Woodridge at Seven Springs - Spacious & Cozy 4 BR/4 BA Mountaintop Condo

Cozy, spacious and comfortable mountaintop condo in the Woodridge Community at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The only 4 BR/4 BA floorplan in the Villages sleeps 11 guests. This spacious end-unit condo offers spectacular views from your deck off of the dining room. The living room has a gas fireplace while the kitchen features updated appliances and an instant hot water dispenser. The complimentary resort shuttle conveniently stops right outside the front door.

With excellent conditions in ski season, guests can ski-in to the rear area of the condo using the resorts Village Trail. During this time, guests can also ski-out after an approximately 200 yard walk up to Village Trail.

Guests have access to two summer recreation areas with swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and tot lots.

This is the perfect home for large family gatherings. It has a very large living room, dining room, and connected kitchen that is wide open. You will enjoy the very comfortable setting with mountaintop views of the forest right behind the unit.

Layout: The entry area has a gear closet and then you’ll walk up one flight of steps to the main level.

The main level has a wonderful open concept. A full kitchen with an island that has seating for three guests. The large dining table has seating for eight more guests. The living room has a television and a gas fireplace. Near the dining room table area is the rear deck with seating. There is one bedroom on this floor (a queen bed and sleeper sofa) and one full bathroom.

The top floor has three bedrooms. A bunk room (twin over full bunk bed) with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds and an attached full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer located on this floor.

Come and enjoy a wonderful vacation in this beautiful mountaintop townhouse located on Seven Springs Resort property! The perfect location for year-round fun and activities!!

Area attractions include: Fallingwater, Fort Ligonier, Idlewild Amusement Park, Johnstown Flood Museum, Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns, Living Treasures Animal Park, Somerset Historical Center, Whitewater Rafting, and the Caddy Shack Family Entertainment Center.

Clean house, parking right outside house, ski in from village trail but not sure you can ski out from it. However, there’s a shuttle right outside the door that will take you to ski in/out location on the mountain. Brian was very responsive. We had a good time!

We had a great experience in this Seven Springs condo! Brian was very organized, communicative, responsive, and we felt cared for. The condo was in great condition! Rustic but well maintained. Layout was nice, and we had everything we needed. It was super cold over New Years week so we spent plenty of time cooking and hanging out. Upstairs bedrooms were good size, each with ensuite bath. Bunk bed bedrooms was perfect for our kids. The owners suite with king size bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The other owners suite was huge and the bathroom was very spacious too.The main level bedroom had access to the bath for that level. Gear closets were great to keep skies and booths our of the way. The shuttle stop is literally outside the door. Thanks for having us!!

We had a great Holiday weekend. This property was perfect for my family. It was so comfortable and clean. Brian was easy to communicate with. The space was exactly what we needed. The 4 bathrooms are a plus. Our dog Leo had a fun time too, walking with him on the trails was awesome and easy access. We hope to return very soon.

Family weekend

We enjoyed our time at the condo. Everything was fine,the property is showing it’s age(carpet,furniture,etc..All was in working order and the property was clean.The grill was very dirty and the master bathroom tub very slippery.Overall we had a great time!

Very clean and comfortable condo!

This condo was very clean, neat, and well organized. No issues with finding anything or with the operation of any appliance. Beds were comfortable. Air Conditioning worked perfectly. Absolutely no complaints. We would certainly consider this condo again in the future.

Business trip success

My hair salon team and I stayed here for two nights while we were at a hair stylist convention. It was the perfect size for our team and we had everything we needed to cook dinner both nights. Excellent space. Hopefully we can book again next year!

Family Fun

We enjoyed our time at Seven Springs. The place was very spacious and fit our two families well. Any issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the owner Brian. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully there will be more snow.

Thanksgiving 2023

We had two families stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Brian was very easy to communicate with and we appreciated his extra tips on food delivery, grocery stores etc. Property was clean and had everything we needed! We had a great time hiking in Laurel Hill and Ohiopyle! Thank you Brian!
