then park, the parking space was quite far to get to and from. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

really nice but issues with shower in master bedroom

The shower in the master bedroom looked beautiful and super fancy but only one temperature which was scalding hot so we were unable to use it at all and had to share with the other couple which was not great. Upon looking at the reviews we noticed that this was an issue in the past which was very disappointing to hear. The property manager did call us right away upon reaching out but because it was the long weekend they could not get anyone in to fix it. They did offer a small which to date we have not received.

Fabulous place to stay!!!

We loved this place and the neighborhood. Beautiful and so clean! Tanya is quick to respond to any questions. There is a local tavern nearby, Tim Hortons, a Pizza place, and more. The hot tub was cold in the clubhouse and the keys are tricky sometimes. I definitely will be back to this one! Thank you, Tanya for the enjoyable stay!

Excellent value. Spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed Tanya was great. Helped with check in etc. We were planning to stay 2 nights but it was so great we hoped to extend to 3 nights. A quick phone call to Tanya and it was extended. took less than 2 minutes of our time. We couldn't be more satisfied.
