Le Covered Bridge Lodge est une maison en rondins sur mesure située sur un magnifique ruisseau à truites, juste à côté d'un pont couvert historique. La proximité de Seven Springs Mountain Resort et de plusieurs parcs d'État en fait une escapade idéale pour les quatre saisons. La maison a été conçue sur mesure pour tirer parti de la vue magnifique sur le ruisseau avec une grande et grande pièce dotée de plafonds cathédrale et de grandes fenêtres. Les quatre chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût avec des meubles sur mesure en rondins de cèdre blanc. Un deuxième étage mezzanine avec canapé-lit est un espace confortable qui offre une vue magnifique. Un plan d'étage ouvert au niveau principal dispose d'une grande cuisine et d'une grande salle qui s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse surplombant le ruisseau. La cuisine a un grand îlot central et une péninsule avec des comptoirs en granit et des sièges. Le niveau inférieur a deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain complète, un grand salon avec un bar complet et plusieurs téléviseurs. Ce niveau a de grandes portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur un patio et un foyer extérieur.

Communication with the host was clear, quick and easy. The home itself is beautiful and perfectly accommodating for our family of 8, as well as close to Hidden Valley Ski Resort. We hope to be back for another stay!

Ski adventure cabin

Skiing weekend with kids

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. The property the cabin sits on is so beautiful as well. My kids and I had such a great time! The location is also close to Seven Springs Creek Ski Resort, which is ideal.

Excellent weekend getaway

Stayed here for a bachelor party golf weekend and had such a nice time at this property. It is very clean, spacious and accommodating to their guests. The owners are very responsive to texts/emails. Check in was very smooth without issue. I would highly recommend this property

Captures cabin feel in well appointed modern home. We were a smaller group, but the home could certainly provides the space for a larger group to spread out. Conviently located for access to all this lovely part of the state offers.

Great place for two families to meet

The place has a great layout for two families with kids to meet up. The upper floor has two bedrooms for one family and the basement has two bedrooms for the second family. There was lots of common space on the main floor. The outdoor space was great - amazing deck. We loved this place and hopefully will be back!

Great getaway!

I have stayed here with family and friends on 3 different occasions. The property is beautiful and the house is extremely well maintained! It is close to the state park and Seven Springs resort for a day out or you can relax by the steam and on the large deck. The check in and check out processes are a breeze! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

We had a great weekend at this cabin, it was everything that the listing described and more. Rustic, charming, clean, cozy, and all the amenities. Host is very friendly and responsive and made planning this whole trip so easy. He even took the time to look into some activities for us that are in the area without me even having to ask, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend booking this home if you’re looking!

Amazing home in a great location

We stayed over the Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the property. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable- even better than in the pictures! We met up with family who live in the area and we were able to easily fit a large group for dinner. My teenage sons enjoyed the old school arcade games and having a place of their own to hang out. The only problem we had was forgetting the step down from the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Overall a great place. Would definitely stay again!

Family & Birthday Ski Weekend Stay

Came up with the kids and Grandparents to ski and celebrate December birthdays. This cozy log cabin was absolutely perfect. Only 15 minutes away from the ski resort and enough room for friends and family. The cabin was also full of classic amenities. The large fire place was a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes, and the stream in the back is something out of book. We even took family photos by the stream and bridge during our stay. My only complaint is I wish we could stay longer. Thumbs up. Stay here.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed.

Large group that used every comfy bedroom and living space! The kitchen was large, spotless, and easy to cook all of our meals in, we really appreciated the generous fridge space and extra spot for drinks. Enormous showers to scrub clean and enjoy a shower beer after white water rafting and hiking. The sound of the river with morning coffee on the deck was wonderful. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay! We'll be back!

Family Vacation

We were in the area to attend a wedding. The setting was wonderful. My son and grandson spent a fair amount of time fishing in the easily accessible creek. Unfortunately, the fish weren't biting. There was plenty of space for our family. The showers looked great, but we didn't find the especially practical. The house could have been a little cleaner when we checked in, but it was acceptable. We had a difficult time finding the cabin. The pictures included in the directions made sense after we found the cabin. It would be helpful if the sign with the address were more prominently displayed at the head of the driveway. With all of the plant growth, the drive felt hidden.

Terrific View of Stream

The house was very comfortable and spacious. The views of the stream from the windows was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to it - even collected a few rocks as souvenirs. We had a bit of trouble finding the house as the sign was lying on the ground, not visible. A call to owner helped us find it quickly. We thoroughly enoyed visiting Fallingwater - talk about amazing!! Also visited a maple syrup farm, the town of Ligonier, Laurel Hills Park and more. The spa at Seven Springs was a fun activity too. We may go back one day!

Lovely Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and provided exactly the break that we needed. Despite its size it’s still cozy and welcoming and my family had a great time. The only thing we didn’t like was that the mattresses had definite seen better days. The one bed creaked so loudly you couldn’t roll over without waking someone up! Also other renters should know that in TMobile we didn’t have a signal until we were about a mile from the house. Fortunately we have wi-fi calling so it was fine, but if you can only be reached by mobile you may need another option. Again, we worked with these and had a great time. We would definitely return to what is obviously a well-loved and well-cared for home.

We were glad that Stephanie and her guests enjoyed our vacation home. We really appreciate the feedback and will certainly look into replacing any needed mattresses. Regarding cell service it seems that different services to better than others. Our internet service is great and helps with communications as well. We look forward to having Stephanie back!

Beautiful property

Gorgeous water view, well-appointed and spacious three floor lodge/cabin decorated in cabin motif. High-end and spacious baths and separate living areas on three floors. Large and well—appointed kitchen with wine cooler. Perfect for large families. However, well water not suitable for drinking or cooking so need to bring a lot of water.
