Condo de 3 chambres à Silvertown dans la vieille ville - à pied de Park City Mountain Resort!

Notre 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain Silvertown Condominium se trouve juste en dessous de Park City Mountain Resort sur le côté montagne de Park Avenue. Récemment rénové, à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques de Park City Mountain Resort et à distance de marche de la rue Main et du parcours de golf municipal. Avec la ligne de bus gratuite juste à l'extérieur du complexe, il n'y a pas besoin de voiture, mais il y a un parking gratuit si vous en avez besoin.

La chambre principale offre un lit queen, salle de bain attenante, TV et accès à la terrasse patio. La chambre principale invité a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et partage une salle de bain avec maître invité. Il y a aussi un tout nouveau canapé-lit, WIFI, Internet haut débit, cheminée et toutes les commodités que vous attendez.

La buanderie et le bain à remous sont juste en bas des escaliers. Que vous soyez ici pour le ski ou le Sundance Film Festival, notre emplacement est idéal pour accéder à tout le plaisir et l'excitation que Park City a à offrir.

Great location

Great location for a ski vacation. Property has a bus stop out front, ski rental and grocery store nearby. You can walk to the lifts but it is a bit of a hike, especially in ski boots, but doable.

This unit has everything you need and is walking distance to downtown and the grocery store. We really loved our stay and look forward to returning again. Jeff was incredibly helpful too and clearly takes good care of the property.

Great condo for skiing Park City

This is a very nice, clean property close to everything. The kitchen and family room were comfortable with a nice fireplace and a jacuzzi right outside the door. The bathrooms could use more counter space but that is minor compared to the good things about this property.

Long Park City Ski Weekend

Jeffrey was awesome! Quite responsive and flexible. Great location! Bus stop at the edge of the parking lot made it easy to get to the ski hill and Old Town, but walking is also an option.

Nice centrally located condo

Great location near slopes and on free bus line to everything. Unit was equipped with basics for stay. I would rate it as very comfortable, but not luxurious. I marked communication with PM a 4 because his number was not printed on the reservation. I had to hunt to get his number.. overall a very nice stay.

Great property with all the amenities you would need and more! Getting a screen door for the main balcony would be nice because you need to leave it open to cool the place in the evenings during the summer.

Very convient location

We stayed here for a skiing vacation and the location is super convenient for that. It's right by a bus stop so you can get to the Park City Mountain in just two stops. You can even walk to the resort from here in about 10-15 minutes (although it's uphill). The supermarket is within walking distance. Several buses will take you into old town. As for the condo, it was very clean. No problems with the internet service. The cable didn't seem to be in HD although we might have just had it tuned to the SD channels. I would have liked the beds and pillows to be a bit more comfortable. I think there was a plastic mattress protector under the sheets which didn't breath very well. The owner was very helpful before and during the trip. He was able to help us some travel logistics, provided info about the area, etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Convenient & Comfortable...

Spent a relaxing Fall weekend here with friends... It was within walking distance to downtown Park City and everything it has to offer. There are also many great hiking trails within a short drive of the condo. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace in teh living room offered plenty of warmth and a great spot to share stories.

Great location! very nice and super convenient

Loved our fall getaway! The condo was nicely appointed. Super convenient to walk down to the restaurants on main street. One night it sprinkled so hopping on the free bus right out front was so convenient. We have rented many times over the years. It was nice that the kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were newly re-done, linens and bedrooms were new. We very much enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and really appreciated that the place came with wood. we would absolutely rent here again!

Awesome location, great place

This place is in a great location for skiing Park City as well as for nightlife. You just walk out the door to grab the bus for town, and can grab a bus to the ski resort or it's even walkable, especially if you leave your skis at Park City. Also can grab a bus right outside the condo to ski Deer Valley. There is a major grocery store/liquor store a couple blocks away so can even grab a bus to pick up some groceries. Reminder, you can't get liquor or wine in the grocery stores in Utah-only state run liquor stores! The condo was very charming, clean, and a great layout. Furniture was very comfortable as well as the beds. There were 6 of us who stayed and we were all comfortable. We cooked in a few nights and went out a few nights and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials like olive oil, spices, sugar, etc as well as had enough cookware to make a big meal. The property manager was very helpful and attentive, answering questions whenever something popped up we were unsure of. Highly recommend this place, especially if you want something very comfortable, clean, and want to be central to everything.

Easy walk to town or base of Park Mountain, and free bus service stop right in front of complex. Great remodel and very well maintained. Perfect for friends’ or family trip. Community hot tub is at base of this unit’s stairs - super convenient. Highly recommend this rental!

Nicely renovated, comfortable and convenient

Stayed here for some spring skiing. Very comfortable second floor condo that has been completely renovated. Adjacent to bus stop or if you prefer, 10 minute walk to Park City Mountain and 20 minute walk to Main Street. Wood fireplace and large community hot tub a big plus at end of day. Everything was great!
