Cela en fait un endroit parfait pour vos vacances de rêve. Être à Princeville signifie également être proche des magasins, des restaurants, des belles plages tropicales avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle et de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée. Son emplacement calme, privé et tranquille en fait un endroit idéal pour revenir se détendre après une longue journée d'exploration de la beauté de Kauai. De plus, l'endroit dispose d'un grand salon avec une cuisine ouverte et une salle à manger qui est parfaite pour se divertir ou simplement se détendre avec un cocktail à la main.
La chambre principale est complètement séparée de la mezzanine avec un mur et une porte (contrairement aux autres unités qui ont la chambre ouverte sur le loft), elle a un lit King et son propre balcon. La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size et une véranda privée ainsi. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée adjacente et une salle d'eau.

It is a beautiful place and decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen was very impressively equipped with great utensils and appliances. We had to put a pillow on each side of the step as you enter with an open space to go to the main level as all three of us fell one time. I was mildly irritated that the owner would not opt for a Blue Ray DVD player we had asked for and we had to haul one to and from in our luggage. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror someplace in the unit. Also, an air fryer would have been great. Otherwise, it was a delightful place to stay.

Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved how the loft bedroom had a door to separate it from the rest of the loft. And our morning walk down the golf course to the cliffs edge was beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this condo to others.Mahalo!!!

Princeville Condo very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was very well equipped and maintained. Fans all around were welcomed and nice. The kitchen was great and our view was lovely. Thank you for your kindness and prompt responses to questions. Your recommended tour on Holo Holo was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Loved this home!

Our family of four had an awesome time at Alex’s condo. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. (And everything is in like-new condition!) We loved the quiet complex and the beautiful golf course and ocean views from the lanai. The condo feels very private. We hope to be back soon!

Kauai is the winner

This was our return to our honeymoon 26 years later trip with our daughter. We had begun in Maui where had been our last stop 26 years ago, and coming to Kauai after loving Maui so much... it was going to have to be great. The place had us at hello! It is far better than advertised. Open, clean, accommodating Alex has done more than just cross the t's and dot the i's and their binder of information was our go to from the moment we arrived. The lanai is spacious and wonderful to watch sunsets, and golf cats rolling to watch sunsets. We did that trip too. The sounds of the birds chirping around us was as pleasant as it was consistent. The concept of the Coast is Clear became clear to us as we could look to our left and see the mountains, swirling in mists and rain and rainbows, and to the right, and see the sunshine over the ocean a short distance away. It is hot (psst, it's Hawaii), but the fans placed virtually everywhere, more than did the trick. Beach supplies were plentiful, and anything missing, we easily found and rented nearby. We planned to do far more hiking, and surfing, but because of an injury to the dad just prior to the trip, we now have a specific reason to return beyond just the beauty of it all. My wife totally enjoyed her morning jogs following the golf trails easily accessible from our lanai. Kauai is the winner for us, and we can't wait to return. And if we can stay back here with Alex, then that will make it all the better.

Great location.

This unit was perfect for a quiet get away. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to make great meals and a BBQ ready to go on the patio, which overlooks the golf course. Beach gear also ready for a day at Anini beach just a hike down from the condo. Looking forward to getting back to Princeville!

Beautiful, fully equipped condo in a great location

This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The view from the patio had us relaxing out there every morning and evening. We loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. This place has everything you could possibly need, from binoculars for whale watching, to beach toys, to kitchen gadgets I didn’t know I was missing in my life. There were two beaches within walking distance that were never crowded each time we went. The only thing that was disappointing was that we had to cut our stay short.

Perfect spot to stay in Princeville

The property was great, clean, updated, not cluttered, and had everything we needed for the week! The location was great, just a quick drive everywhere we wanted to be in Princeville. The area is quiet, great places to walk around, and wonderful views of the gold course. There is a book with relevant local suggestions and things to do during the stay. Alex was very communicative throughout the process. Would absolutely come back here.

Great North Shore Gem

It was a dream of ours to visit Kauai. We decided to stay on the north shore and Princeville was the best option for us. It’s a vacation destination area and everything is made to showcase the natural beauty of that part of the island. We are so glad we chose Alex’s townhouse! There are picture perfect beaches close by. Only 10 min walking distance away is Princeville shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants. We even found some time to practice Yoga there. In the condo the view of the majestic big tree, Makai golf corse, the mountain behind it and the ocean was hypnotizing with the ever changing colors, flying birds and more. It was something we will never forget. The place was quiet, super clean and had everything we needed and wanted. I really hope that one day we will be able to come back

Spacious and bright retreat in Princeville

My family and I stayed at this condo for three weeks. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There were plenty of beach supplies available to us, such as: beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious and located in a very quiet area. Afternoons on the back lanai were sunny, relaxing and enjoyable with the great view of the ocean. Alex was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have travelled to the Hawaiian islands for the past 15 years and this was one of the nicest units we have stayed at. On our next trip to Kauai we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful island, exquisite location, elegant place to stay.

The place is clean, sleek, looks new, and you can see the ocean from the back door that opens to the golf course. The kitchen is spacious with state of the art appliances. The washer/dryer is convenient. There is lots of light. There are two very comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a beautiful home. There is a TV in each bedroom. Our child tells us that the TV comes with lots of stations and services. My wife and I never turned on the set. Kauai is my favorite island, and Princeville/Hanalei is my favorite part of the island. It is somewhat out of the way -- it's on the north shore, and so you will build in travel time to see the rest of the island -- and it's breathtaking in its beauty. The only caveat is that it helps to be an early riser. Kauai has a wild chicken population, and roosters do crow at the break of dawn. Fortunately, if you come from the mainland, dawn is anywhere from 9 am to noon in your home timezone. In all, it is a delightful, clean, light, modern place to stay in paradise.
