This is lovely cabin right by the river, close to town but in a nice quiet area where you felt like you were alone with nature. The hot tub and patio area are right outside the kitchen and overlook the river, perfect for an enjoyable afternoon of relaxing with friends. The beds and pillows were soft with extra pillows and blankets available and plenty of towels. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our trip, would definitely stay there again.

The property was beautifully situated with the Arkansas River below. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the porch and dinner in the evenings outdoors. Close to the town or Buena Vista and Fourmile Area.

Incredible cabin in all respects. Close to downtown Buena Vista and short drives to everything we wanted to do. Rafting, hot springs, hiking. Being on the Arkansas was the cherry on top. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with our family.

Geneva was very kind and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay and a wonderful host!! No AC but they have an awesome ceiling fan up in the loft. I also brought fans and that helped. I would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I very much enjoy the Buana Vista area for a getaway each year. This cabin was well suited for us with the location on the Arkansas, having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large, covered porch. Very well appointed with amenities. Very clean and all furnishings in great shape. The Buna Vista main street restaurants are 1.7 miles away and enjoyed the Crave for some great wood fired pizza and a glass of wine, would also recommend Wesley and Rose Lobby Bar. Collegiate Peaks Golf Couse is also a favorite of ours several times a year and only 2 miles from this cabin.Enjoyed the sound of the river every day on the porch and also hiked down to the water and did some fly fishing Very relaxing 4 days Kerry and Michele HockemeyerCanon City, Colorado

Lovely river location w awesome outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the privacy of the cabin. We highly recommend. Just wish we had more time to hang out on the property and soak up the relaxed vibes. It was our first time in Buena Vista, a beautiful area and charming town. Well worth the visit.

Great cabin, great location

The cabin is in a great location on the Arkansas River, just north of town. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. We can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was great! Very clean, close to town but very private. The sound of the river running was very relaxing. We were looking for a relaxing stay and that’s exactly what we got. 5 min. From shopping and restaurants and just 15min. To the hot springs. My wife and had a great time we just wish we could have stayed longer. My only complaint is charging us to check in 2 hours early when the place was clearly empty, seems is a little greedy.

Outstanding High-End Cabin

This is an outstanding property. New, real log construction, high end furniture, even the dishes are high quality. The setting on the Arkansas river is beautiful and relaxing. It's a real treat to be able to do a VRBO at a place like this.
