Lake House in Paradise, 2,567 pieds carrés, construit en 2014 200 $ +

Maison de vacances de rêve à couper le souffle devant le lac. Spacieux 2,567sq pour les invités. 3 chambres et salle de bonus ont une vue magnifique sur le lac ainsi que des centaines de fleurs. 1 chambre a vue sur jardin anglais et arbres fruitiers. 0. 85 acres à la fin d'une coupe de sac isolée. La cuisine ouverte avec des comptoirs en granit donne sur la grande salle spacieuse et manger dans le coin cuisine. 1er étage a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, 2ème étage 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, 1 salle de bain complète, et salle de bonus avec lit queen, et équipement d'exercice Beaucoup de stationnement.
Beaucoup assis en plein air. Le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis le nouveau quai. Trois caméras de sécurité extérieures sont allumées en permanence.

Pour rendre ce bel endroit plus abordable, hors saison (principalement d'octobre à mars), nous ne facturons que 200 USD par nuit pour un maximum de 3 personnes avec deux chambres à coucher et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée et verrouillons les autres pièces, y compris l'étage. Après cela, supplément de 40 $ par personne et par nuit. Les trois chambres de Downstair ont deux lits queen et un lit complet. Il peut facilement dormir cinq avec un total de 280 $.

Nous fournissons WIFI et 145 chaînes de télévision. À vos risques et périls, nous avons aussi une chaloupe, un tableau de bord et des flotteurs. S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres gilets de sauvetage. Nous en avons, mais nous voulons que vous ayez les meilleurs ajustements. Beaucoup de s'asseoir en plein air.

Les chiens sont conditionnels, autorisés uniquement dans les chambres avec parquet et carrelage. La porte latérale mène à une zone clôturée pour la commodité du chien. frais pour animaux de compagnie 50 $ / premier chien / nuit, 25 $ / seconde chien / nuit. Pas de chats pls. This house was perfect! It was so cozy and welcoming, and the location was so peaceful. It was the perfect weekend away for our girls trip. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive, definitely top tier hosts. Definitely would like to go back when we can go on the water.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again. The house is great, and Daisy was was very responsive to all our questions. While we did not cook much at the house, it seemed to have everything you would need. Easy check in and check out, would highly recommend.

Lakefront garden property

Perfect place for my family with 3 kids (16, 14, 12) and our labradoodle. Wide unobstructed view of the lake, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very quick responses from owners if you need anything. Thanks for a great getaway!

Great house with spectacular view

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely lake house! It was clean, comfortable and had the most spectacular view of the lake from the back deck and multiple rooms in the house! Sunsets from the back deck were a lovely bonus. We were able to use the paddle boards, etc that are available, and the boat dock allowed us to arrange for an easy pickup of a tour boat to take us to local restaurants around the lake. This peaceful lake house was a gem and we hope to come back again!

Lovely home with beautiful views

Everything was exactly as described. Owners were very good about communicating with us and very hospitable. We were only here for a short visit to attend a wedding but would love to visit again when we have time to get out on the lake and enjoy the beautiful property. Lots of room for a larger family too. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway with our golden

What a treat! We really enjoyed the house with the magnificent views of Lake Norman. But actually the highlight was the beautiful backyard with all of the flowers and roses and breezes from the lake that made our stay extra special. Our dog made herself at home enjoying the lake and the yard. Great place to unwind!

This was our second time at the property and Once again it was perfect! House is beautiful, spacious and the lake view is breathtaking! Perfect for our four-Legged family members as well!!! Daisy the owner stays in contact and the neighbors caught one of our jet skis that got loose one evening and came over to let us know they tied it off for us!! Hope to visit again!!

Lakeside Splendor

This place is much nicer than expected. Fresh decor, updated and very comfortable. The expansive lake views were beautiful and relaxing. Community is very quiet. Hosts were very responsive and helpful; very easy to work with. We held a family gathering for 8 adults; easily accommodated us all. A Publix is within minutes.

Our property is located in a very cozy, quiet and safe neighborhood. Most houses have huge yard and well landscaped. One side of the street is the lake, the other side is wooded are.
Minuets to boat and other water sports rentals, restaurants, shopping centers, kid's parks, petting zoos, fruit-picking local farms, bowling, shooting range, rock climbing and movies.
Within 30 minutes to local wineries and breweries, hiking and biking in some awesome parks and towns.
Less than a hour, you can arrive Charlotte for some city life. During Spring and Fall, we have all kinds of festivals and art shows around.
In about a hour or hour and half, you can visit some most famous NC hotspots, such as Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain and Ashville.
