Juste une maison du sable et une courte promenade jusqu'à Bayfront. Cette maison moderne de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains située à quelques pas de la plage, de la baie, du spot de surf de renommée mondiale "The Point", "Balboa Pier", aire de jeux, piste cyclable, restaurants et bien d'autres divertissements de plage. Imaginez vous détendre à la fin de la journée sur la terrasse sur le toit avec un spa donnant sur l'océan et la ville.

Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine ouverte avec des appareils en acier inoxydable Thermador, un comptoir en granit et un îlot, un coin repas, une grande chambre, deux chambres avec salle de bain, toutes conçues pour l'intimité. L'attention extraordinaire aux détails s'étend au deuxième niveau qui bénéficie d'une lumière surdimensionnée remplie de salle familiale avec foyer et porte coulissante disparaissant qui s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée qui élève la vie intérieure / extérieure à un nouveau niveau. Deux chambres avec bain Jack et Jill, suite parentale avec dressing et salle de bain attenante, le garage peut être utilisé pour garer 2 voitures. De plus, nous avons des trucs de plage et des vélos fournis gratuitement! Cette maison assure des vacances à la plage à son meilleur.

Had a great time at the beach home. Plenty of room for all of the family, and the location was great. We enjoyed going to the beach, getting ice cream at Handel's, using the hot tub and otherwise relaxing. The garage was a bit tight for two cars, but we managed to squeeze them in (very slowly).

Family get-together

The house is newly renovated, modern and beautiful. The hot tub was ready for everyone to enjoy and the kitchen was equipped with every possible necessity and convenience. Best of all, it’s only a few steps from the beach. I would definitely recommend!

Great beach house!

This is a wonderful beach house for a medium sized group. Plenty of bathrooms and sleeping space and the common areas are good enough to gather in with the number of people who can sleep in the house. Location is second to none, literally steps from fun things to do in Newport.

Great location

House was great, very well stocked with plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags, and everything I usually have to go buy. Kitchen was well stocked and the garage was full of chairs, beach toys and everything needed for the beach. Great location, close to everything!! . The owner was very responsive and communicated well.

Great Vacation

The house was as advertised. The only surprise was when the garage door spring broke on our second evening there. Todd came in an hour with a temporary solution and the spring was fixed the next day. We had 6 adults and six children, who fit very comfortably. It is a block off the beach, but beach access is easy. The garage is technically a two car garage, but we used half of it for bikes etc. Two cars could be tight and certainly only one large SUV. The adults were so pleased with the facility and Todd’s responsiveness that they independently asked me to give a glowing review. Thanks, Todd, for helping us have a great vacation!

Great Home & Great Location!

We have stayed at other NPB homes before and by far this one is the best! The home was beautiful, super clean and offered everything needed for a unbelievable stay. The location was perfect and a easy to walk to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants. The 2 car garage made it stress free when we had to use our car as parking is sometimes challenging in NPB. The owner Todd was great and we had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again. Fun Night

Nice spot

Place was in a nice location, but a bit loud for a group with young kids as there was no AC and we had to sleep with the windows open. Property manager was awesome and always available for questions. Given the price of the property, the unit could use a fresh paint job and most importantly, AC. Overall, we had a good experience.

Thank you Shannon for the review and feedback. I'm sorry about the paint and a/c. We are addressing the painting after the busy season as it takes a week to complete. We will be looking into adding a/c. We understand some guests prefer air conditioning as to fresh air. We realize it may be needed from June thru August. I double checked our listing to make sure a/c was not listed. I don't want any future guests to think otherwise. Again, thank you for staying with us.

Great family weekend

Stayed for the long Labor Day weekend. Have stayed on Balboa Peninsula before, but the location of this house was ideal - close to the pier, shops, and Lido Island restaurants. The house is spacious - easily fits 9 adults with 1 bed to spare and our pup, with a really nice seating area upstairs with a balcony. All the amenities needed for a fun, full weekend. Clean and comfortable. And again, location, location, location. We rarely took the car out because it was all within walking distance. The host was easily reached leading up to our stay and during the stay by text messages.

