Idéalement situé, mais niché dans la communauté incomparable Northshore resort de Princeville.

Profitez de la vue sur l'océan expansive de toutes les chambres de cet Ali'i Kai I Ocean Bluff condo dans le luxueux Princeville Resort. Ce condo est une unité de fin avec une véranda wrap autour et pas d'escaliers même si c'est un niveau au-dessus du sol, vous donnant la commodité du niveau du sol et l'intimité et la vue d'un niveau supérieur. Il y a une côte rocheuse, 60 pieds ou plus, directement sous le condo avec des plages de sable facilement approchable dans un mile. Cet emplacement de choix à Princeville est paisible et serein avec une brise de mer fraîche, des couchers de soleil et des levers de soleil spectaculaires et une vue à 180 degrés sur l’océan depuis chaque chambre. Dans les mois d'été, les conditions le permettent, vous pouvez faire de la plongée sur le récif au-dessous du condo. Dans les mois d'hiver, vous pouvez observer les baleines batifolent et jouent. L'unité est 'clé en main' (tous les draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, articles de plage sont inclus). Notre petit coin de paradis est méticuleusement entretenu et chaque année, l'unité est mise à niveau en quelque sorte.

Observation des baleines: La saison d'observation des baleines à bosse s'étend de novembre à avril lorsque les baleines migrent dans les eaux chaudes d'Hawaï pour donner naissance à leurs petits. Les biologistes de la marine allemande ont spécialement réservé HollysKauaiCondo, afin de pouvoir surveiller la migration des baleines 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 depuis notre véranda, pour leur étude scientifique!

Au HollysKauaiCondo, vous pouvez observer les baleines s'ébattre dans chaque pièce. Nous avons connu le plus d'activité en milieu de matinée et en milieu d'après-midi lorsque le soleil est à un angle. Il est tout à fait un spectacle à voir. Réservez notre condo pendant la saison des baleines et profiter du spectacle!

Le meilleur Ali'i Kai Location & Condo: Hollys Kauai Condo a l'un des meilleurs endroits Ali'i Kai. Notre condo est une unité de fin sur le 2ème étage sans escalier. Rouler facilement votre valise à partir du stationnement dans notre spacieux de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains condo. Le condo est équipé avec à peu près tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour explorer et apprécier l’île: chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, boogie boards, équipement de plongée avec tuba avec au moins 6 jeux de palmes de différentes tailles, parasol jeux, vidéos, livres et plus.

En outre, il existe un "Alexa" pour répondre à vos questions et jouer la musique de votre choix.

Le condo est accessible aux fauteuils roulants avec des barres d'appui dans le bain / douche invités et la douche principale.

We loved the condo especially the view which I enjoyed every morning watching the sun rise. The location was great and we very much enjoyed the beaches, the shops and the restaurants. Alan was very helpful in advising us on places to go and things to do. The management company was very helpful and responsive to any of our needs. But most of all, it was the VIEWS, the VIEWS, the VIEWS.

Great location- absolutely loved the views! Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware etc. We so enjoyed meals, coffee and happy hour on the lanai.Alan was a wonderful host- very communicative from booking thru check out. As you discovered, the condo is more than just a place to stay.  It's a meaningful part of your Hawaiian adventure.  The unencumbered panoramic oceanfront views from every room and lanai reinforces that your not sitting is an obscure hotel room, waiting for your next Island activity.  While in the condo you can enjoy the swaying coconut trees, circling birds, sunsets/sunrises, storms dancing upon the water, rainbows, boats, kayakers, tropical breezes and more. What an amazing place! We stayed in March and were able to see whales EVERY DAY from our balcony (and even our bedroom windows). Alan was the ultimate host and very responsive to all of my many questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and hope to stay again!!

We loved our stay at the condo. Location was convenient with easy access to outdoor activities, shopping and bars/ restaurants. The condo had a breezy and homey feel with an amazing view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise while sitting on the lanai every morning was so relaxing. The owners did an excellent job of communicating with us from the time we reserved the condo to the time we checked out. They made great suggestions for actives and dining. They seemed to truly enjoy sharing their beautiful condo with us and strived to make our stay wonderful. We hope to make it back soon!

