Magnifique condo en bord de mer du lac Chelan, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Chelan

La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger ont été récemment rénovés avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol, armoires, éclairage, appareils électroménagers, refroidisseur à vin intégré et comptoirs en granit. L'unité est équipée d'un système de divertissement comprenant une télévision à écran plat, un système surround, des lecteurs DVD et CD Blue Ray. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen en plus du canapé-lit queen dans le salon. L'unité a laveuse / sécheuse, barbecue à gaz, foyer et accès par ascenseur au niveau du lac / piscine. L'association des copropriétaires propose l'amarrage des bateaux, l'utilisation gratuite du court de tennis, du terrain de beach-volley, des conoes, des pédalos et des vélos. Des places de parking sont prévues pour 2 véhicules dont l'un est couvert.

Annual Chelan golf and wine tasting trip

We had two couples and the property was extremely well kept, very clean, very well furnished and very comfortable. Great location, the on site manager was very helpful, the view was great. Could not have been happier with our choice.

Beautifully appointed condo, packed with everything you will need from potato peeler, to waffle iron, to those spices you forgot to pack! Grounds and pool area are meticulously maintained. Hosts could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with.

On the lake condo

This was our 2nd stay at Rod’s condo. The location is perfect, the condo had everything we needed, it was clean, appliances were first rate, beds were comfortable. Peterson’s Waterfront Resort has a pool and hot tub, besides being right on the lake. They had boards and kayaks to check out for guests and a shuffle board, a ping pong table, movies and puzzles to check out. It’s a short walk into town for ice cream and shopping. My family loves it and we will definitely try to make it back again for a third time!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was very responsive. This condo is extremely clean and well equipped. We have a house in the area, but needed a place to stay during a remodel and this was an excellent fit. The pictures really don’t do it justice and the location to town is great. The pool and grounds were excellent, I would highly recommend it!!

Wonderful stay for our sons wedding

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Location is great, the condo was perfect and had everything you could want or need! Rod was responsive and I had no issues. The fridge broke right before we got there and he installed new one before we arrived. We will definitely be staying again!

Summer Fun 2021

Great location with a beautiful view of the Lake and down-town Chelan. Overlooking the pool. Quick walk to town was a huge plus in comparison to other properties we've stayed at! The unit was well equipped with all the essentials. Bedding was cozy and rooms nicely set up. Great place to stay and I'd book it again!

Excellent location, very comfortable!

Check in was a breeze since there is a front desk where you can pick up your keys. When we walked in we were so excited that the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was plenty big enough to do all the cooking. The cabinets were stocked with every kitchen gadget you could possibly want or need. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We could see the pool, lake, and sunset over the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. We had our infant with us and there was plenty of space in the second bedroom to set up his pack n play. We walked into town to get sorbet and chocolate. The walk along the water is beautiful. The pool was a warm temperature despite it being a little chilly out. The hot tub was glorious for warming up. We will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Lake Chelan! We felt like we were at home.

Anniversary stay

Husband and I were staying away for our and and we had the best time ever! The Peterson Property is absolutely gorgeous and clean! The visitors are responsible and respectful and follow rules. We enjoyed the quite hours and the absolute gorgeous view of the Lake right from our patio! I would give 10 stars is I could. They have games boats paddle boards and fire pit and more for no additional cost!! Thanks for making our anniversary stress free!! Mr and Mrs Baugh

weekend away

This property was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and the communication was quick. We were lucky and had cold but sunny weather so was able to visit a few wineries for outside seating and watched the fireworks from our deck. We use VRBO often and rely heavily on reviews I would highly recommend staying here. A helpful tip that I always appreciate is knowing about the coffee machine provided...It is a Keurig so bring your coffee pods!
