Veuillez noter - nous avons 6 lits (4 lits jumeaux, 1 lit queen, 1 lit king) ainsi qu'un matelas pneumatique complet et deux canapés (ils ne se retirent pas dans les lits.) Nous pouvons dormir 10 confortablement et jusqu'à 14 avec une compression serrée!

Une cabine de cadre avec une vue imprenable et Ă  environ 8 miles du centre-ville de BV. Vous avez un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ© au bord de la riviĂšre BLM pour pĂȘcher et Ă  distance de marche du put-in pour le pont de chemin de fer. Salon ouvert et cuisine avec hauts cellings. Cour clĂŽturĂ©e pour les chiots et grand patio. Cet endroit est idĂ©al pour une escapade romantique ou un groupe jusqu'Ă  10 en vacances. Casser la fenĂȘtre de la chambre pendant la nuit et dormir au son de l'eau qui coule dans la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin. Grand réfrigérateur et garde-manger pour ranger vos aliments. Besoin d'une mijoteuse? Pas de problÚme, nous en avons un pour vous! Si vous avez des invités qui doivent rester loin des escaliers, nous avons deux chambres qui sont au niveau principal et la chambre avec le lit king est à l'étage et une salle de bain attenante. Faites une belle balade à vélo de 8 miles le long d'un chemin de terre et de la riviÚre qui vous déposera au centre de la rue Main.

Everything was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was in a good location. It was peaceful and quiet yet a quick 10 minute drive to town. Perfect for our group of 6 adults.

40th Birthday Spring Break Getaway

Had a great time and this little cabin was perfect for our stay. Brought our two kids and our dog for spring break and my 30th birthday. Close enough to everything but nice and private. Great river access for a little walk. Lots of comfy throw blankets and everything else we needed. Thanks!

A relaxing mountain oasis

Loved the location of this property as it was just outside Buena Vista and quiet with the rush of the river noise in the background, yet still a quick drive to town whenever we needed something. This home away from home allowed us to play hard during the day in the mountains and come home and relax and make dinner at night. We ate every meal outside on the patio - it was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again for our annual summer trip!

Overall really good stay

Property and level of service was as expected from the listing. Good for our dog with size of property, fenced backyard (with chipmunk for chasing), and access to river. Only negative was daytime noise from heavy vehicles on the highway.

great property for visiting the area

Clean and just as described - this property did not disappoint in any way. great for the dogs with the outside fenced area and the adjacent BLM land that leads down to a great spot on the River. Wish I'd brought my fly rod to catch a few of the dozens and maybe hundreds of trout I saw in the pool at the river access. Check in/out and communication were all great. Thanks!

Wonderful cabin near Buena Vista

This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!

Quiet country home

We loved this house. It was sp spacious and well equipped. Lots of light, well insulated and plenty of seating. We appreciated the very secure fencing around the property’s backyard as our beloved golden enjoyed keeping watch over the surrounding fields. There are great backroads for walking with no traffic and a nearby stream for wading. We hope to have a return trip.

Blue Cabin is a great place to stay. The cabin is comfortable and homey. The kitchen has everything you need, just bring the food. Our two dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and the patio was very nice. If you enjoy bird watching, you will love Blue Cabin as well. From booking to check in to check out, everything went smoothly. We love Buena Vista and hope to return here later this year.

Amazing cabin that catered to furry friends!

What an amazing stay! It’s not often that you find a rental that accepts dogs, let alone caters to them! There were plenty of dog begs for all of our furry companions, lint rollers, and the fenced in yard was such a relief to top it off. The cabin was tastefully decorated, homey, and the perfect place for our family to land after a long day of snowmobiling. Extra stars for having a driveway to accommodate trailers for all of your toys! Bob and Lianne were so accommodative of our early and late departure which was another huge relief. A highly recommended stay for sure!

Colorado Spring Break

The rental was perfect for my family to enjoy a Colorado vacation. We fished for trout, visited the hot springs a short drive away outside Buena Vista, and relaxed. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and the location of the property was ideal for us - far enough away from town for quiet and solitude yet close enough for convenience. The only mishap was that the coffee maker stopped working on the second day, but the owner responded immediately to the issue and it was resolved with a new replacement. Great overall experience!!!

Access to the Arkansas River among the Aspens

We spent 5 nights here end of sept / Oct. and had a great time. Love the access to the river and the fenced in yard for the pets. Aspens were turning and fall color was beautiful. We did ride our bikes from the house to town (8-9 miles) and enjoyed going along the river and through the rock tunnels. Fyi- the way back to the house is slightly uphill and a little tougher. Kitchen is well stocked and there is an outside grill to use. This was great as many of the local restaurants we knew were affected by COVID-19. Living room is cozy and comfortable after a long day of hiking / exploring. Plenty of room for 2 couples or a family of up to 6. We love this area and would highly recommend for rafting, hiking, mountain biking, or just hanging out outside- beautiful!!!