Alan was an excellent host. He provided great support and a long list of activites, restaurants, and shopping suggestions. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. It was hard not to just sit on the lanai all day and watch the whales and the waves.

After years of visits to Kauai, we feel like we've only scratched the surface of doing, seeing and eating all of its wonders. The incredible panoramic oceanfront views from every room are only surpassed by time on the lanai. With its bar height table and chairs, it serves as an "observatory" of amazing everchanging sights: Sunrises, rainbows, sunsets, storms dancing across the water, humpback whales, dolphins, turtles, birds of all kinds and water craft. The communication was great. The check in and check out super easy and super smooth. But, the best part was the view! The house was great and met or exceeded our needs for sure, but the view was unbeatable! And, we were super grateful for the beach chairs as well. Would definitely recommend this house and hope that we can stay there again!

Aloha! Thank you for pointing out the ease of arriving and departing (although we've always found it hard to leave). An Hawaiian vacation should be worry free. That's why we try to make everything easy and care free. We attempt to have everything for our guests, that we would and do want, when we arrive. Beach towels and chairs, ice cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards are all ready for beach fun. The kitchen has about any appliance, cookware and dishes one would want. Games, books, binoculars, an Alexa, WIFI, charging stations, etc. are also available for guest comfort. But, as you point out, the up close and personal panoramic oceanfront views from every room and lanai are virtually incomparable. We look forward to your return.

True to listing and more. Great views from an ocean-front condo on the North Shore. The owners/managers were amazing to work with and shared local knowledge that we found helpful even having visted numerous times. The view is fantastic! The property is convenient to do things in the Princeville and Hanalei area. The property owner was very responsive to my questions. They provided recommendations for things to do and for restaurants.

A must stay if you’re visiting Kauai. Alan & Vicki’s condo is exceptional! Clean, safe, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything you need for the perfect getaway. I can’t say enough about the views. OMG! Incredible! And falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is so very special. When we met people on other parts of the island, they would ask us where we were staying, we’d say Princeville and all of them said that it was the most beautiful area of the island. We agree. Going back to Vicki and Alan beautiful condo ASAP.

Amazing vacation place!

We stayed for four nights. We had an amazing vacation. Alan was super responsive and always so helpful. The place is super clean and had everything that you need while you are there. Definitely recommend this place and we'll come back!

It warms our heart to hear that our guests have had "an amazing vacation". We love Kauai and all that it offers. We try to make HollysKauaiCondo the perfect launching pad for each days' adventure. But, as you found out, the adventure doesn't end when you return to the condo, because of the up close and personal panoramic oceanfront views, from every room. One continues to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, a blanket of stars, storms dancing across the ocean surface and a plethora of wild life, including marine animals. Fantastic location

The location and views are amazing at this property. Centrally located to all north end beaches. If we didn't feel like going out, the condo was great to hang out at.

Thank you for choosing HollysKauaiCondo for your special Hawaiian getaway! As owners visiting our property during the early days of Covid, we were required to quarantine for 2 weeks. Though we longed to "go out and play", we discovered that the views from the rooms and lanai, gave us a huge opportunity to enjoy the serenity and mystery of watching the ever-changing water, sky and animal life. Wonderful

We had a hiccup that was eventually taken care of. Alan worked with us and made sure we were satisfied. Views are amazing. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay.

Fantastic View in a Wonderful Condo

Great views of the ocean. Every detail totally thought out. Coffee, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you would want for a perfect stay in a lovely well decorated two bedroom and two bath condo. I have stayed there twice and I would stay again.

Mahalo nui loa for your comments and for your return visit. About 40% of each year's occupancy are returning guests. We believe that is the highest compliment we could get. While the oceanfront view from every room is spectacular, we try to pay attention to the "little" things. Such as: 1) a motion sensitive light at the front door, for the late arrivals. 2) starter coffee, 3) an abundance of charging stations, 3) an Alexa for music and to answer questions, 4) nearly any kitchen tool one might want 5) WIFI, 6) a list of emergency numbers & addresses, 7) most all that is needed for a beach visit or a snorkeling outing, 8) small library of books, including Kauai related books & DVDs. There is more, but basically we want the condo set up for our guests, just like we want it for ourselves. Please return. Alan & Vicki
