Welcome to our beautiful Lake Norman of Catawba home! Our property is a three bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. We offer pet friendly accommodations that is designed with high end finishes and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped with a private dock, hot tub, built in fire pit and covered deck overlooking LKN. We are located on an amazing wide open deep water cove where guests can swim into the cove, jetski or tie any size boat right to our dock. We are 10 minutes from the new Sherrils Ford shopping area offering many places to eat and shop, and 20 minutes from Moorseville. Our home is the perfect place for a family that loves water sports, relaxation and the great outdoors!

This house was absolutely beautiful! We loved staying there. They had all kinds of things to do. My kids really enjoyed the kayaks. Everything was very clean and just how it was described. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Funtastic!!!

Owner is great! If you want a comfy bed, comforts of home away, and a great spot on the lake look no further!!! Will we be back
..absolutely! The only recommendation is bring your own charcoal for grill! We paid it forward for next guests and left a bag! If you forget anything dollar general is just a few miles away! High end appliances. Best thing is huge island in kitchen that will be sorely missed! Still on the fence, don’t be. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for a great birthday memory!!

Every thing was as expected, nice and clean. At dome point we had questions to owner/managements , called, left a message, but no response. Could it be because the property was just purchased recently and POC was not updated?

Great place!

We loved the home, it was beautiful, well kept and the large dog park in from was great for all of our dogs!!!! None or very little cell service onsite, would go back to the property next time too!!!!!!

Great house with lots of amenities!

Beautiful clean home in a good location. Lots of great amenities like sheets , towels and kayaks provided! Wonderful to be able to bring the dogs. Location is close to two parks with mountain biking, hiking and a beach. You have to paddle out to some good swimming water off the personal dock but we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Christmas weekend at Lake Norman

I can't say enough about this property! Our family had a great weekend at this lovely home! The house was spotless when we arrived, and we quickly discovered that it had everything we'd need for the weekend. The property manager even had a Christmas tree set up and lit in the family room for our arrival which was unexpected yet so appreciated! It was well-appointed with top-shelf appliances and a beautiful, comfortable interior. We also had everything we needed in terms of cookware and and serveware. We enjoyed sitting at the gazebo on the dock, and the neighborhood was well suited for taking family walks with our daughter's dog. Hat's off to the property manager and the home owner for providing the perfect holiday weekend for us! We would definitely choose this VRBO again.

Weekend getaway

Quick weekend getaway with my nephew to do some fishing. House was perfect right on the water. Did get a little nervous as we approached the house and saw lake levels extremely low. Luckily our dock had access to water and we had a good time fishing even though the fish weren’t biting.

Pet lovers dream stay

My husband and I attended an international dog show in Troutman, traveling with our two dogs and granddaughter. I can't begin to describe how nice it was to return after a very long day, to a very well appointed and dog friendly home. The fenced yard was a perfect size, and although we only used two of the bedrooms and the kitchen area, their was plenty of space for a much larger family. We hope to return for a future visit.

Lakefront relaxation

Peaceful and quiet

Very nice house with everything you need and everything worked properly. We enjoyed kayaking and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Local restaurants and grocery store close by. We had a wonderful time. Only hiccup was the internet code on the Vrbo docs were not correct. We finally located the correct info in the Welcome Book.

Busy Making Lake Memories

My sister and I shared this house with our families. 7 people total (3 teens) and my 2 dogs. The home was very nice and comfortably fit us all plus it's very pet friendly with a gated front. The house itself is located in a quiet cove off the main lake but a short distance by kayak or jetski to the main open area which was nice. We brought our jetski and were able to drop it within 3 miles of the home and dock it in the back. We had 1 small issue with the refrigerator, Nigel was very responsive and quickly offered to send someone to fix it the following morning but, it wound up resolving itself so there was no need (possible user error). I recommend that you read the welcome book located on the counter-height table in the living room upon arrival. We made the mistake of not doing this right away and wound up driving 30 minutes to the nearest grocery store on days 1 and 2, shame on us! Cell service is spotty but it's a great way to unplug and reconnect with the family. The only two small suggestions that I can offer to make this home perfect are to add a TV in the game room and a Maui mat. We had 2 rainy days during our stay and it would have been ideal for the teens to have their own space to watch movies while playing games, air hockey, etc. Consider adding a Maui mat since many other homes around include one (we borrowed one from a neighbor we befriended and it was super fun!). Other than that, this house is wonderful! We were planning our next stay while we were there :)

Great vacation

The house was perfect for us, was very clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Our favorite part was hanging out at the dock, both in the water and the covered area. We had a wonderful week here and will definitely return.
