Maison 4BR privée sur un lac tranquille dans les magnifiques Poconos.

Notre devise est: Détendez-vous, vous êtes au bord du lac!
Venez profiter des nombreux sites touristiques, sentiers de randonnée et activités familiales que les montagnes ont à offrir. Le soir, asseyez-vous au bord du lac et détendez-vous en écoutant les sons de la nature. Admirez la beauté et la tranquillité du lac et observez la faune qui l'appelle leur maison. Apportez vos jumelles ... si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez peut-être voir les aigles qui visitent le lac!
Le samedi, vous pouvez avoir un feu de joie au bord du lac. Si vous avez faim de plus, faites une balade en canoë et profitez-en.

Nous sommes très proches du magnifique parc d'État de Tobyhanna, idéal pour la randonnée et la natation. Pour les amateurs de sport, le parc municipal de Coolbaugh Township à proximité propose des terrains de basket-ball et de volley-ball, des terrains de baseball et de football et un parc de skate. Il a également une aire de jeux pour les enfants et un joli sentier pédestre pour tout le monde. La montagne Camelback est également à une courte distance en voiture pour des activités toute l'année. Et si vous vous sentez chanceux, Mount Airy Casino n'est qu'à environ 12 minutes.

We had a lovely winter stay. The kids followed fox prints through the snow, saw a beaver in the lake before it froze over (and spotted beaver’s lodge on the property), and built forts and snowmen.

Yes,house was very clean n tidy..Host response was good..Only negative was the oven.We planned on making pizza and the oven was smoking bad.Last occupant spilled something in the oven...tuff to blame the cleaning crew,,etc,,,P.S. maybe a bundle of wood or two for "inside only" would have been a nice thought,,,,,and a real dart board, Lol

I'm happy you noticed that we put a lot of effort in cleaning the house but I'm sorry you experienced an issue with the oven, which resulted in such a low rating of your stay. As much as we try, we can't always set the oven on self-clean (deep clean) after each guest... this just takes too long and needs a lot of time to air out. I did, however, notify our cleaning crew to pay more attention when cleaning the oven. And thank you for your remarks regarding the wood for the inside fireplace and the darts. We take every comment very seriously and will definitely look into this.

The home was perfect for our trip! We had 5 ladies and everyone had their own bed! The house was extremely neat and clean, we were very happy with everything. The water access was very easy, we got to see so much (deer, fish, and even beavers swimming in front of us)! So fun!

A great place to go and take in some nature. I met a couple of friends there for a 'no schedule' fishing weekend. The perfect place to eat, sleep, fish, and repeat. We caught all different kinds of fish during our stay, right from the shore of the property! From Pike to Largemouth Bass the water was full of life, even caught a dinosaur of a Snapping turtle! We also had a pigeon hang out with us by the fire pit all weekend. Deer, squirrels, wetland birds, it had it all. House had everything we needed and was well kept. Easy in, easy out. Went so well we talked about making it an annual event! We released everything we caught, so it should be bigger and better for the next in line. Thanks for letting us stay.

Family vacation with teenagers

Loacation was great! Each day we went in a different direction to attractions or to eat & saw a lot of the Poconos. The lake was great for fishing from the canoe. The house is beautiful & had plenty of space for us, a family of 4. Our host was very clear on check in & what we needed to do before check out. Easy as can be!

We were pleasantly surprised at the absolute cleanliness of the house! Additionally, the owners thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. We spent our days exploring many beautiful parks in the Pocono Mountains. The community is very quiet and peaceful.

Der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Flucht aus dem Alltag

Die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Zusätzlich ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Besonders genossen haben wir die mit allem Geschirr, Töpfen, Putzmitellen, Kaffeefiltern, Gewürzen, .... sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch die Betten sind von guter Qualität und der Kamin macht es noch gemütlicher.Leider waren wir im Winter hier und konnten den großen Garten mit Bänken, Hängematte und Feuerstelle kaum nutzen. Das machen wir dann beim Nächsten mal, denn hier würden wir erneut GERNE Urlaub machen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch die perfekte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die alle Fragen schnell und freundlich beantwortet hat und mir sogar vergessene Kleidung nach Deutschland hinterhergeschickt hat. Vielen Dank auch dafür Emilia!

Excellent stay on the lake!

This home was excellent and even better than advertised! Very, very clean and completely ready upon arrival. Great communication with owner prior to arrival. The home is situated on a lovely piece of property- plenty of space to run and enjoy the view of the lake. Well appointed with everything needed to enjoy the home. We didn't get to enjoy the lake as it was winter, but we enjoyed a warm, cozy evening by the beautiful fireplace with a home-cooked meal in the kitchen (great). Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

My husband, son and my parents enjoyed our weekend getaway to celebrate thanksgiving. The home was absolutely beautiful, they had everything you could possibly think of. Down to a baby gate! Which was a life saver for us, with my very curious 10-month-old! We saw a few deer; enjoyed a beautiful snow fall. The lake looked absolutely beautiful snow covered. We would love to vacation at this home again. Owners answered any question I had leading up to this trip in a timely matter. Highly recommend staying at this home!

peaceful retreat

Nice spot on a small pond with lots of peace and quiet! We enjoyed the wildlife and explored several of the state parks and a local winery. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy and the house and deck were comfortable for our older pup!

Perfect location, you have the whole lake to yourself. Quiet and peaceful. Love everything about this place. Next year will be our third visit! Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful weekend on a peaceful lake!

We booked a long weekend at this beautiful home on a serene private lake in the Poconos, and it exceeded our expectations by far. The house is fully equipped and is decorated like a lakeside cabin on the interior. We caught a variety of small fish every day, and spent a lot of time relaxing by the lake. Amongst the wildlife we enjoyed seeing were egrets, deer and buck, beavers, and even a bald eagle! I highly recommend booking a getaway at this lovely lake house.
