We enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern, well-appointed home. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table. Timothy was a gracious host and most accomodating. If returning to Denver, we would definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great space for our group 9 with kids (ages 2-11). Lots of space throughout the house and game room garage. Location was very close to several parks and a short drive to several enjoyable neighborhoods to explore!

I booked this house for my husband's 40th birthday and it did not disappoint. We used every amenity and it was perfect for the adults and kids. We truly had a memorable time and hope to be back in the future.

We loved our stay at the Highline House! The games in the garage were so fun, the kitchen was nice and spacious and easy to cook in, and all the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable.

The house was great and suit our family exceptionally well. The kids enjoyed the bonus room with games in the garage, and we enjoyed the hot tub. The movie room was also a big hit with our family. The house seemed close to everything we wanted to do in Denver, and we would absolutely book this again in the future.

Our family of 9 (ages 7-76) stated a week in this home and had a great time. We had the right bedroom/beds for our group and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed that the home had spaces for us to gather together and spaces for us to hang out in smaller groups. The home was clean and on a quiet street with plenty of dishes for what we needed. We used the hot tub, ping pong table, and pool table. We enjoyed looking at our vacation photos on the downstairs TV too. There are a few steps to walk up to get into the home. The two bunk bed rooms and primary bedroom are on the main floor. Two other bedrooms are downstairs. There are stairs to get from the main floor to the back yard and the garage game room.

Perfect!! Amazing!!! This house was everything we were looking for. We've already talked about coming back for another long weekend getaway. You don't even have to leave the property. The hot tub was perfect (we'd like it a little hotter but could just be us ;) The fire pit was perfect for our group and weather. We enjoyed all the amenities like the pool table and ping pong. We had a super fun weekend in this beautiful and fun getaway. Also, plenty of parking! And host super easy to talk to!

The house was beautiful and large enough for 14 guests. We all said we would stay there again. Loved the game room, outdoor space and hot tub. We had issues with it getting hot enough during our stay. I messaged the owner to let him know so he can fix it before the next guests.

Newly remodeled/furnished, tasteful decor, and very comfortable. Enough space for our large group. Hot tub was lovely. Too cold to use the ping pong and pool tables, and the yard is not completely fenced. But overall loved the property. Very clean.

This retreat house is definately family friendly for all ages. The house was brand new with all new appliances. Rooms were well thought out and the host responded right away to our needs. The place was a wonderful space. I'd go back!

The host was very responsive to questions. The amenities were wonderful, as was the open space for entertaining in general. It was really nice to have everyone in the same room. We just had a few things that might need to be fixed or corrected to keep people safe. The front door was really hard to open and close.by the master bedroom entry there was a little dip in the floor which is not noticeable that needs caution, tape or something there to let people know that there’s a teeny step up/ down or that there’s a slight slope. The lack of heating in the basement was an issue this time of year, but all the large throw blankets helped make it a bit more comfortable.

This home is great for a gathering of friends/family. It is spacious, modern, and offers so much in the way of recreational fun. The owner was responsive to questions asked upon check-in and we settled in nicely and really enjoyed our stay. If parking is a concern, the driveway is ample- we were able to accommodate 4-5 vehicles and avoid the permit only street parking. The neighborhood is up and coming but was extremely quiet and safe.
