Une propriété vraiment unique qui se trouve juste à côté du magnifique ruisseau Cottonwood et à proximité du col Cottonwood, de la rivière Arkansas et de nombreuses autres aventures en plein air!

Ce Homey Creekside Cottage a des planchers de bois franc partout, un salon avec 2 fauteuils inclinables en cuir et un divan sectionnel, une télévision à écran plat de 47 pouces avec son surround, une télévision par satellite à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et Internet haut débit, une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes confortablement . Cuisine efficace entièrement équipée avec bel évier en cuivre, nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, cuisinière / four à gaz naturel, chambre principale qui fait face aux montagnes et au ruisseau, la deuxième chambre est très spacieuse, offrant un lit gigogne confortable.

Après une longue journée d'aventure, il est temps de verser un verre de vin et de vous détendre sur le pont arrière surplombant Cottonwood Creek où vous êtes susceptible de voir des cerfs locaux passer tout en étant bercés par des oiseaux.

Il n'y a absolument rien de plus relaxant et réparateur que ce chalet confortable et nous sommes là pour vous servir et vous aider à passer les meilleures vacances de votre vie!

Overall we were happy with the accommodations. Interior: kitchens, bathrooms, living room - great.Bedrooms: loved that they were separated well, lots of storage, size was comfortable. Only complaint that we both had was the beds were too hard. Exterior: loved the deck and stream! However, the west side of the house was more of a parking lot that had multiple cars very close and took away some of the charm.Other: the closeness to town was wonderful. If you are a walker you would enjoy the few blocks to the main area. The owner was delightful!

The Host was very responsive to all of our questions and to our suggestions. We especially appreciated having a king size bed.The kitchen was well equipped, and there were lots of paper products available. We stayed in the winter so did not get to enjoy the creek out back, but nice to see the rushing water. You can't beat the location.

Sweet spot

This place is all about the location. It's directly on the creek, the sounds of the water lull you to sleep. It has the basics, beds are comfy and clean; but, the main reason to stay is the quiet location.

We stayed at this property before and that's why we came back. Beautiful location and great accommodations. The only things missing were coffee and body wash - fortunately there is a City Market within minutes of the property.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property next to quiet stream. We saw deer on property almost every night! The location was very convenient to everything.... restaurants, grocery, and hiking. Easy communication with property manager, easy check in/out, property has everything you could need. Plenty of space for everyone and well maintained! One of the BEST places we've stayed!

Very Relaxing

The location was close to town, but it didn't feel like we were in town. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the water rush by. It was a very relaxing stay.

Jerry and Julie Henderson grew up in Kansas City, and went to the University of Kansas, they married and spent 23 years in South Florida where we raised 3 daughters. In 1980, Jerry and Julie moved to Buena Vista, CO where they enjoyed mountain hiking and playing tennis. They also loved being involved with the community theatre! They also have an ongoing passion for reading…..anything from history to cookbooks, etc. Jerry and Julie love Buena Vista and truly enjoy showing others what is available here.

Recently updated, homey and very roomy, 2 bedroom creekside cottage conveniently located near the heart of town Buena Vista and the majestic Collegiate Peaks.
Features cozy living room includes 2 leather recliners and sectional couch, 47” flat-screen TV, DVD player, high-speed Internet, satellite dish. Living room and dining room seat 6 comfortably. Hardwood floors throughout. Efficient kitchen with copper sink, new stainless steel appliances, natural gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, teapot, etc. The master bedroom faces the mountains and creek. A comfortable trundle bed makes into a queen bed in the second bedroom. Front and back decks with rustic outdoor furniture. You will surely enjoy watching the amazing variety of birds and wildlife from both decks; you can also fish from the back deck!

This beautiful part of Colorado has much to offer any time of year. Many outdoor activities and special events make the Buena Vista area a fun and interesting place to visit. Fun and exciting rafting on the Arkansas River in the summer, excellent skiing in the winter months. Mountain climbing/hiking, fishing, golfing and other activities for you to enjoy. You will be very pleased with the wide variety of good restaurants, coffee houses, sports bars and places to shop.
