Space was wonderful! Plenty of different sleeping arrangements, awesome kitchen and outdoor space. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond. Very safe location as well, and the off street parking was the biggest draw. Would definitely come again!

Adorable bungalow on a quiet street. Beautiful back yard and patio. Detailed instructions provided. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Lavender essential oil diffuser in bedroom nice. Hot yea, keytle and coffee nice amenities. Plenty of extra linens and sleep machines in every room.

The location was perfect. Wanted to be near Tulane for a long weekend. Jeremy was an amazing host. Place was super comfy and I loved the sound machines he had set up for our use!!!

I needed a place to stay while moving my son out of his dorm. Could not have asked for a better location or hosts. Quiet neighborhood, off-street parking, relaxing backyard/garden area, washer/dryer… and Jeremy and Emily were wonderful! I will certainly be staying there again!

Quick trip in NOLA

Jeremy was so friendly during our stay. When we got there the street was under massive construction, and he was so helpful in making sure we had a safe place to park. This rental is so spacious and homey, and the outdoor garden is truly beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

A Great Home away from Home

Jeremy and Emily's place was just lovely. The apt was exactly what we needed and wanted to come home to after a long and tiring day at Jazzfest. Their place was well maintained and came with a great eye for detail in the furnishings as well as the decorations. Jeremy was attentive to our needs and provided good support throughout our stay. We plan to come back to New Orleans and stay here again.

Convenient Gem

This is the second time that I have stayed here and already know that I will stay there in the fall. It is convenient for visiting my daughter at Tulane, running at Audobon park or eating at restaurants in the Garden District. I have enjoyed getting to know Jeremy and his wife, as well.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. The unit is on lower level of a split-level owner occupied house and we could hear them making dinner and breakfast as well as some conversations - assume they could hear us as well. This was. It a problem for us but sharing for awareness

We have sound machines provided for guests to use, to cancel out sound that may be occasionally heard between floors. It appears Duncan didn’t use them.

Overall a good stay

The hosts were very friendly. I like the fact the house is within 10-15 minutes from major attractions . However, the neighborhood road is full of huge potholes so you have to be very careful when you drive. You share the VRBO with the property owners that live above you like an apartment so you can hear them walk across the ceiling occasionally. It was fine until I was woken up at 4:37am when I guess their dog had to go out. You also have to share the driveway which again is fine but you have to make sure their is enough room between yours and their car. If you drive a truck it's best to just park on the street, but it's pretty narrow and busy at times so you have to be careful. As far as cleanliness it was mostly clean. The pillow had what looked like mold on it which was concerning. The property owner changed it out and claimed it was just dye from a sock that got washed with it.... Hm. Again though overall it was a good stay.

Thank you for your feed back, I can understand about the pot holes on our street, we have been waiting for repairs for many years. We do our very best to keep transferred sound to a minimum and sorry we are you were woken! There are three sound machines to help with sound transference if needed. We have successfully shared our drive way with large vehicles with previous guests, and as long as both vehicles are parked to the outside of the driveway, we are able to accommodate them side by side. I assured you in the after you spoke to my partner, upon inspection the pillow did not have mold, I was certified in mold remediation following Hurricane Katrina. Thank you for your feedback and we are always receptive to concerns so we can address and improve upon them. We are happy that overall you had a good stay. Regards, Jeremy

Really Nice Property and So Close to Tulane

I was in town for Parent Weekend and the location is so convenient. I ran a lot, so it was nice having Audubon Park nearby. Helpful, nice owner.

Hidden Gem in NOLA

This place was a cozy and quiet spot to relax and get some much needed downtime. It looks exactly like the pictures and Jeremy was really helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

New Orleans Spring Getaway

Spent a March 2019 weekend at the Love's residents and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was easy to find and centrally located. Found the home to be exactly as described on VRBO. Nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious and clean, and with a nice shower. The TV room was also just as spacious and well equipped. The access door to the unit was easy to get in and out, and also easy to secure. Felt safe the entire time. Nice quiet neighborhood and we could not tell (noise wise) the owners lived above us during our entire stay. We met with the Mrs.’s one morning and she was very nice, polite, and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable in our stay thus far, and asked if anything needed to be improved or corrected. We were able to park off the street which was a big plus. My wife and I both agreed we would absolutely stay here again on another visit New Orleans.

Comfy, private retreat!

Jeremy's residence is very cozy and perfect for a couple looking to spend some time in New Orleans. Jeremy is communicative- check-in and check-out were a breeze! Everything is kept very clean and the apartment has all of the comforts of home you could want in a home away from home!
