Located within minutes to #CMMC #St. Mary's #Batesuniversity #CMCC #Thorncragbirdsanctuary and Hannaford across the street. You are 10min from the highway exit. 30min drive to Freeport. Sabattus Lake 10min drive. Plenty of golf #Applevalley #Foxridge #devilsgrovediscgolf #pineacres #martindalecountryclub. Lost Valley downhill ski mountain located nearby as well. Plenty of fine dining nearby. A very well thought out manual for guests to browse through discovering plenty to do in the area.

This property was charmingly decorated and well-appointed with most anything you might need! The space was immaculate! The unit was quiet and comfortable. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient stay in Lewiston!

My daughter and I stayed at the Cozy City Stay while she was recovering from surgery. It has everything we needed to prepare meals and was convenient to Bates, and local markets. Beds were comfortable and it is cutely decorated with French decor and accents!! Highly recommend as a base when staying in Lewiston area.

lovely little lair in Lewiston

Property impresses with the first step inside and continues all the way through. Tasteful and thoughtful touches make this a fantastic place for a short weekend and would likely be comfy for a longer stay. So many features within walking distance or a short drive away!

Loved the place; all the details. Perfect for a quick weekend trip but suitable for a much more extended stay. Check in and out process was simple, easy, and convenient. Loved it. Will use again if available next time I come into the area.

Well Appointed and Comfortable

As listed, this place felt brand new, was extremely well-appointed and comfortable. Everything you could want was available in this clean and cozy space. Gregory was very quick to reply and very accommodating.

WOW! What an outstanding home!

Home was essentially new and spotless. Had all the amenities we required and plenty of space. Very closet to many attractions and of course the local community. Wonderful stay and facility!

Bates College parents visit

This was a perfect location close to campus and very near grocery store. We were here to visit with other parents and our student athletes for a few home games and senior day celebration. The apartment was perfect, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great hide away

We stayed in this great little hide-away for almost 3 months, and enjoyed it. Jenn and Gregory’s place is bright, extremely clean (we are sticklers for cleanliness), has a good kitchen, plenty of hot water, big TV screens and a pretty comfy bed. Jenn and Gregory are super responsive, friendly, non intrusive, professional, and flat-out good people. Jenn’s attention to detail in this rental is impressive, right down to the insulation. Very comfortable temps, and we barely used the heating and AC. Special shout out to house cleaner Kristy. She knows her work. We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs, and this is hands-down one of, if not the cleanest we have experienced. We would stay there again, if we had occasion to be in Lewiston.

There is fine dining in the city as well. You have a memorial park and bird sanctuary you can explore as well. Sabattus Lake is minutes away for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Come and explore and then relax and unwind in your Tuscan vibe stay.
