Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay for our teen boys on their last fishing trip before school starts. Nice and clean, plenty of room to park the boat, they enjoyed cooking out after long days of fishing. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality.

Great little bunkhouse

My son-in-law, grandson, and I came down to POC for a few days of red fishing. Had a great time. The bunkhouse was very clean, communication with host was great, they were very accommodating. Will likely stay there again.

Really nice property

This was my third trip. Really nice location. Hosts are on property and you will want for nothing. Fantastic showers inside and out. Great price. Parking for large boat, on site ice machine us great for fisherman.

Awesome property

This Property is great for that getaway to port O'Connor. We were there for fishing and duck hunting, this property was close to everything in town. The cleanliness of this property is just impeccable ! The owners were so nice and accommodating . It was just a real pleasure meeting the owners, and we are making plans to stay again real soon.

Very friendly and communicative owners. They sure made us feel warmly welcomed. Great loc to keep boat & trailer. Room is clean and cold (very good thing in the Texas Summer heat), beds are comfortable, all essential amenities. Would definite come back and recommend to friends.

The kind of people you hope for as host.

Mike and his wife are incredibly nice and caring people , went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. The ice machine came super handy and the room was clean and cool and perfect for our needs. They allowed us to wash all our gear as well as flush the motor. You cannot go wrong with staying with these guys.

2 days of fishing

I have stayed here many times. Great property, plenty of room for my truck and 28 foot trailer and boat. Always clean, Krups coffee maker, 2 sets of comfortable bunk beds. Super hot shower indoor and out. Fantastic ice machine on site to fill coolers etc. Hosts are really great folks and if you don't have it, chances are it is available. Price is right for all you get.

Our favorite place

We stay here once a year and every year we love it! The Hosts Mike & Amalia are the perfect hosts. They treat our kids as they are theirs! They even gave them bubbles, watermelon & a Tonka truck. Our boys look forward to seeing them each year as do we. The set up is perfect for us. There is a outdoor shower to wash off from the beach, a ice machine that is a life saver when you catch fish or just need to cool down beverages. It has a private feel with a outdoor seating area, a place to barbecue and just very relaxing all around. This place is also extremely clean which is a bonus! We just left but already excited for next year!

Perfect spot for my fishing trip

Clean, cold, and comfortable.

This place is very clean. The units is as cold as you want it to be. The beds and accommodations are very comfortable. The outside shower is a huge plus and the only shower we used. Parking under the house keeps the boat and cars cool in the heat, and the ice machine can’t be beat!!! There are hose at all 4 corners of the parking under the house and plenty of space and seating for hanging out. Definitely recommend this place!

Was a very nice spot, me and a few buddy's came down to go fishing, I'll tell you great ac and quiet for those afternoon naps. The hosts were very nice and greated us even in the late hour we showed up on. Ice machine was definitely a plus for bringing the fish back. I will definitely be coming back.

Clean, comfortable, and accommodating

Booked this place for a last minute fishing trip with a buddy and it exceeded our expectations. Place was extremely well kept and clean and had all the amenities you could ask for and more. Mike and his wife were super friendly as well. We will definitely be back!
