Situé près de tout, Bond Chateau est un endroit idéal pour tous vos besoins Big Bear! Près de manger, faire du shopping, et juste une courte distance en voiture du village, cette maison de deux étages vous gardera près de toute l'action! Cette maison loin de la maison a un grand parking et une tonne d'espace de pont pour tous vos besoins en plein air d'été!

Lorsque vous entrez dans le salon, vous remarquerez de magnifiques grandes fenêtres et doubles portes coulissantes en verre, ce qui permet beaucoup de beau soleil Big Bear! Le salon comprend des sièges confortables avec un canapé-lit queen-size, un foyer au bois et un grand téléviseur à écran plat pour regarder le match ou une soirée cinéma! Menant dans la cuisine est un bar pour quatre. La cuisine a de beaux planchers de bois et est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon dîner! Il y a une salle à manger avec des sièges pour cinq pour la famille à se rassembler. Juste à côté de la salle à manger est une salle de jeux avec une table de baby-foot pour un petit plaisir amical et de la concurrence! Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

La chambre principale est au premier niveau et dispose d'un lit king size et accès à la terrasse privée. Il y a beaucoup de rangement et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire, douche et deux lavabos. Tête à l'étage pour plus d'options de couchage! Chambre deux a un lit superposé de taille double ainsi qu'un lit queen size. Idéal pour les petits ou les invités! Chambre trois dispose d'un lit king size et beaucoup de commodes pour le stockage. Il y a une baignoire qui ouvre aux deux chambres avec une douche. Parfait pour une vapeur après une longue journée de plaisir Big Bear!

La cour arrière clôturée dispose d'une terrasse et beaucoup d'ombre pour le plaisir en plein air! Dirigez-vous vers le pont avant pour vous détendre dans le bain à remous ou allumer le barbecue au propane. Idéal pour les longues journées d'été!

We had a great time and really enjoyed and appreciated staying at your home. I marked 3 stars for cleanliness because we came across a few dirty utensils and dishes. Overall the kitchen and the rest of your home was comfortable and clean.

The home was great for our extended family. Enough room for the adults and kids even the dog. Close enough to the city and all attractions.

Great space for weekend away with few friends

We brought our dog and a few friends for the Holiday weekend and really enjoyed the house. We appreciated the large kitchen, bbq, tv, and jacuzzi. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and plenty of space to hang out. Perfect for 5 adults and a dog.

Great cabin

We brought our family up for a few days of skiing and boarding. The cabin is great, with plenty of room and lots of things to do. The cabin is clean and pretty well maintained for a rental. The kitchen could use a bit of updating in the dishes, silverware (not really enough for the number of people allowed in the rental) but otherwise, it was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!

Beautiful, clean, and accurate description of home. The check in/out process was very easy. Also location of home was less than 5 mins from main road but still tucked away enough to feel like you were enjoying the most of all the nature Big Bear has to offer. Definitely booking again.

Nice property. Little problem getting tv to work. Mgm took care of . Only thing , six towels for five people for four days. No towels for spa. Mgm said we should have brought our own. Kind of cheap.

Great location, however.....

The house was outdated. There were spiders, we even found one in our bag when we got home. They did not have any bathmat's. spa towels and only 6 towels for showering for our entire group. They had so many notes on don't do this or that or we will be fined 25.00. For all the rules you would have thought the house would have been in better condition.

Fix the bunkbed

Property 1385470 boasts impressive high ceilings and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for gatherings. The hot tub adds to the relaxation factor. However, a significant downside was the noisy upper bunk bed, which required us to relocate the mattress to the hallway. Owners should address this issue as it disrupts sleep. Additionally, while the property's couches are functional, they may benefit from an upgrade in the near future. Overall, despite some drawbacks, the property offers a comfortable stay with the potential for improvements.

Comfortable and Nice neighborhood

This property was very comfortable. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen( though it could have used some kitchen towels) and the fenced back yard for the furbabies as well was greatly appreciated. The communitcation was awesome always there when I called.

PROS/CONS

The property was in a good location, roomy & quiet.. However, its apparent that it is need of replacements & upgrades. Mgmt was prompt when we advised them of greatly pitted pans, ripped lamp shade (sent pics), & some other issues. A good walk thru by Mgmt would be warranted.

Great cabin!

We had a great stay with our adult kids and their partners. The cabin has enough room for everyone and plenty of dishes and cookware. Great neighborhood and location too.

Relaxing Getaway

I went with my husband and brother's family and we found it to be a very comfortable and relaxing weekend getaway. It is very close to lots of fun activities or also great to just stay in enjoy the scenery and take a dip in the jacuzzi.
