Condo 1 Chambre avec Vue sur le Jardin - Pono Kai

Notre condo a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain complÚte. La chambre a un lit Queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Ce sont des unités trÚs spacieuses. Les unités sont entiÚrement approvisionnées en draps, serviettes et tous les services publics et appareils électroménagers.

Le complexe est situĂ© dans la ville historique de Kapaa, Kauai. Vous pouvez attraper le lever du soleil le matin sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique ou mĂȘme voir des baleines pendant la saison de migration. Le complexe est Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, boutiques, magasins et Ă©piceries.

La salle de bain est meublée avec du savon, du shampoing et du conditionneur, ainsi qu'un sÚche-cheveux. Il y a aussi un fer et une planche à repasser dans l'unité.

Le Pono Kai Resort possÚde de nombreux équipements sur place. Tennis, basket-ball, salle d'exercice, jeu de palets, fers à cheval, mini-golf, terrain de croquet, jeux de société, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. It was great!! We were there for our granddaughters graduation. So very convenient. Our daughter lives in Kapaa, that was walking distance. The room was excellent, with everything you needed. Had five other family members stay with rooms as well. Enjoyed the pool with all the games, great for family and kids. I would love this same room again. Thank you for providing a great stay.

10 Yr Anniversary getaway

This was our 2nd time to Kauai and staying at Pono Kai was a great choice. Central location was key for everything we wanted while on the island. Cuts the road time down a lot allowing for more relaxing. Mahalo we really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing vacation

We will be coming back as this place has everything. We stayed 22 days and the staff are great. Lots of places walking distance from condo. The beach out front is great. You can rent chairs, snorkeling gear , coolers and more. Lots of fun stuff to do on sight also games and have a pool.

Great facilities on the water

Each morning we would wake up and walk across the facilities to watch the sun rise over the ocean. There weee nearby hammocks and other seating just for this purpose. The condo was clean and well maintained. This was a very easy place to fall in love with.

Great Location with Beautiful Views, Minor Room Issues

We really enjoyed our stay in Kapa’a! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the water and right along the scenic 8-mile trail. The unit had everything we needed, and we especially loved the balcony where we could relax and watch the waves.There were a couple of minor issues to note. We experienced some torrential rains during our stay, and one window leaked each time. Additionally, the room we stayed in was one of the older units that hadn’t been updated yet, and the floors were quite noisy.The air conditioning didn’t quite reach the bedroom, but we found that opening the windows helped keep the space comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for its location and amenities!

Family and friends Trip

Our room was amazing! Had a garden view as well as a spectacular ocean view! We occupied 6 rooms, and all were great! Clean and comfortable. Loved that we could get a new beach towel everyday :) The pool was amazing as well. They have so much to do there on the property, and lots of games you can borrow! Fun for all! Our experience at pono Kai was great most everyone was friendly everting was clean and beautiful. Beautifully landscaped the grandsons loved the pool & koi pond as swell as the giant chess set. It was a blast to see all the wild chickens!

Love the restricted ocean view and the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. Condo is very close to the beach, but waves at the time were too rough for swimming. But no problems, there are other beaches with much calmer water a short drive away.

I loved the staff they were super helpful and friendly but I didn’t like that my room wasn’t ready when we got there. It took them 1 1/2 for our room to be cleaned and ready but when we got in our room smelled so clean and fresh.

Great Location!

We loved the location of this property, especially the proximity to the walking/biking trail that goes for some miles along the beautiful beach, and the nearby restaurants and shopping opportunities. Having an elevator in the building was handy for initial move in. The pool and spa are a bit small for the number of units in this complex, making it challenging at times to find space in that area, but it was workable. The unit could use a facelift, particularly the flooring, but guessing that would need to be a project for the entire complex, not just one unit. It was very workable and we really enjoyed breakfast on the patio each day. We had a lovely stay in paradise!
