Quick Chelan Trip

Overall stay was great. Cruising around the wineries and dt was a blast. Weather was tip top. Place was good size for two of us. Water pressure had some issues for a little while but that resolved itself. Fireplace didn’t heat up when it go a little chilly and we wanted the ambiance. Overall good time and place was well located close to everything.

The room was clean but the halls and stairs very old carpet the pool area was very nice and great ni

Was nice but I had to walk up 15 Stairs and I had my knee replaced so was hard getting to the second floor.

Fridge went out , reported it and didn’t get it fixed until the evening . Food went bad . Reported it and still have not received a response . Pool was cloudy and dirty . Bugs outside were terrible . Never had an issue at grand view ever . This year wasn’t good

Lovely unit & location but attracts the party crowd

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our room and the location - easy walk to coffee, the river walk, restaurants. We enjoyed waking up to a view of the ducks swimming in the lake right outside of our room. HOWEVER, we did not love the wild party (replete with a DJ in the unit!) going on in the rooms nearby us when we arrived at our room on Saturday night. While there was an after hours number to call for security there was no other onsite assistance to quiet the party. I expect with the transition in management company occurring at this location it will be able to define itself either as a party venue or a splendid retreat but until I know which it will be I will not be staying here again.

Beautiful view

We could have fished right out of our room. The view was beautiful and it was a unique experience to stay on a pier. The pool area was a bit disappointing. The slide had cobwebs over it. The pool was gated off and we were just told a pump was out. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and it was painful to walk on the grates on the bottom of the hot tub. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable.

There was no easy access to lake. You had to climb down ladders to get to the water. Pool and hot tub were full of kids in diapers
water was dirty. Room was filthy, in need of repairs, not at all like their photos. They charge you for everything. We had to wear a blue wrist band the whole time there. I felt like I was in a college dorm after the parties. Folks who are not able to climb ladders, those in wheelchairs, will have no amenities. We are asking for a full refund. We left early

GrandView - River View 720 - First Timer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room IS as shows in the picture!! Makes you believe you have this "AMAZING" room.. What you see IS in the room, but if its is not sunny out, it's so gloomy!! it also has an old moldy smell to it... Some of the channels on TV you couldn't watch, the picture kept distorting and there was no volume.
