Récemment rénové et meublé, cette unité de 2 lits et 2 salles de bain est prête pour vos vacances. Situé dans les condominiums Lift Line, notre unité est sur un seul étage avec des chambres séparées par la cuisine et le salon. La chambre principale a un lit queen, un placard complet et une commode. Un écran plat LED de 26 ', un réveil I-home pour recharger votre téléphone et vous réveiller avec vos morceaux préférés. Master Bath a une douche de style européen.

La détente est la clé après une journée épuisante sur les pistes, la randonnée et le VTT ou le shopping sur la rue Main. Que vous soyez le premier à vous installer sur la chaise longue entièrement inclinable ou que vous vous contentiez de vous allonger sur le canapé, la seule chose dont vous aurez à vous soucier est de savoir qui a la télécommande pour le câble HD avec une variété de chaînes de films à regarder sur le téléviseur 58 pouces à écran plat Visio. Un lecteur Blu-ray Sony avec accès Internet à votre compte Netflix complète vos options de visualisation.

Emménager dans la salle à manger avec une table de hauteur de comptoir avec 4 chaises et 2 chaises supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner pour les invités.

La cuisine complète dispose de tous les conforts de la maison, y compris une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, l'élimination, des ustensiles de cuisine, des casseroles, des poêles, des plats, des verres et des couverts.

Les voitures ne sont pas nécessaires à cet endroit parfait, mais si vous avez une voiture, un parking souterrain attribué complète ce grand condo. Un parking supplémentaire est disponible sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi.

Les fonctionnalités supplémentaires incluent Internet sans fil dans toute la maison, laveuse / sécheuse Bosch dans l'unité.

Arrêt de bus de Park City à l'extérieur de l'unité jusqu'à Main St pour le shopping et les restaurants. TOUS les transports en bus de Park City vers les zones commerçantes de Main St, Deer Valley, Canyons et Redstone sont gratuits pour les cyclistes.

Nous sommes situés à seulement 7 minutes à pied de Main St et à quelques pas de Park City Mountain. Pour tous les fans de Starbucks, nous sommes également à 5 minutes à pied, à 7 minutes des épiceries 24/7 A Fresh Market et Rite Aid.

Great place and location

The property is even better than it looks in the pictures. It’s off a garage entrance but you don’t notice at all as soon as you close the door and the ground floor access is super convenient for carrying gear or groceries. The City Park bus is right outside and wow the skiing … a few minute walk up a short hill and across the parking lot to the Mountaih lodge lifts. We’ll be back!

Beautiful unit. Gréât location to mountain and to town. Owners not just responsive but proactive.

This unit exceeded expectations in all ways. Short walk to Park City base. 15 minute stroll to downtown. Owners graciously accommodated our need to change dates and unilaterally offered us a late departure when they learned of weather induced travel delays. Perfect long weekend for us in Park City. Highly highly recommend any group of 4 or 5 not to bypass this property

Clean ground level condo near Park City ski resort.

A good accommodation that had everything we needed. It was nice not having to walk up any stairs to enter the condo. Very good access to the parking garage. A short walk to Park City ski resort but there is a short hill. The two bedrooms were separated so you couldn’t hear anything in the other bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The internet was strong. The rooms were clean. Reasonable price for the location.

Great Location

This Condo utilizes space given perfectly... we were 3 adults and were very comfortable... a family of 4 would be like wise. Best part is the location, it’s a quick walk up to the corner and across the parking lot to the ski lifts... or walk out the front door and to the corner (one building away) and get on the town transit for a free lift to town (just a few blocks) a nice walk in warmer days and a super easy walk back home as it’s all down hill.. the condo is very well stocked. You won’t run out of TP or paper towels. Beds were very comfortable too. There’s even inside garage parking which is nice because you won’t need that car... loved it and we hope to visit again... thanks so much for everything Sandy, GREAT rental...👍

We love Park City and have been coming here for over 25 years. We live full time in Las Vegas and love the break of coming to Park City. The Restaurants, Shopping, Skiing, Snowboarding and Hiking are exactly what we were looking for in a vacation property. We furnished our condo to feel like home, it is home and hope that all our guests feel the same.

Traveling for work over the years I have learned what is needed to make a vacation rental feel like home.

Our place is located in old town Park City which gives you the opportunity to walk or ride the free bus system to so many points. 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort for winter and summer activities.

7 to 10 minute, depending upon the pace you like to Main Street. From there you're able to shop, dine, drink, and people watch.

Within our place you'll find a relaxing atmosphere. Room to chat, watch tv, or just sit and read a book. Our two bedrooms are on opposite ends of our place so you'll never feel like you're on top of family or friends.

We ensure that we keep our place up to date. Over the last few years we have updated the flooring, windows and sliders and furniture. We want your stay to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

I travel weekly as part of my job and with that I've come to know what works to make my stays as a guest as relaxing as possible. We have incorporated that to our place in Park City.

We want to ensure that your trip is about you, your family, your friends, your adventures in Park City. We will have taken care of all of the surrounding items so that you don't have to think for a moment about that.

Whether it's the comfortable furniture, the technology, or just the fact that you shouldn't have to make a special trip for necessities, we have you covered.
