Bienvenue dans notre maison de vacances isolĂ©e construite sur mesure sur la riviĂšre Guadalupe, dans le quartier historique de Gruene, au milieu d'immenses arbres vivants de chĂȘne, de cyprĂšs et de noix de pĂ©can.

Beaucoup de terrasses et de terrasses (7) sont disponibles avec la grande terrasse à l'étage, qui donnent toutes sur la riviÚre Guadalupe. La cour est ombragée et est parfaite pour les rassemblements en plein air, en particulier avec les aires de groupe et le grand anneau de feu.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend le salon, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et la chambre principale et la salle de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain complĂšte et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  3 personnes, avec un lit king-size et un lit simple supplĂ©mentaire. Toutes les chambres offrent une vue sur la riviĂšre Guadalupe et sont ouvertes sur la cuisine et le salon. De plus, 2 personnes peuvent ĂȘtre logĂ©es dans le salon, en utilisant 2 grands canapĂ©s comme traverses.

En bas, il y a 2 chambres, chacune pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes, chacune avec un lit king-size et un lit simple supplémentaire. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte et une vue imprenable sur le fleuve depuis toutes les chambres. Tous les draps et oreillers sont fournis.

La propriété peut facilement accueillir 3 couples dans des chambres privées et peut accueillir 8 personnes supplémentaires, pour des sorties en famille ou en groupe.

This was a wonderful stay, exactly what we were looking for.Chris and Johanna were very welcoming and responsive to all our needs.The house was really nice and comfortable for a large group. We found everything we needed and loved the large dining table overlooking the river, for breakfast and dinner. The location is also very convenient for visiting Gruene, where we enjoyed the live country music and artisanal shops.I definitely recommend this place. It exceeded all our expectations.

Six of us retired ladies who were friends in high school stayed together. The house was perfect! The kitchen was so well supplied with paper goods that we hardly ever had any dishes to wash. It was cold so we didn’t access the river or use the beautiful outdoor patios but we really enjoyed the seclusion and the beautiful views and the comfort of the house with its electric fireplaces. We played games, had a paint and sip party and wore our PJs all day! Shops and restaurants are close by but we loved the house so much we hardly ever left it. This would be a great summer retreat. I hope to return soon. Highly recommend!!!!

The entire home was immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The scenery was great with deer walking throughout the yard and the location to downtown was perfect. The layout of the home and cottage was also perfect for our family. I would highly recommend the Gruene River Home.

This is a great location if you want to experience Gruene and New Braunfels. Both are a very short ride away and easily accessible. The house was great with a lot of character. We all enjoyed it. The best part of the experience was the hosts. They have everything setup in the house just perfect so you don't need to worry about anything. Communication was great and we did not have any issues. I very much recommend it.

Property had everything we needed. Very efficient operation. Well stocked kitchen utensils and towels. Close proximity to Gruene. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple families. Nice for fishing and watching deer in the morning.

Great Stay!

Great girls weekend in Gruene. House was just as deceived. Spacious, comfortable, clean and was so fell stocked. Communication with owners excellent and you can’t beat the beautiful location. I highly recommend this rental!

Great house in an excellent location!

The house was clean and well stocked. The host was great and responded promptly to my questions. Our family will definitely rent this house again next summer! One thing to mention is that the cost for the float trip isn’t included.

Amazing Property

House and cottage were clean and spacious.The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything that we needed to sit on the floating dock and fish. The fire pit was stacked up and ready to just fire it up. This property has plenty of rooms and outside decks. Lots of stairs from the drive at down to the river.

Wonderful House on the river

We booked this for a family trip. My mother, brother, husband, and two adult kids. This house was beautiful and had everything we could ask for. My mother didn't want to leave :-) The property was amazing, and we loved all the decks overlooking the river. The house has been very well cared for and you can tell the owners love it. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great and the living room and kitchen were great hang out places for our family. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect house

This house was definitely the perfect place for my family and my friends family to stay. Access to the river from the house. They had Jerry’s River Outfitters pick us up and bring us back directly to the house. Made things so easy! This house was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. Paper products and all. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Family Get Away

Boat dock needs to have ramp or stairs due to location. Needs ladder also. Boats leak. Needs replaced. Home was great. Better access to the river would be my suggestion.

Great Long Weekend!

We booked for our son's 30th birthday. House has everything you need and then some. Most stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. No running back and forth to the store needing kitchen/bathroom items. Great sheets, comfy beds. Only tip would be if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental would be hard to navigate. Lots of stairs, up hill, down hill, etc. Thank you!

Fantastic location, 2 houses, Guadalupe River direct access!

The location is about a mile from Gruene Hall, restaurants, & shopping! There are 2 houses with direct access to the Guadalupe River in the back yard! Great communication with the Host from the beginning & the best “stocked” house we have stayed at over the years. This was a family trip with husband, 4 kids (16-22 years old), my Dad, our 20 year old son’s girlfriend & her best friend. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Kerrville flood & it rained the whole time as well, so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. There were tubes, 2 kayaks, fishing gear, chairs and several balcony areas to enjoy the view. We enjoyed watching all of the deer that were allOver the neighborhood including in the front & back yard! If the weather would have been better, it would have been pretty closeTo perfect with the river access, the shaded back yard, several outdoor seating options, plenty of water toys, & a mile into town. There are a lot of stairs & the river access is also pretty steep so you will want to watch your footing! If the weather would have been better, we would have really enjoyed our stay here.

We have an Exclusive Private-Personalized River Float-Trip experience, including pick-up and drop-off of your group, at the 1st-Crossing of the Guadalupe River, for a Float-Trip the begins and ends at our Property's Floating Dock.
The Outfitter will pack all required equipment (tubes, cooler-tubes, rafts, etc.), and Private-Shuttle your group to the put-in point.
Once your Float Trip ends at our Floating Dock, the Outfitter will collect all the equipment.
There's no hassle of parking, paying for parking, waiting in line to rent equipment, riding communal buses, or collecting equipment for return, etc.
Since this is a Private Service exclusive to our Property, you select the exact time of pick-up, as well as the exact length of time you are interested in for your Float-Trip.
