CONDO GARDEN VIEW À QUELQUES PAS DE L'OCEAN !!!

Ce magnifique condo Pono Kai (bĂątiment H) est Ă  deux pas de l'ocĂ©an et de la plage !! Avec cuisine complĂšte, salle Ă  manger, salon, terrasse privĂ©e, piscine, bain Ă  remous, tennis, salle d’entraĂźnement, volley-ball, barbecue, Wi-Fi, piste cyclable de 3 miles au bord de l’ocĂ©an, parking GRATUIT, etc.

Cet incroyable condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e de 650 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ© dans le bĂątiment H fait partie de ce que beaucoup considĂšrent comme "la plus belle plage familiale de Kauai". À quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage, ce condominium est le meilleur endroit pour s’amuser sur l’üle. Aucun escalier Ă  monter, sortez simplement de la vĂ©randa pour aller Ă  la plage ou promenez-vous dans les jardins magnifiquement entretenus jusqu'Ă  la piscine, les courts de tennis, le terrain de croquet, les aires de barbecue / pique-nique, le centre de fitness et le jeu de palets. Promenez-vous dans la ville historique de Kapa'a pour faire du shopping, de la nourriture et des loisirs sur l’üle.

Ce condo peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. La chambre a un lit queen-size, beaucoup de rangement et une télévision à écran plat. Le salon dispose d'un lit escamotable queen-size (voir photos) et d'une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles, lave-vaisselle, cafetiÚre et micro-ondes avec un coin repas confortable. Le propriétaire a récemment amélioré le condo avec de belles nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs.

Pour les réservations de plus de 14 jours, nous exigeons un nettoyage de mi-séjour (frais de nettoyage de 100 $ supplémentaires) dans lequel notre gouvernante actualisera les draps et les serviettes de bain, nettoiera l'unité et réapprovisionnera les articles de toilette et les fournitures fournis.

Bel endroit oĂč rester

Jared a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accommodant. Nous avions demandĂ© une arrivĂ©e hĂątive et il nous l’avons obtenu. Nous avons eu une Ă©vacuation due au tsunami du 29 juillet et le personnel du resort nous ont donnĂ© l’information en venant directement Ă  notre porte. Heureusement plus de peur que de mal.Le condo est confortable pour 4 personnes. Le lit escamotable a un bon matelas. Petit point nĂ©gatif pour l’air climatisĂ© qui se rend mal dans la chambre. Les coqs chantent Ă  tout heure du jour et de la nuit alors c’est bien de fermer les fenĂȘtres. Sinon nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Les restaurants et les boutiques sont Ă  distance de marche, la piscine et le spa sont super, la plage est tout prĂšs.Bref, nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter!

Proximity to old Kapaa town is great, a lot of walk ability to stores, restaurants, etc. Property was exactly as pictured. Great communication with owner. It was nice to have things like assorted spices, cooler, beach towels, etc available!

Our favorite was the little chairs that we could back pack them down to the beach and sit. We used some other beach stuff also. Nice to not have to buy everything.We enjoyed the kitchen being stocked and access to a bbq

This condo is very nice, looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. The front desk people were helpful and the grounds we beautiful. The pool was under construction when were were there so that was a bit of a bummer but overall, great location.

This was the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and walking the path along the ocean. There is a grocery store just down the street and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Kapaa is right on the other side of the condos. We did cook several meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect get away

We were so impressed with the location an property for our weekend girls trip! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were open later than I expected, which meant we got to explore all day, and also enjoy the amenities. Appreciated the beach chairs at the rental that we could take with up for a day of exploring. The unit was clean and well cared for. If I go back to Kauai, I'd stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.

Excellent Location, Maintenance, and Owner Response

We really loved our stay at this property. The room itself was clean and solid and the kitchen was super well-stocked. I'm so glad that they left a bunch of the spices and odds and ends that people probably gathered when they cooked in it, as all those things made the kitchen far more usable. Also, when we found that there weren't dishwasher pods in the kitchen, the owner actually gave us plenty of money in a refund for us to get our own, and since we were out so much, that was easy for us to do. They responded really well to our problem and were good about being generous on how to solve it when the housekeeper was across the island and unable to get to us in a timely manner. The hottub on the property was a great way to get to talk to a lot of other travelers. The location was right on the edge of a small town, with lots of fun stuff just in walking distance, and instant access to the main road around the island. And being at the mid-point meant that going north and doing west was equally easy. We've done Poipu before, but this was so much nicer, and more mixed into the actual residents of this island instead of just a resort dislocated from the rest of the island. I would so recommend this instead of Poipu, if you want to go to Poipu beach, it's an easy drive from here, too, and there are even beaches just on one side of the whole complex, some with protection from the surf to make swimming much less hazardous than on other parts of the island.

Jared’s condo was clean, spacious, and close to amenities. He was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and we would love to stay at Jared’s condo again.

Wonderful stay at Pono Kai

This was our second stay at this condo and it was a great visit. The location is very convenient - right off the walk/bike path and a short walk to coffee, juices, meals, and shops. The unit was super clean and nice extras included (chairs, towels, etc). The grounds are meticulously maintained as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic

Beautiful, clean grounds just steps from the ocean. The sun rise in the morning is the most amazing sight. It was our daughters 14th birthday- the resort offers plenty of activities, the unit is just steps from the pool, with laundry and bbq's just steps away from the unit. Jared is a fantastic host to deal with, answers questions almost immediately- and offers many tips on restaurants and things to see and do. Overall 11/ 10 rating. The absolute only negative i could possibly say is the patio chairs could use cushions. However, that by no means had any real impact on our vacation. The room was fully stocked with boogy boards, snorkels, lawn chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks. I would recommend this property and unit to anyone i know who would like to visit the beautiful island of Kauai. Thanks Jared!
