Cette maison de quatre chambres / quatre salles de bains est située à seulement quatre pâtés de maisons du bassin de ski et de vélo Angel Fire Resort. Cette maison de trois niveaux dispose d'une cheminée à bois, laveuse et sécheuse, quatre téléviseurs et lecteurs de DVD. Il y a un barbecue à gaz fourni pour tous vos besoins de cuisson en plein air. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges pour huit à la table de la salle à manger et des sièges supplémentaires pour trois à la barre de petit déjeuner. Cette maison dispose de trois lits king et six lits jumeaux. Maison parfaite pour une grande famille! * 4x4 ou AWD est requis pendant la saison d'hiver / mois d'hiver.*

We thought the location was extremely nice and liked the layout of the home. However when we got there we couldn’t even open the front door because ice made it impossible. Also the dryer did not work. We brought food from home and were terribly disappointed when the grill outside that was a feature in the home did not work. That’s just not right!

Nice location, Terrible Mattresses

This property has so much potential but needs some updating. First and foremost the mattresses are horribly saggy and uncomfortable. At least one (the main floor master) is literally from 1985 (I checked the tag). The other main level bed was at least as bed. The downstairs master was only slightly better. The living room couches are also very old and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The linens, towels, kitchen and bathrooms high touch surfaces were very clean. However this place desperately needs a deep clean. Thick dust and cobwebs on the wall hangings and light fixture over the kitchen table and spill on the glass of the oven, etc. Nothing that impacted our visit (although it definitely would if we had dust allergies) but it all added up to feel like kind of a dumpy house. It also needs an exterminator visit. We killed at least 5 spiders. It is in a great location and has great spaces. They even had sleds we could use for the kids. That being said we would definitely NOT return unless we were assured the mattresses had been replaced.

Very very very Bad experience

I have been to several vrbo earlier and this is the worst one. My first and foremost requirement was cleanliness of the property during this Covid situation but there was none. I dont know where to start.. from the bedsheet to pillow cover everything was like 100 years old and stained. We didnt feel safe using those bedsheets, pillows. Even if the property was okd atlease someone can get expect interior would be clean and clean but there were cob web, dead flies everywhere. Need to say it was advertised as 4 bedrooms but it is acually 3 bedrooms. I dont know how can someone list this property for rental. When i called vrbo regarding the clean bedsheets and all i have been told that its a old property. I guess if property is old then the sheets and interior also have to be aged otherwise you dont get that feeing living in the old wrecked house. I could have uploaded the pics but there is no option and i think it is not given intentionally.

We wish you would have called our office during your stay so we could address any issues immediately. It is especially surprising that you found the linens to be subpar, because we recently invested in brand new all white linens and towels for all our properties. Our staff is trained in COVID Safe Practices. Housekeepers use cleaning products to disinfect between stays. Dirty laundry is washed in commercial machines that can heat to high temps to ensure our linens are properly sanitized. The cabin does have 4 bedrooms - a primary bedroom on the bottom floor, two bedrooms on the middle floor and a bunk room on the top floor. We pride ourselves on accurate pictures and virtual tours so guests don’t have any unexpected surprises. If a guest contacts VRBO about issues during their stay, VRBO will reach out to us directly so we can help the guest. We did not get any such call from VRBO or anyone in your party. We also provide guests with an after-hours emergency number so they can always reach a live local person during their stay. We invite you to call us so we can discuss the matter. Spring break skii trip

We enjoyed the house, clean, very roomy for the 8 of us, great location to skii lodge; the smoke sensor very sensitive, when we used the oven and opened the door it would trigger it every time, needed a few more dish towels otherwise a great experience and definitely will stay here again.

Here are some examples: Feb 2021 - This cabin was prefect for our recent family trip. Everything was clean, and exceeded all of our expectations. Dec 2020- Excellent property and mgmt team! Unit itself was great for the price and the office was helpful and responsive to any inquiries. When you came into our office to get directions to the cabin, you seemed distressed and irritated. Members of your party had already checked-in so we needed to verify you were on the guest list. We asked for identification and after confirming your ID, our staff promptly gave you a map with turn-by-turn directions on how to get to the cabin. We take our security measures seriously.
