Grande escapade tranquille pour nager, pêcher, pagayer, faire du bateau et observer la faune. La maison a trois chambres à coucher, 3. 5 salles de bains, un bain à remous, deux terrasses, une terrasse, un porche avec moustiquaire, un foyer, une aire de jeu clôturée, un quai et une salle de jeux en partie aménagée au sous-sol avec table de ping-pong et autres jeux. Kayaks, paddle board, quai et rampe privée adjacente sont à la disposition des clients. La maison est proposée à un prix avantageux car le sous-sol de sortie (salle de jeux, buanderie, buanderie, dressing et salle de bains) est en cours de rénovation mais peut être utilisé.

We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The owners communication was exceptional, every detail was thought of, the beds were comfortable, and the whole home including the dock was so CLEAN!!! And the location - quiet, very low boat traffic, lots of open water to fish, float, and paddleboard- heaven!!

Great family getaway

Accurate listing all amenities were as advertised and even some additional that werent. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the outdoor space which was fenced in, giving him additional freedom and less worry for us. Great place for family and friends.

Excellent stay! Great boating and great location. Beautiful views. House was very well taken care of and clean. Kitchen well equipped. We used the canoe and kayaks to paddle down the nearby creek and it was great. One lane road to get there for about 3/4 of a mile but it wasn't a problem. Neighborhood had a boat ramp which was convenient.

My wife, 11 year old son, his friend and I stayed here for the 4th of July week and we loved it. The property owner was very informative and detailed about the property and was very helpful. Beautiful lake house

very quiet neighborhood, not far from grocery stores or Mooresville. Be sure if you want to fish you get your fishing license there is a 10 day license for outside residents you can purchase online. Plenty of room for family and/ or guests.

Family time at the lake

Our family enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. Used the game room on a rainy day. Cooked a big Easter meal in the well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the outside games and canoeing as well!

Five days of heaven!

This place was magic! Quiet part of the lake and the house was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped as we did our own cooking. The gas grill was easy to use. The dock and covered sitting area on the water was amazing! I really didn’t want to leave. Our host, Rick, was extremely quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Celebrating 43rd wedding anniversary.

The property looks exactly like the pictures showed. The home was very cleaned and we had everything we needed. Grocery, Publix’s is within 15 miniatures and this is a new area and has restaurants in this vicinity as well. We ate at the Toucan restaurant for our anniversary, which was right on the water. We were traveling with our small dog and took him with us. Our food was wonderful, highly recommend

Great Family Week

Met my Daughters family (40) and Granddaughters (8,11) for 5 night stay. The house and location were perfect for us. More private part of the lake, yer all of the access. The house had everything we needed. The house is well noted with guidance notes in appropriate locations to assist in making it feel like it was ours. Great Stay

The house looks exactly like the pictures and the kids loved all the games. There is a notebook that is very detailed and answered any questions we had. The game room was a huge win and so were all the outside games. We rented a boat from a local marina and docked it at the house for a few days. It was very clean and we had no question about if it was properly cleaned before we arrived. Would stay again.

Lake Norman Trip

Stayed at this property with my wife and 2 girls (3 and 6 years old). The house was clean and well prepared. The view from the deck was nice. We arrived early and spend a few hours at the new park across the cove (Mountain Creek Park) which has an adventure playground and wildlife exhibit which the kids loved. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the game room when it rained. This was our first trip to the area and we're glad we picked this rental.

Pleasant, quiet, off-season respite

Loved being able to share Rick's vacation home! Very tidy and well-stocked kitchen complimented the equally comfortable beds and living arrangement. Being in this small cove afforded us a very quiet and relaxing week, enjoying the sounds of the lapping water from the very comfortable dock and watching the wildlife. We've traveled the world, most recently living in France for a year and traveling to Alaska for two months, but Lake Norman remains one of our favorite places to get away from the hectic pressures of daily life.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is great for all types of water-related activities, particularly kayaking, fishing and wildlife viewing. The cove where the house is located is very quiet and our favorite activity is to take an early morning paddle back into the next two coves, which are undeveloped, full of wildlife and surrounded by a county park with playground, athletic fields, walking trails and mountain bike trails.

The house has plenty of room for a large family including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large game room in the walkout basement, a dock, a fenced-in play area, 2 decks and a screened-in porch.

There are two kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboard available for the use of the guests.
If you want a powerboat, there are many places to rent a boat in the area, and there is plenty of room to tie up multiple boats at the dock. There is also a paved neighborhood boat ramp that guests may use if they want to bring their own boat.

The house has a well-stocked kitchen (we like to cook), a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, water toys, and plenty of books, indoor games (ping pong, foosball and various board games) and outdoor games (Bocci, cornhole, horse shoes) to enjoy. If you are looking for a little more excitement, there are various activities on Lake Norman, lots of shopping near along Hwy 150, various NASCAR related activities, and a full-range of museums and big-city activities in Charlotte.
