Cabine confortable avec Sandy Beach

Cosy 1 chambre (lit queen), 1 cabine de bain complète assis sur près de 2 acres. Situé sur le lac Annabessacook avec 200 pieds de façade de plage de sable. Promenade peu profonde dans le lac. Idéal si vous avez de petits enfants ou des chiens qui aiment être dans l'eau. Profitez de la baignade, du canotage et de la pêche sur ce magnifique lac connu pour son achigan à grande bouche. Grande terrasse pour se détendre, profiter de la vue ou faire des grillades. Utilisez le quai pour attacher votre bateau après une belle journée sur le lac, puis asseyez-vous sur la banquette et regardez / écoutez les huards le soir. Il y a 2 kayaks pour adultes et 1 kayak pour enfants dans la cabine. Endroit calme et paisible parfait pour une petite escapade en famille ou en couple. Courte distance des commerces, restaurants, essence et épicerie. Près de Springbrook Golf Course, Meadows Golf Club et Augusta Country Club. Des locations de bateaux à proximité sont disponibles.
Les locations sont à la semaine uniquement (7 nuits) du samedi au samedi.

Delightful stay

This quaint cottage far exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Nice safe quiet neighborhood. The waterfront and dock area was spectacular. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This cabin was perfect in every way and the lake and property was amazing. Quite area, even felt safe enough not to lock the door when we went out.

The Great Escape!!

My husband and I stayed at Camp Axelrod for a week in August and we had the BEST time! From the start of the booking process Amy was very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. The camp/cabin is small but functional and comfortable and has a full bath with a tub which is sometimes hard to find in a camp. The yard is HUGE and beautiful! The beach area is excellent - sandy bottom and not mucky at all. We brought our pup and we tethered our floats to the dock and we floated around and relaxed every day, cooked on the grill and had a campfire in the fire pit a few nights. There’s a Hannaford’s about 10 minutes away for any groceries needed. Amy’s parents live next door and were very welcoming yet completely unobtrusive. We had plenty of privacy and would definitely book again!!

Perfect for young kids!

We had a great stay, we really thought this was the perfect property for young kids. We have a 2 and a 4 year old so the beach and shallow walk into the lake were perfect for them and the water was nice and clean. The property also has the perfect balance of shade and sun throughout the day. The only thing that wasn't provided that I needed for our stay was just a small or medium pot to cook with (there were large lobster size pots) but other than that everything else we needed was supplied. The owner's very friendly parents live next door and can help you with whatever you may need.

Fun in the Sun!

We had another wonderful vacation at the cabin. The cabin was spotless and so was the sandy beach which has a dock and a place to sit to watch the Loons and the beautiful sunsets. So quiet and relaxing. We’ll be back for sure!

Lake House Rental

The property was well maintained, inside and outside. Everything about it was top notch. The lake and beach were beautiful, and the water was clean and comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay.

If you need to relax, this is the place...

Cozy, clean, comfortable, peaceful, refreshing, and tranquil... The water was like glass, the fish were biting, we slept like a “log“ being serenaded by Loons and waking to a flock of silent Canadian Geese on the beach! Bring a couple of water floats or snag one of the kayaks at the cabin, take a day trip to Bar Harbor or the back roads to Moosehead, this Is truly a great place to spend a vacation!
