Ce charmant deux étages dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, salon avec écran plat TV / DVD et WIFI, cuisine bien équipée, buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, un petit garage 1 voiture avec des engins ours et 1 SUV espace de stationnement de taille. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et TV / DVD - HULA chambre 2 offres 1 jumeaux / lit complet superposé et 1 double lit et d'une télévision plus d'une promenade dans le placard - SURF 3 chambres à coucher (une grande salle) offre 2 lits doubles, 1 lit queen et une TV / DVD. Cette maison offre une vue partielle sur l'océan et la baie. À quelques pas du sable de cette propriété est située dans le quartier le plus prisé sur la péninsule de Balboa entre les piliers Balboa et Newport. L'océan est une seule maison, loin et accès à la la baie est dans la rue en bas un pâté de maisons. Selon la période de l'année, vous pouvez entendre le bruit des vagues sur le sable la nuit. Newport a quelque chose pour tous les âges, que vous veniez vous détendre ou profiter de toutes les activités proposées.
Notre emplacement Newport Beach offre tout cela !!: Plages familiales amicales avec des miles de sable et de la mer pour nager, prendre le soleil, le surf, volley-ball, la construction de châteaux de sable et regarder les gens. Disrespectful guests!!! They completely violated the no smoking/vaping policy. My neighbors contacted me several times about them smoking.

Fun little place with plenty of room. We loved that it was stocked with beach supplies and was right off the beach. A great get away, and not too far for a day at Disneyland.

Came over the 4th of July and staying South of the Pier is where it’s at! It’s so quiet! The house had perfect amount of beds and seating. Would totally come stay here again!

Amazing property! We have stayed 2 years in a row now and couldnt be happier. Plenty of room for our family of 6, very nice and clean home with everything we wanted, 2 bathrooms with showers, washer and dryer, lots of pots/pans/spices, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys with a wagon to bring to the beach. Perfect location, right around the corner from the beach. We walked everywhere, tons of good restaraunts, stores, bike rentals, ect. Loved the fenced in private patio too. Terry is wonderful, great communication.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Great location, short walk to the beach and pier. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and there are lots of beds and a good amount of seating in the living area, although it’s very small. Nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, could use some updating and a good deep clean but over all a good stay

Amazing Location

We visited this property with my daughter and 4 of her friends. It was perfect! It was close enough to walk to the pier, dining, shopping and right next to the beach without having to deal with an the foot traffic. Terry made sure we were comfortable and even accommodated us with our very late check in. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great Location!!

This was a very nice beach house..... location was everything here! So close to the beach and shops, resturants, boardwalk! We had a great time. The bedrooms were perfect size, lots of comfortable beds (few and far between in rentals) and it was nice to have all the beach stuff provided! The one downfall was the "living" area. Very small and there was no dining room table indoors. The outside table was nice but we didnt always want to eat outside so a lot of eating was done just on the floor. But, this was not a deal breaker. Overall a great place!

Hop, skip and jump to the sand

We had a fantastic vacation in Newport/Balboa, CA. We appreciated that the house was literally around the corner from the beach/sand on one side and the Marina across the street. Once we got there, we only drove where we wanted to. It would have been nice to have been able to use the bikes sitting in the garage and we chose to pay for ski doos over bikes; we walked everywhere else. The house had everything that we needed except for a dishwasher. Thank you!

Amazing Beach House

This was the perfect beach house in the perfect location! Our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) stayed for 10 days in August. We loved the house! Plenty of room for all of us, and the beach decorations all throughout are really cute. The house had everything: lots of cooking pots/pans, a variety of spices, washer/dryer, beach towels, board games, a variety of books, and having two showers after swimming all day was really nice. We really liked the wagon with the beach umbrellas/chairs/coolers/boogie boards/sand toys. We took it to the beach every day. Loved that the house is just around the corner from the sand, and that the beach is not too crowded where the house is (like it is closer to the pier). It really is the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. We also really loved the private patio. Terry is great! Perfect host, communication before and during the trip was great. 10 stars!!

Amazing location. A few items like the kitchens and bathrooms look nicely remodeled. A bit cramped downstairs, but not terrible. VRBO said it had a spa, but it does not. Garage has 9 nice folding beach chairs, 6 camping chairs, a large wooden wagon, 3 boogie boards, a bucket of kids beach toys, and many different sports balls (including football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, tennis balls, several jai lai paddles, bike/ball pump with no needle, folding tables, a few beach umbrellas, and some other stuff we didn't use). Really wish they would allow us to use the bikes, but they're off-limits. A shovel in the garage would've been nice. Really picked this placed for the location, and was happy.

Security Deposit MIA

I'd love to give this a better review. It is a great location, small but very enjoyable. Fully stocked. Unfortunately, it's been 5 months since our stay and we have yet to receive our security deposit or an itemized list of deductions per the rental agreement. We were told the owner would look into it several weeks ago and have received no communication since. We left the property in great condition and if anything was damaged, I would expect to be notified. Very disappointing because it was a decent stay until now.

I am happy this guest enjoyed my home however the house was not left in great condition and there were damages to personal property. Every effort is made to communicate with my guests throughout the entire rental process. Security deposits are processed within 15 days in the same manner as received.

Would not recommend

Owner very had to deal with. Poor communication, deposit was not refunded in a timley manner had to contact owner to remind her to refund the deposit would not stay at this property again and would advise anyone staying to have the owner on site when you arrive and depart to inspect the home it was not clean when we arrived and then when we left were charged for broken item that did not occur during our stay!

Every effort is made to communicate with my guests. I check out the condition of the house before and after each guest. Unless a guest makes arrangements with me to check-in early, the house is not usually done being cleaned until the normal check-in time.

Unresponsive Owner

The owner was very unresponsive the week before the stay and during the stay. We paid extra for the bikes and one had a flat tire and the chain was broken. The house is a lot smaller than expected. We lost hot water during the stay and tried to contact the owner through phone calls and email and got no response so had no hot water during half the stay. We did not get the wifi password until the fourth night of our stay.

I make every effort to communicate with my guests before, during and after their stay. This guest did not communicate any of his concerns with me. Upon his departure, my home was left with a substantial amount of damage plus his stay warranted several complaints from my neighbors.

Perfect Beach vacation

We are originally from SoCal but live out of state now. We found this perfect house to take us back to our childhood. Easy checkin, the owner lives in the area so he came over to give us a tour which was nice. The house is one house back from the sand which was amazing. We got to show our kids where we spent so much of our childhood. Loved the little courtyard, we spent so much time there playing games and having great chats into the night. Kitchen was well set up for any type of cooking (we even were able to make a birthday cake with the cake pans on site) having washer and dryer on site was such a nice bonus. Having a parking spot made it so easy to come and go. Dinner at Mutt Lynch’s was yummy, donuts and mochas made for a nice morning stroll. If you want the best fast food legit Mexican food take a short drive to Miguel’s Jr. (We went there 3 times). Our kids had a great time with boogie boards. Don’t forget to bring rash guards to go with the boarding. Also, remember to use lots of sunscreen especially on overcast days. We plan on booking a week for next year!

Nice little house near the beach.

This place is a great little beach house if you want to be near the beach , but don't mind not being right on it. Only a few steps away. Plenty of sleeping options with nice beds. And the garage is loaded with just about anything you could want to play on the beach.

Best Relaxing Beach Days

Just the right place to have the kids near the beach. Made it to the water with no shoes even on the hottest day! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. It may look a little worn, but that's actually more relaxing on a beach vacation. Thank you!
