Cabine confortable sur la rivière Guadalupe près de Gruene historique.

Il s'agit de l'une des deux maisons de cette grande propriété à espacement ouvert. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se répandre et se sentir comme si vous étiez à la campagne. Vous pouvez entendre l'eau couler sur les rapides et voir le château d'eau de Gruene éclairé la nuit. Les cerfs ont l'habitude de se promener sur la grande pelouse et même de se coucher lorsque le soleil se couche. Cette maison a accès à la rivière et est à quelques pas de Gruene. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine complète et un salon avec un grand écran T. V. Dehors, vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le porche couvert tout en regardant la pelouse à la rivière qui coule.

The house itself was okay and easy access to shopping in Gruene but access to the river was not good. It’s was covered in green moss and a big huge log was a problem as well. We were disappointed because the whole reason we chose this place was the river access, not worth the cost.

A Porch Filled with Love

The setting is incredible, near enough to hear the music coming from across the river and to walk over to the shops and restaurants but sitting on the porch looking out at the huge pecan trees and the deer grazing, hearing the rapids below-one feels pure peace and privacy.Three generations for a long weekend was heavenly. We all loved it. The Hosts are very available and helpful. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. Beds are comfy, furnshings simple and just what is needed.

We've stayed at this location a few summers and love the location. Good place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. Tons of deer just hanging out day and night. Always clean and everything works. We'll be back.

Our Happy Place

We try to rent this house every year. It has a beautiful yard with a big porch, great location and just the perfect little place to stay. We love our time on the river!

GuadaLoco Boys #9

This was our 4th year staying here and we had a great time as always. Everything was clean, air conditioning works great! Beds are comfortable. We never got bit by mosquitoes day or night and never used bug spray. We lit a fire with the logs they already had chopped up. We used the barrel charcoal grill to cook steaks for dinner. It's as close to Gruene as you can get, walking distance. 👍👍 We'll definitely be back next year.

Very Helpful Owner!

We had a great time staying here! Close to entertainment and small water rapids. The AC did freeze up on our last night but the owner came immediately and got it working again. Great back porch and view! The owner responded to messages very quickly and was helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Annual Guadaloco Boys Toobin Trip

We've stayed here 2 years in a row. Love the deer roaming the property while having coffee in the morning on the covered back porch. River is a short walk down the backyard. We walked to dinner in Gruene and to Rockin R Bar. Its very quite here with no neighbors right on top of you. Good times, we'll be back next year!

Really need more dishes and coffee mugs, for the price should have sheets and towels. It was a great cozy house with a beautiful location, and view of the river. Many deer show up at dawn.Overall we had a great weekend

Wonderful location

The location and river are amazing! The house is not elaborate but is clean and the beds sleep well. I do feel that it is a little high priced for having to provide all linens, towels, wash rags, etc.

Surprisingly perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very understanding when we had a last minute addition of a dog joining us, as well as when another of our friends showed up with a second dog unannounced (I was pretty ticked at those friends myself). The porch was the best part of the house (we're outdoor people), and the ability to chunky dunk from the private river access at night is a huge plus.

AWESOME LOCATION WITH LOTS OF DEER

The deer was my favorite part of the entire stay, everyday ALL day they were right at your porch just relaxing and enjoying themselves. The little baby deer were so cute. The beds were comfortable, AC worked amazing, the house we perfect and the location was incredible. We will be back for sure and will rent this house again. Walking distance to Gruene and Rockin R tube rental. THANK YOU.

Great location…. Had everything we needed!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great!! VERY near the heart of Gruene. Seven of us stayed and had plenty of room. Not a large house but very functional. Had everything we needed. Nice large bedrooms. The living areas are bigger than they look in the pictures. The lawn in back of the house is very large and has lots of huge trees. Beautiful. Lots of deer too! There are two picnic tables and a fire pit right near the river. The river directly in front of the house was kind of still but within 50 yards are some rapids and then a great swimming area. All walking distance. If you are looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you because the house is older and the furniture is basic but everything functioned well and was clean. Also note that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. If you are looking for a great location with a house with enough room, clean, well stocked, on the river with a large covered deck and a great outside area, this would be a great fit for you! We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful property!

Loved this house. I was there for Spring Break with my teenage son and several of his friends. The boys and I had a great time. They were able to walk to town and enjoy Gruene. We used the BBQ Pitt and fire pit and brought our own corn hole set and other outdoor games. Bring your own trash bags, soap, paper towels and toilet paper. We will rent this house again for sure! Thank you!!!

Convenient pair of houses

Our whole group enjoyed the stay very much The view and the access to the river were a major plus and the houses were above our expectation as far as tidiness. Will definitely come back. Location is great!

We are excited to be able to offer families the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Guadalupe River and to have easy access to the fun and entertainment that Gruene, TX has to offer.

Our location is prime! We are centrally located in Gruene/New Braunfels which is equal distance to Austin and San Antonio. We have river access just above the rapids at the Gruene Bridge and easy walking to Gruene for great dining and shopping. Our location is perfect for summer activities and yet offers a lovely setting for the fall and winter months.