Newport Fourth of July Getaway

We really enjoyed not only the house but the communication with the owner. Nothing was too small to be taken care of in quick order. To get a full house 30 feet from the sand is great. We have stayed on the boardwalk in the past and had to deal with rowdy people and people staring into your house. This house is great because you are feet from the boardwalk but have a huge 3 story home with full kitchen, 2 large seating areas to watch television with brand new huge televisions, and a primary suite to go to bed with with an equally big television at night. You have a great patio to enjoy coffee in the morning. You have a huge garage that fit our Escalade and was easy to get in and out of in the morning if we had to run errands. They provided the necessities in the kitchen and there was plenty of silverware, plates and cooking items. The grill was clean and well maintained. This is the type of owner who cares about his place and will do everything to make it perfect. A great break from reality. Oh and there is a great ocean view from the rooftop deck with a hot tub.

Great location, great house, great managers!

The house is everything we wanted. Great location, clean, comfy beds, lots of light, great communication with the property manager, cute little hot tub the on the deck. The only thing that is worth noting that could be better- is that there are only two TVs in the house. One of which has a very unfortunate couch seating arrangement- making it a very unappealing and uncomfortable space to try to relax in. Its minor if your family can all agree on what to watch in the lovely and very comfortable living space upstairs. The property manager and owner of this house made our stay! They were responsive and helpful- even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and reminded us of trash day. We would stay here again in a hot second.

Family gathering during Covid

Rented for a family reunion with older adults to 10 year olds. Lovely property. Walk to the beach across one alley. Really great bikes and chairs for the beach. Top notch. Ample bathrooms. Beautiful master bedroom. Nice upstairs downstairs separation for large groups. Shared bathrooms and smartly laid out.. We are a cooking family and found the stove and large fridge lovely. Bring extra pots and pans and tools if you cook for a lot of people. There is no BBQ. Hot tub is nice And has a good view but turn off before you go to bed as you can hear it hum in the master. Could use a little technology book on how to make the echo dots go and the cable and tv. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions. Walking distance to pier and market and Nearby parks. Great location. Would rent again.

Superb Location

This is a very clean house located just next to the beach and across the street from the bay. The hot tub on the top floor was recently cleaned and was very enjoyable. The beds were hit and miss. I thought both downstairs beds were extremely comfortable but others thought some upstairs beds were pretty bad. I was very impressed with how strictly the 10pm noise rule upholds. Even with the busy street on the weekend, we all slept peacefully. The house is almost great, with just a few misses. We stayed for 6 nights and found it lacking in all basic supplies. A nice set of nesting mixing bowls, storage glassware, sharp knives and ziplock bags are just a few of these things lacking. (I found slicing my bagel with a spoon worked better than one of those knives) Many things are old, cheap and falling apart. The whole desk fell apart when we pulled out one drawer. The toilet broke downstairs and the knobs on the windows fall off when you practically look them. Todd is GREAT. Incredibly responsive and ready to help with everything. It just would have been nice if we didn't need to call him sooooo many times. I almost invited him to move in to one of the extra bedrooms for the week just to save him on gas. I would encourage the owner to stay here themself, not for one or two nights but for an entire week. This place is really great but for the fortune it cost us to stay here for 6 nights in the prime of summer, a little TLC would have gone a long way, getting the extra star.

Thank you for the review and feedback. We appreciate guests thoughts and opinions so we may improve stays for future guests. During your stay, I responded to all your requests. Bringing different items, fixing a broken toilet seat(which was impossible to know would happen) and removed the broken file cabinet in which the desk was fine. I understand everyone has different opinions on mattresses. We haven't had anyone make us aware of any discomfort but we will definitely look into it. We will continue to look at ways to improve. I hope to have you stay again sometime in the future. Thank you

We had a wonderful girls weekend here. You cannot beat the location. Steps from the beach.

Great restaurants nearby. No need for a car. Although there is a garage available for a car. Hosts were super responsive and helpful.
