La cuisine avec des fours doubles, un garde-manger plein mur incroyable, entiÚrement équipée pour la grande cuisine de groupe --- permet de bons repas en famille.
La salle à manger construite sur mesure a un comptoir buffet étonnant, un bar irlandais, un réfrigérateur à vin et abrite une trÚs grande table à manger pouvant accueillir facilement 18 personnes. La salle à manger dispose de deux ensembles de doubles portes qui s'ouvrent sur le patio dallé absolument magnifique.
Le patio de dalles, entoure 3 grandes tables rondes avec des parasols et des chaises pour asseoir 14. De nombreux siÚges supplémentaires autour du foyer à gaz intégré. LumiÚres extérieures couvrant à la fois le patio et tout au long de la trÚs belle arriÚre-cour privée arborée. Parfait pour les jeux de jardin tels que Kan-Jam, Bean-Bag-toss et plus --- jour et / ou nuit (les jeux mentionnés ci-dessus ont été fournis pour votre plaisir). En outre, avec un bar extérieur et un accÚs à de trÚs grands glaciÚres pour votre confort. Avec un grand barbecue à gaz et un fumeur pour les barbecues, un bain à remous pour 8 à 10 personnes pour se détendre aprÚs une journée bien remplie, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper!

Nous avons eu de nombreux rassemblements sportifs chez nous - 7 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs (une moitiĂ© intelligente, l’autre moitiĂ© dispose d’un lecteur DVD intelligent - pour les besoins de Netflix) dans toute notre maison afin de ne rien manquer. Cette chambre comprend une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision extĂ©rieure et une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la salle Ă  manger situĂ©e au-dessus du bar irlandais. Toutes les tĂ©lĂ©visions avec cĂąble.

Une autre grande caractéristique pour les grands groupes est notre chauffe-eau sans fin. Ne manquez jamais d'eau chaude! Deux ensembles de laveuse et sécheuse (un à l'étage dans la salle de bain principale et un dans le sous-sol). Nous avons trois espaces de vie (salle familiale, salon et salle de jeux - beaucoup d'espace pour s'étaler). Beaucoup de maisons de Denver n'ont pas l'air central (en raison des soirées fraßches incroyables du Colorado), mais nous avons AC pour plus de confort.

Wonderful home, amazing backyard!

Shari’s home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion/celebration! The back yard is beautifully landscaped and they have everything you could want back there, from a fire pit to pool table to lawn games to wonderful seating areas to visit with everyone! I can’t say enough about this wonderful VRBO! And Shari is the best host I’ve ever encountered and a wonderful communicator! This home made our family get together the best time for everyone in my large extended family! Thank you Shari!

Beyond Expectations

This property was an in-town Oasis. The perfect house for multiple families. The hostess was wonderful at communicating and the house had everything you could ever need! Highly recommend staying with this host!!

Great place a group

Loved staying here! It was a great place to spend time relaxing in the backyard and the hot tub. Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Only thing that would do to improve the stay would be to put knobs on the kitchen cupboards and drawers, they were difficult to open.

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

Seven adult cousins + spouses & a smattering of kids enjoyed our time together. Backyard was amazing!! Large dining room was great for serving meals. Convenient to downtown. Kitchen was a bit small and it would have been nice to have one more shower, but it worked! Owner was very communicative and great to work with.

"Too much fun"

Plenty of space. Great back yard

This house was perfect for our guys weekend. Great outdoor space and plenty of room in the house to hangout, play cards, etc. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and the kitchen was very well stock with cookware, plates, cups, utensils.

Awesome property for a group

Awesome property to host a group. We were in town for a concert at Red Rock Arena and Whitewater rafting. Great central location with everything you need close by. Short ride to downtown Denver. Back yard was incredible, perfect place to relax and unwind after the day's activities, or stay busy with all the yard games. Highly recommended!

Amazing property!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is welcoming and comfortable and the backyard is off the chart fabulous. Since our last day they added a gazebo which only adds to the beautiful setting in the backyard to gather. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is for a family gathering. Great house for group of friends or family

The house was exactly as we pictured. The large backyard, yard games, and hot tub were the perfect place to hangout when not doing other activities. Inside was roomy. The dining room had a massive table and TV where everyone could hangout in one space. The location of the house was great too. Just a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Denver.

Destination Wedding

So we had our wedding party and friends stay with us. We all enjoyed our home away from home. The backyard was amazing! The dining table was so huge, it helped for last minute wedding preparation. Excellent pick for large family gatherings

This property was great for our family and extended family for a wedding. The host accommodated for our every need and the home didn't disappoint. There were 3-4 different gathering spaces including the vibrant and contemporary backyard with Comfy seating for 15+, firepit, TV and hot tub! When our family comes back to Colorado this will be our first choice! Thanks Shari!

I've lived in Denver since I was a little girl, my husband and I raised our 5 kids here and we truly love Colorado. We are now grandparents to 8 absolutely adorable grand babies with whom we spend as much time as possible. Our jobs take us to the St Louis area several months of the year so our kids talked us into trying the "short term rental" world and we LOVE it! We really love sharing our family home with people who want to make forever lasting family and friend memories (but who also respect that this is our beloved home).

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We have been in our home and this neighborhood for a very long time, our home has undergone numerous renovations through the years and we always choose to add additional amenities yearly to assure our short term rental is amazing and unique in the Denver area. Our neighbors are considered family.

Our backyard has been described as a "sanctuary" and it truly is. We have 2 large gazebo's, one housing an amazing bar with 2 beautiful fire-tables and an outdoor TV, the other housing a brand new spectacular outdoor ping-pong & pool-table. In addition to the 2 gazebos are 2 other additional flagstone patios, one housing 2 large dining tables seating for 16, a large fire-pit and a comfy outdoor sectional facing the 2nd outdoor TV, the other patio area housing an outdoor poker/game table and an additional conversation area --- this patio sitting right next to the 8-10 person hot tub. It's a must see backyard.

What makes our place unique is definitely our backyard, its so beautiful and welcoming, truly a hidden treasure. You would never guess you are staying in the heart of a big city like Denver. We are conveniently located close to everything.
Downtown: 10-12 minute Uber or Lyft
DIA: 20-30 minutes depending on time of day
Red Rocks: 20 minutes
Ski Resort: approximate drive times from our home
Loveland: one hour.
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Winter Park, Mary Jane: 1.5 hour. Vail, Beaver Creek: 1 hour 45 minutes

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. We offer a pet dander and pet allergy free home environment for our renters.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture and carpet cleaning fees beginning at $2000. You are welcome to smoke “whatever your heart desires” out on the flagstone patio area as long as you properly dispose of all smoking debris.

★ PARTIES/EVENTS/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We require all gatherings over 14 people total to be pre-approved, (often we do approve depending on details) sometimes we charge an additional "event fee", the fee is determined once details of the event have been discussed and approved. All parties/events/large gatherings MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
